I was only there for one night but wish it had been longer! From the excellent service on check in (thank you Charlcie (?)) to the wondering "Plus" room, it was a great stay! I have never stayed in the new Premier room but the bedding, the towels, the coffee and the snacks in the refrigerator were all great! I too love the showerhead (like a previous reviewer had mentioned!) The property was well maintained, good area to walk the dog along with poop bags! The Burger King next door was good for ... This place was recently renovated so things here are brand new. They have a strict no smoking policy so the rooms still smell fresh. The rooms are facing the parking lot so it is easy loading and unloading of your belongings. There are two different room sizes. We stayed in the smaller size and I have to say with a king size bed in there it is a little cramped when you have a baby with you. All in all it was excellent

Stayed at this hotel for one night only, and the check in at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, traffic noise was minimal considering that the location is just off I-90. One small concern: no hair dryer in the room. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would recommend for the budget conscious traveler.

Rooms were clean, the service was good. I would have liked a coffee maker or kettle in my own room, but coffee was supplied in the office. If I return to that area, I'll be sure to stay here again Thanks

Small closet bathroom, Room wasn't cleaned very well, room wasn't cleaned after 1st night stay, soap scum in the bathtub and on the wall. The only good thing about this stay was the free wi-fi because you didn't need a password.

Very very disappointed in the condition of the 2 rooms I booked. The floors needed to be swept and the rooms smelled like smoke although smoke free environment. Even when you walk in to the front desk, the smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming. People sitting in the stairways smoking and having to walk through the smoke to the room or vehicle was unpleasant.

Stayed here on a road trip through Cleveland. Picked this hotel due to its location and good reviews on TripAdvisor. Despite the proximity to I90, the room was very quiet. We were in a superior King and found it to be roomy. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Wifi was good as was the TV channel selection. Nice flat screen TV. No breakfast, but coffee was in the Lobby.

Right off the highway. Staff was friendly. The room was fairly large with king bed and modern desk with rolling chair. The TV was a large flat screen. There was a microwave, bar fridge and coffee maker. There were reading lights over the bed. There was controllable air conditioning. For the money really not bad. But everything was so cheap! The walls were so thin I heard snoring in the night that was not my husband's. Other guests mingled outside and we heard them until late. The people next doo... Read more

We ran into car trouble and needed to find a pet friendly hotel in a pinch. This was our first experience with a Red Roof Inn and I am mostly pleased with it. The rooms & beds were small, but they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There was an option for "room service" provided by another company. Since it was late and we were hungry, we bit the bullet and spent over $80 for dinner for four. It took nearly and hour to get to us and the food wasn't good. I wouldn't waste your money on... On a recent 3,000 mile road trip, I found that Red Roof Inns were the most reliably comfortable accommodation. The chain, I learned, has recently undergone a remodeling (which it refers to as "NextGen".) The rooms were invariably clean, "fresh" (in terms of appointments), and, otherwise, wholly unremarkable. If one is traveling to get from here to there, what one want's in a hotel room is an ambiance that will enable one to get to sleep as quickly as possible so that one can get up, early, th... This was the perfect place for us to stop for a night of restful sleep with our pup en route to our new home across the country. Quiet, comfortable bed, free wi-fi, pet friendly, and clean. No frills, but a basic breakfast. Free parking right in front of our room so could keep an eye on our jam-packed car. Prices reasonable even though the RNC just 40 min away. Somehow from the reviews I was expecting a little better. Having never stayed in a Red Roof but being a fan of budget-friendly motels, we were looking forward to staying here. We probably will not stay again. The room was really just OK, the bathroom was cleaned just OK, and the double beds were not OK. I'm just wondering, if the place has been refreshed, why did they stay with double beds? The other problem was the pervasive smell of smoke. When we entered the lobby to check in, the sme... Arrived 45 minutes after the advertised check-in time and was informed that the room wasn't ready. They offered another room but it was not sufficient for my needs it was a single bed and I required two beds. I was allowed to complete the registration paperwork and asked to return in an hour. The attendant was pleasant and apologetic for not having the room ready. I really didn't consider this an imposition it allowed us time to get some lunch. Finding our room was the problem. For a road trip I chose this Red Roof Inn for two reasons: I had stayed there several years ago and it was inexpensive. The chain offers cookie- cutter rooms. Our room was clean and extremely basic lacking most amenities now expected at chain motels. I was aware that the room would lack a mini fridge and microwave. I was shocked to find it didn't offer a coffee maker or a hair dryer. I haven't traveled with a hair dryer for years. The coffee offered in the lobby was weak and offered with powdere... Read more

Our family recently went to Cleveland for a family reunion. We chose the Red Roof Inn-Willoughby for our stay. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated room! Four of us, including 2 adults and 2 teenage boys were quite comfortable in our room on the first floor. Even though the hotel is located right off of highway, we did not hear any of the highway noise. The rooms have been recently renovated.

We were at The Red Roof in Cleveland East during the Republican Convention. As a television correspondent I am used to grueling long hours and hotels not always pristine. Not only was this place immaculate, they leave a breakfast box in the room (energy bar, orange juice, snacks) and when I checked out and realized I left a large amount of money in a drawer, Debbie at the front desk went in to check (after it had already been cleaned), found the money and promptly put it in a safe so that Ken... We did reserve this Red Roof Inn on the internet. We're glad we picked here instead of the Days Inn across the street. Besides, they apparently have recently redone the guest rooms. It was clean and comfortable. Sadly, there was no pool. If your destination is Kirtland, this is the perfect location.

Stayed for one night for local college football game, check in/out was fast and easy. Was able to check in an hour early, friendly for dogs with the wood floor. Room was okay, clean, loud ac but working ac. The bathroom could have used some swiftering, there was a cobweb near the back of the toilet that was off putting. This is more about the "inhabitants" than the motel itself, though there will be a bit about that. The much touted "no smoking" policy seems to be something that people staying here relish ignoring. Yes, there is no smoking in the rooms, but there is posted permission to smoke elsewhere on the property and, oh yes, they do. The smell of cigarette smoke wafts about the place. If they're serious about it there should be no smoking on the property and then enforce it. One night I heard two gentleme... Read more
