I'm sure it's not their fault, but it's a mosquito haven there ugh! Outdoor poor was very slimy, I know it was Labor Day weekend, end of season, but should of been cleaned. Don't think I would return. ???

This place is the ultimate rip-off. Warn anyone you know that is considering a visit here. This place is actually a time-share facility and campground. They do not treat their members well and treat visitors even worse.

this was a great stay. a really good view of the water, friendly and helpful staff. we did have a problem at first our room wasnt clean ( but in their defense, they just let the cleaning staff go for lack of wanting to do a good job), when we told the staff they went right over and did a great job. Steve was more than happy to make all right. i would stay there again. they also had one of the largest indoor pools i have seen for a long time. maybe some of the people complaining about this plac... We had our wedding reception booked at this place. Joan, the manager, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in any aspect of service ever. She took over 2 months to contact us with any details on final pricing which we were basically stuck using them at this point (partially our fault for not just moving on with another location). Yelled at us and treated us like children for asking simple questions about how we could use the outdoor shelter we rented. I would not recommend this facilit... Read more

So disappointed! The outdoor pool was not filled, just an empty hole. It's Memorial weekend!! Kick off of summer! The indoor pool was filled the day before we arrived and was 50 degrees (my backup plan if it rained). The game room had no AC and was 90 degrees. The coffee maker had an old filter with coffee grinds with mold growing. There were HUGE (wood?) bees swarming all around our cottage all day, so we couldn't sit outside (but my son got stung anyway) The wifi didn't work....and the list go... Read more

Gotta go right to the pros and cons: Always want to start with the positive Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Large (full-hook-up) camp sites 3. Indoor pool (heated! W/ hot tub) 4. Decent shower houses 5. Great scenery/lake views 6. Decent price Cons: 1. Only six campers per site 2. Multiple things in disrepair 3. Outdoor pool still not open thru 6/24 4. Access to a nice clubhouse/rec center This campground seems like it was booming at one time and is now in need of a little help. I would stay aga... Read more
