Overall a good stay. this hotel seems a little dated. I think if they take the time to update this place it would be wonderful. No complaints during my stay other than the pillows were all fluff and did not support my head well during sleep. the bed was quite comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

The hotel is a greAt place to stay in South Toledo for the college or weddings at the Zoo or Toledo Country Club. The beds are excellent. The bar restaurant is convenient and good and they do a nice happy hour.

I thought the pictures of this hotel on the internet were deceptive. The property is more run down than is depicted on the web. Also, the room was noisy, due to a/c unit, the refrigerator, and adjacent guests.

I only stayed one night so I could attend a meeting. After driving for a couple of hours, I found the check-in was easy and pleasant, and the room was clean. Check-out was automatic. I had no complaints or problems. My stay was short but sweet.

We booked the hotel at the last minute. When we got there we found out there were five soccer teams also staying there. But they were appropriately staffed for this. It was a little loud in the hall but by 9:45 it was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Hotel was old but in reasonable condition. I would give it 3 stars. Restaurant was over priced and the food quality was below average. Dining room service was adequate but certainly special. Bar staff were excellent. Maid service was top notch, room and bathroom were always spotless.

The room was clean and had most all things I needed. I would have liked a foot stool with the chair. The room was cleaned daily, but new shampo and soap was only left two Of the six nights we were there.

We choose this hotel due to the closeness to the hospital. I called to get reservation, was told by agent John there was no patient discount, found out later that day that there is, called back and received patient discount. Once we arrived at the hotel the staff was excellent, the room was clean and neat, bathroom was wonderful. We went to the lounge and restaurant and it was as expected, great service. We later ordered room service, a little over priced but I guess that's what you get when you... Read more

I had to only give this an average rating... but read through to understand... Or first night was terrible... first off it was game 7 of NBA finials. That all being said... When we checked into our room I told Tabitha that we had a teething 1yo and very fussy. I was hoping to be put far away from everyone as to not to bother anyone with her fussiness and crying. She said it run was already selected and the crib was in it already. We brought everything up to our room and got kids freshened up an... Read more

This hotel is a gem, even among Radisson properties. It is quiet and well located outside the downtown area. The facilities are excellent, with a large indoor pool, and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We were passing through Toledo on a trip to visit relatives, and were very pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this property.

The hotel itself was great but we've never experienced a hotel with such poor moral. The staff lacked proper customer service etiquette and some where just down right rude. Also, not very accommodating to there guests.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel because we were attending a concert at the Toledo Zoo. Excellent location if you are in town for a Zoo event. The hotel was very clean as well as our room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad. I had NY bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was good. My husband and I shared pancakes for desert. There was not much flavor in pancakes, butter, or syrup, but the pancakes were made well. The bar was cozy and comfortable for an eveni... Read more

It pains me to give an unfavorable review, given how nice the staff at this hotel are and how hard some of them are working to ensure a pleasant stay. While, overall, my room and the hotel were quite neat and clean, management is lacking and it shows. I arrived Wednesday evening and on my way to my room, I noticed plates and cups set outside other rooms from room service delivery. No problem except those items were not picked up until Friday morning! The hotel also promotes throughout its common... Read more

Very good hotel in great proximity to the Zoo. The first time it's a little tricky to find the entrance. You turn into the University and carry on straight to find the hotel tucked in the back on the left. Great friendly desk staff for check in and large clean lobby area. Didn't have time to take advantage of the gym and pool area but both looked top notch. The room was great, super clean, comfy bed, terrific assortment of toiletries and decent wifi. Breakfast choice was regular 2 egg co... Read more

Power went out the morning we were checking out, front desk staff seemed frazzled and unapologetic no compensation was offered, until we asked, our shirt left behind was never "found" so add theft to the list of why we will never stay at another Raddison, the hotel room air conditioned loudly rattled all night until we finally turned it off so we could sleep, only to be woken up by loud music at 4am, the elevators seemed sketchy and thankfully we took the stairs since the power went out we avoide... After the hotel loss power, management refuse to address the issues with guess for a comp night or proration for the day power was loss. They offered a checkout and no charge for that day, however who could find a room on a Sunday morning in the area the events were being held? No consideration for its guess!!

The hotel is nice, clean, we would stay there again. The issue is there was a power outage which meant no elevators, no bathroom lights, no front desk computers and the pool wasn't working. I would have expected more than just an apology for this inconvenience. Other than that, it was pleasant enough. Also, follow the signs as it is located within the University complex (off the road).

This is overall a great hotel. Very nice grounds, off the beaten path, and great rooms. What prevented me from giving them a 5 instead of a 4 was a few mistakes that shouldn't happen at a hotel of this caliber. First, the entry/exit door (where you can use your key to enter) at the end of the hotel wasn't working, so it required a VERY long walk through the lobby to access the room, which of course was at the end of the hall near the other door. Second, the ice maker wasn't working. No sign, no... Read more

Staff was very helpful, nice rooms with microwave, refrigerator, and 1-2 cup coffee/tea maker. blow-dryer was actual blow-dryer, not wall mounted unit! Connected to cancer center and very convenient for the conference. Location is good, felt safe, close to Walmart and a Kroger and some casual dining places, although the hotel dining room and bar was good as well. Keep in mind there is no continental breakfast here but the hotel restaurant does have breakfast options and if you are staying fo... Read more

The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the temperature control was good. There was a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, desk and chair in the room. There was an iron/ironing board and blow dryer. The pool is nice, but the whirlpool was out of service during our stay. Could use more outlets in the room. Bathroom needed an exhaust fan. Breakfast was adequate, but not outstanding. If it comes free with your room ok, but I would not pay $11 for the buffet.

Spent 4 nights recently for a family reunion/wedding. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Restaurant had a decent continental or buffet breakfast and the waitresses and staff were friendly and understanding when we wanted to sit and chat after we ate. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out was a breeze, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!
