It's not a bad Hotel. Stayed one night on my way back from visiting family for the new years Holiday. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable, Price was decent. Was in a nice location off the freeway. Although Wish there was a microwave and fridge in the room. Visited the Max n Erma's for breakfast the next morning, it was OK but pricey. Other then that no complaints and probably would stay here again if in the area.

Was not sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised to find clean, comfortable room and beautiful entrances. Beds comfortable. Max & Erma's restaurant inside hotel and staff at both organizations were pleasant and gracious hosts. Traveled alone for business and felt safe and welcomed. Convenient for conference at Roberts Center next door. It is busy and has some age and wear on it, but nothing to really complain about for such a high traffic location! Will be back!

Dog friendly in that they allow 4 dogs in a room. But there are carpets and NO first floor rooms. Very far from where the rings will be but through the building not outdoors. Grass in front can't be used by the dogs.which is very annoying. Good fenced in dog walks but a distance from the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant ok. Not an intimate atmosphere but serviceable. Not much to do in the immediate area. They do have most of the equipment needed for a show.

Spacious, very clean. Great for large meetings. Sleeping rooms are clean and very comfortable. Safe in room for valuables. Nice pillows. Some TV noise can be heard in adjoining. Young hotel staff need a bit of maturing in the customer service areas. Nice staff, just young and need a bit of time. About 45 min from Dayton airport.

Stayed at this property twice over the last week as it is a half way point between Toronto, Ontario and Bowling Green Kentucky. Just lucked into this hotel initially. Staff super friendly!! Hotel is beautiful and spotless. Extremely pet friendly!!! Max & Erma's restaurant is part of hotel so you can just drop your bags and have a decent meal. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Not too far from King's Island Amusement Park. I would stay here again!!!

We had booked this hotel for the end of a long day of travel based only on it's location. First of all, there really isn't much else at this exit other than a factory and a trucking company so a hotel and meeting center of this size was not what I expected. When we got closer we noticed the scaffolding around the front and were concerned. However, we heard not one indication of construction at all during our entire night. The hotel is clean and nice and rooms are spacious. We used the laund... Read more

This location is easy access off the freeway and has adequate parking. The staff is friendly although we did need to wait awhile to check-in. We were here for a reunion and the service and facilities were exceptional. Our room and bedding was very comfortable.

Have been coming here for years off and on, and the stay is ALWAYS the same - amazing! Started with Cheyenne processing my reservation - very nice, informative, and a perfect "first interaction" with customers. The hotel itself is probably better than most HI that you may be used to. The rooms are spacious (look at my pics of rm 431) - clean, and most importantly... nice and quiet! Shower head is high enough (I'm 6'2") although the toilet is very low. There is the usual hotel amenities. No... Read more

It was not awesome to drive 2 hours and come to this hotel and find out the pool is closed. There was no mention of it during reservations or their website. Lady said it's closed until August. It's nice, clean, and dog friendly.

Hotel and Roberts Center are in the middle of nowhere Ohio but they have excellent indoor facilities for conformation and performance events. The footing is stellar and lighting is bright. Plenty of grooming space and temperatures indoors were maintained beautifully. No restaurants around, but the restaurant in hotel is actually really good and not expensive. Rooms clean and comfortable. There was construction being done during our stay and hailing workers caulking our windows - seemingly for ... Read more

My daughter and her friend reserved their room a year ago. They are there for 3 days taking the bar exam. They requested a refrigerator and microwave, they have neither. The pool is closed, the workout room has only 1 treadmill and they are renovating the hotel. The room these girls got smelled of mildew and had plastic over the windows. I am so disappointed for them. This is a very stressful time and they picked this hotel planning on taking the exam and then relaxing by the pool in the evening... Read more

Toilet, absolutely disgusting, black dried fecal matter on the inside.Black hair stuck to it. Stains everywhere, tables dusty, fridge falling apart, they came to clean the toilet.. it looked the same. Very disappointed. I used my points to stay here for a weekend getaway.. they did give us dinner coupons which was nice.. then they didn't clean the toilet..we were told Housekeeping was gone.. so we were given breakfast coupons.. I just wanted a clean room.. is that too much to ask for. Then our f... Read more

This place used to be a Marriott years ago and it shows. It is by far the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. I like it so much that I've been coming back every year for the past 10 years. The bed linens are nice, the mattress' comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and there's even a restaurant onsite that will do room service. My only gripe is the elevators are kinda slow. But they allow pets here so its a winner for me. I'll be back again next year!

This was my first stay here. Was good and what I expected. Nice decor and lobby. Convenient location as I was coming from Mason Ohio which is about 30 minutes away. Max and Erma's onsite is good for lunch or dinner, but breakfast hours end early.

I was very impressed when I entered the lobby but when we got to the room I found it dated. Furnitre was banged up. Doors needed a coating of stain. The carpet in the entire room was wet so the room was very damp. Unimpressed with no fridge in the room. Advertised a swimming pool but it was closed the entite time of my stay. A big disappointment. We had a special group rate because we were attending an event at the Roberts Centre. Next year I will stay elsewhere.

While the lobby was newly redone & nice, the room was waiting for renewal. The king room was clean, but furnishings worn. Checking in was easy & done by a friendly lady. We did feel welcome. I would stay here again once the renovations have been completed.

This hotel has a convention hall attached and is an excellent property for holding a business meeting or exhibits. Staff is friendly, and it is conveniently located close to I71 and has several fast food restaurants close by.

I often stay here when attending the Ohio Renaissance Festival. The building is very nice with a Max & Erma's attached. The Renaissance Festival package was $149 and included 2 tickets per night and breakfast at Max & Erma's. The room was comfortable and clean, although I did notice some public areas such as the carpeting around the halls and elevators are starting to show wear. They are beginning some outside renovations on the back of the building. The 5th floor has its own elevator which is a... Read more

Place is old and in need of renovation but still worth a visit. Friendly and accommodating staff and clean rooms. Rooms lack microwaves but they brought us one. First room smelled of dog pee but second room did not. Food at restaurant was very good. Had a great visit at a reasonable price.

We've stayed at Holiday Inns in several different states because we travel a lot. This particular one is at the bottom of the list. I've read on here that they mention "renovations" several times. Hopefully this is the case. Otherwise, I strongly suggest you sell this particular site to a lower brand hotel chain. The plus for us is that they accommodate dogs in the room. You could tell the room was worn and dated. And sorry, but renovation or not, the sheets had absolutely no reason to look so w... Read more
