The hotel staff can't be beat! I stay here at least once a month and they are so kind and accommodating. They even bought me a hair dryer for my visits because I happened to mention I don't like the one provided in the rooms.

Wherever you go inside the hotel, they all remember you and greet you by name. Bed was so comfortable, room extremely clean. I hope to be able to stay there again for business. Nice breakfast buffet, nice variety of food in the restaurant. Really nice location, landscaping around the hotel is beautiful. I like Sharonville a lot

The Doubletree is my grandson, John's, favorite place in Cincinnati. The staff is so friendly. Probably the most friendly of all of the hotels that we stay at during our travels. The front desk is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious with real eggs scrambled, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt and today also had green peppers and onions! Love the women servers in the morning. They are cheery and helpful. We have no reason to try any of the other Hiltons in the area!!

The stay at this hotel was great except one thing. We weren't aware that we could only eat once for the complimentary breakfast. Some of our young men from our basketball team went back to eat more breakfast a 2nd time. The dining room staff was a little rude with them about it and e were charged for what they had eaten. It was never made clear that this was the rule during check in. They though it was our team that they had communicated this information to but it wasn't. This information should... Read more

Best room I've ever stayed in! I was so comfortable and satisfied. It was nice to feel spoiled while away from home. Didn't want to leave! Also, the cookie upon check-in was a small, but very much appreciated gesture (not to mention delicious). Great location, great hotel. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Great service. Very friendly staff. Spacious suite with two large screen TVs. We had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was very clean. My four year old grandson loved the live parrot in the lobby. The cookies we received upon arrival were oh so delicious. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our baseball team was repeatedly told the pool would be open, when that obviously was not going to be the case. This happened over the course of several days, during a baseball tournament, where multiple families chose the hotel for the purpose of having a pool for the kids to use.

We were on the final leg of a long weekend away, and our last stop was at the Doubletree Suites. It was a hot weekend in the 90's. When we checked into our room it was pretty warm, but the thermostat was set at 75, so I dropped it down to cool the room off and we went to get something to eat. We came back and it was no cooler, so we thought we'd give it another hour to kick in. I noticed that the battery light was on indicating a dead battery in the thermostat, so the front desk sent up some... Read more

I would not go back to this hotel unless they put in another elevator in the back of the hotel. If you park in the back, there is only stairs. Even if you can find a place to park in the front for access to the only elevator, then it's a long walk to your room. There are no safety bars in the bath/shower. Personnel are pleasant, but don't always know what is going on. Beware of cookies that are offered. They have nuts in them, and unless you ask, they don't tell you.

What a great experience we had here for our Family Reunion. Everyone at The Doubletree were very accommodating to our group. They made special arrangements for our family to have breakfast as a group, welcoming members who were not staying in the hotel. It was a very well maintained hotel, with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect to so many activities as well. The room itself was fine but housekeeping some how managed to skip our room during our stay so I had to call front desk to get clean glasses and didn't appreciate having to walk down from the third floor to the first floor to get ice because apparently that is the only floor that had an ice machine. Little issues I know but like the title says "little things should matter". Otherwise like I said the room was fine, the bed was comfortable and every other part of our stay was pleasant.

Nice clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Spent 4 nights, most of which without a working toilet. Complained to the front desk three times, they would send someone up, but it would only work for one or two flushes after they left. We used the lobby restroom for most of our stay.

The young lady at he front desk was on the phone when I arrived and did not great me. Two other employees stood in front of the registration desk gossiping and did not offer to assist me. I waited for approximately 10 minutes until the young lady on the phone yelled for another staff member. My opinion in customer service is the customer in front of you is your priority and yelling through out the hotel for another staff member while others stand around gossiping is rude. I am assuming this hotel was short staffed when I visited. We arrived on Friday, July 8 around 3 pm. We were told our rooms were not ready and we needed to wait. We had to wait well over two hours. The hotel was very busy. There was a family gathering and other large groups there. And I spoke with other guest and they also were having the same issue. I visited the pool. My biggest complaint about my overall stay is specifically about having dinner in the café. It took quite some time before my waitress ever came to see me for the first time. Overall a great stay for a couple night family getaway. Had a billing issue that the friendly staff resolved (but it took a few days to show up in my bank account). We stayed here while in town for 2 nights. The hotel staff was welcoming and polite, and the warm cookies was a nice touch. And then it started to go down from there. We turned around to go to our room, and she said "the main elevator is broken, but the stairs are right next to the elevator". This hotel is excellent for families and business travelers on short trips. Extended stays would be a challenge, though. It is extremely difficult to connect internet streaming devices like Roku players and Apple TVs because the TV sets are bolted to the walls. In addition, there are no outlets near the TV sets to plug a streaming device. On the positive side, the rooms are clean and nice, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has good and reasonably priced meals.

I travel often to Cincinnati to see, or pick up, my 87 year old mother. I stay at the Doubletree in Blue Ash as often as possible when there. Several times this summer they were sold out and I had to stay elsewhere. Each time I had to stay elsewhere I was reminded of why I prefer the Doubletree. Decided to stay the night before a training seminar that was being hosted at this hotel. Overall it was very nice but I would not advise eating at the restaurant unless you enjoy wasting money. $46 for a simple dinner and two beers. $16 for a breakfast buffet that is easily topped by any other hotels free buffet.
