The hotel staff can't be beat! I stay here at least once a month and they are so kind and accommodating. They even bought me a hair dryer for my visits because I happened to mention I don't like the one provided in the rooms.

Wherever you go inside the hotel, they all remember you and greet you by name. Bed was so comfortable, room extremely clean. I hope to be able to stay there again for business. Nice breakfast buffet, nice variety of food in the restaurant. Really nice location, landscaping around the hotel is beautiful. I like Sharonville a lot

The Doubletree is my grandson, John's, favorite place in Cincinnati. The staff is so friendly. Probably the most friendly of all of the hotels that we stay at during our travels. The front desk is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious with real eggs scrambled, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt and today also had green peppers and onions! Love the women servers in the morning. They are cheery and helpful. We have no reason to try any of the other Hiltons in the area!!

The stay at this hotel was great except one thing. We weren't aware that we could only eat once for the complimentary breakfast. Some of our young men from our basketball team went back to eat more breakfast a 2nd time. The dining room staff was a little rude with them about it and e were charged for what they had eaten. It was never made clear that this was the rule during check in. They though it was our team that they had communicated this information to but it wasn't. This information should... Read more

Best room I've ever stayed in! I was so comfortable and satisfied. It was nice to feel spoiled while away from home. Didn't want to leave! Also, the cookie upon check-in was a small, but very much appreciated gesture (not to mention delicious). Great location, great hotel. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Great service. Very friendly staff. Spacious suite with two large screen TVs. We had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was very clean. My four year old grandson loved the live parrot in the lobby. The cookies we received upon arrival were oh so delicious. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a very nice clean hotel. Very comfortable experience. Highly recommend. The room we stayed in had a bedroom and separating living room area that could be shut off with interior doors allowing for some level of privacy and separation. Two TVs

Our baseball team was repeatedly told the pool would be open, when that obviously was not going to be the case. This happened over the course of several days, during a baseball tournament, where multiple families chose the hotel for the purpose of having a pool for the kids to use.

We were on the final leg of a long weekend away, and our last stop was at the Doubletree Suites. It was a hot weekend in the 90's. When we checked into our room it was pretty warm, but the thermostat was set at 75, so I dropped it down to cool the room off and we went to get something to eat. We came back and it was no cooler, so we thought we'd give it another hour to kick in. I noticed that the battery light was on indicating a dead battery in the thermostat, so the front desk sent up some... Read more

I would not go back to this hotel unless they put in another elevator in the back of the hotel. If you park in the back, there is only stairs. Even if you can find a place to park in the front for access to the only elevator, then it's a long walk to your room. There are no safety bars in the bath/shower. Personnel are pleasant, but don't always know what is going on. Beware of cookies that are offered. They have nuts in them, and unless you ask, they don't tell you.

We were there for a baseball your tournament. They were very nice. They organized a buffet dinner for us and we had our own co defense room for dinner with a patio right off the room by the pool. It was fantastic.

This hotel is in a great location to many amenities. The staff was very accommodating. Gotta love the cookies! We had a fire drill but it went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest is a bar sink in the bar area of your room.

What a great experience we had here for our Family Reunion. Everyone at The Doubletree were very accommodating to our group. They made special arrangements for our family to have breakfast as a group, welcoming members who were not staying in the hotel. It was a very well maintained hotel, with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect to so many activities as well. I highly recommend this property for any family gathering or just a weekend getaway for two. Thank you to ... Read more

The room itself was fine but housekeeping some how managed to skip our room during our stay so I had to call front desk to get clean glasses and didn't appreciate having to walk down from the third floor to the first floor to get ice because apparently that is the only floor that had an ice machine. Little issues I know but like the title says "little things should matter". Otherwise like I said the room was fine, the bed was comfortable and every other part of our stay was pleasant.

The Double Tree was a very pleasant experience for us. We had originally booked at the Marriott Courtyard, but my sister-in-law booked at the Double Tree, so we agreed to switch and give it a try. It was a very good decision.

Nice clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Spent 4 nights, most of which without a working toilet. Complained to the front desk three times, they would send someone up, but it would only work for one or two flushes after they left. We used the lobby restroom for most of our stay.

The young lady at he front desk was on the phone when I arrived and did not great me. Two other employees stood in front of the registration desk gossiping and did not offer to assist me. I waited for approximately 10 minutes until the young lady on the phone yelled for another staff member. My opinion in customer service is the customer in front of you is your priority and yelling through out the hotel for another staff member while others stand around gossiping is rude. Also, the ladies goss... Read more

Recently stayed here for a baseball tournament. Check in/out was very simple. Front desk clerks were exceptionally friendly. Had no problems during my stay here. The bed was super comfy. Very clean place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 PM and they were telling people ahead of us that they didn't have any rooms ready. I had checked in the day before so when I got to the check in clerk she said she had one room available but our second room was not ready. I asked her how long abd she said they were cleaning it now. We took our stuff up to our room and saw that the maid was cleaning the other room we were given. We waited about 20 minutes and loomed in the hall and the maid had finished and had... Read more

Check in process was very poor. Our room was not ready until after 4pm (supposed to be ready at 3pm). Several families traveling with our baseball team did not get rooms until 2-3 hours after check-in. The main elevator was out of service, which was a major inconvenience.

I am assuming this hotel was short staffed when I visited. We arrived on Friday, July 8 around 3 pm. We were told our rooms were not ready and we needed to wait. We had to wait well over two hours. The hotel was very busy. There was a family gathering and other large groups there. And I spoke with other guest and they also were having the same issue. I visited the pool. It was not really clean and something was wrong with the hot tub. The hot tub was no where near hot. We had to ask for fresh... Read more

This was not a clean room; I thought prior to checking in they had advertised updated rooms but these were 'in progress.' Pool was murky and scary; horrible garbage smell ever present outside hotel. Would not say this was a positive Hilton experience.

This Doubletree is reasonably priced in a good area of town though not a lot of dining selections at this exit. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The staff is not attentive or accommodating. My room did not have a hairdryer and the carpet was wet and mildewing due to a leaking A/C unit. After numerous phone and personal interactions with the staff they were never able to provide me with a hair dryer or room with a hair dryer. I did not locate to source of the smell (wet carpet) until la... Read more

My biggest complaint about my overall stay is specifically about having dinner in the café. It took quite some time before my waitress ever came to see me for the first time. Once I ordered she brought my meal, but forgot to bring my appetizer first, but when I reminded her she did bring it quickly and comped it. I ordered the braised short ribs and when she brought them out she asked me what I thought, because the chef had done something different. I told her that I didn't really care for ... Read more

Overall a great stay for a couple night family getaway. Had a billing issue that the friendly staff resolved (but it took a few days to show up in my bank account). The pool was a complete and utter disappointment. Dirty. Green. Cloudy water. An outdoor pool was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, and this was a disappointment.

We stayed here while in town for 2 nights. The hotel staff was welcoming and polite, and the warm cookies was a nice touch. And then it started to go down from there. We turned around to go to our room, and she said "the main elevator is broken, but the stairs are right next to the elevator". We carried our luggage to our room 237, and it was on the slightly dirty/older side. There was a rather loud group of teens playing outside, till around 2 am. In the same parking lot as the kids playing was... Read more

hotel was excellent, had to travel to any restaurants as there was nothing really close except the hotel and the prices there were a little step considering what we had paid for the room. Other than that i would recommend this to my company for future stays and i personally would stay there again. Thanks for the great service.

We used the Doubletree as the headquarters for a family funeral. They did an outstanding job of planning and executing - including setting up a web page reservation system, providing a luncheon for 50, and taking care of our family during the stay.

We booked a room for six, no bath mat and only 2 towels. The room was clean, but not very well maintained. Loose trim pieces, and frayed carpet, easy fixes to do. I expected higher quality from a Hilton.

First room smelled very musty and we asked to be moved. The second room smelled a bit better but was in need of updating. We arrived after 10 pm and the only food available for purchase were candy or chips. Not a bad experience but not a great one either.

This was our second trip to the Doubletree, the service was great and the location is accessible to resturants, shopping and main interstate exchanges. When we arrived we greeted not only with one of their famous cookies, but the front desk staff was very friendly. We will certainly return again!

Stayed August 12 & 13. The room was actually very nice. Good mattress, clean linens but pillows were tiny and limp. The shower pressure wasn't great and the cleaner had left the prior guest's soap not only IN the shower but on the counter. Not a big deal, but worth a mention. The restaurant downstairs was ok, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. Upon checkout they had a computer glitch and zapped approval on my Visa twice. That was annoying, but was told by their accountant i... Read more
