Traveling from NY to Chicago and looked for a stop over spot. Found a coupon for this hotel in travel guide. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff and had a nice bar and restaurant on site. This will be our stop over point on all of our future trips!

My 2 children and I stayed here for one night. First of all, I think this place was overpriced. A one night stay, myself and 2 children cost $222 after tax. This included our trip down to the water area. Breakfast was not included.?!! Secondly, once I got home the next day, I had 3 distinct bite marks, in a triangle pattern, on my body that ended up very swollen and very itchy. Research shows that this distinct formation and symptoms was from bed bugs. With this being said, it was a terr... Read more

I checked in after a long day on the road using a 3rd party booking app. I chose the hotel for ratings and location. It was perfect. Room was huge with at 55" TV. Room was clean, bed comfy. I noticed there had been a snafu with my credit card and the booking app being flip flopped when I checked out. I stopped by the front desk and the manager on duty quickly resolved it. Her customer service was A #1. I wish I could get people like her where I work.

We wanted a hotel that was close to the Hollywood Casino that was very nice, but affordable and this hotel was perfect! :) This hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes away from the casino and your GPS will have you take the beautiful and picturesque route. The hotel itself is located at the end of an impressive avenue that has great shops and nice restaurants (i.e. a 2 story Bar Louie etc). Our room was spacious (basic room) with a King-size bed. Our room faced the front of the building that overlooked... Read more

Nice space. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use the bar/restaurant but it was clearly busy with what looked like primarily a business traveler crowd. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Convenient to restaurants, gas, and highway. The room was a tad smaller than I would have cared for if I'd needed an extended stay, however, the environment made up for what was lost in space.

We stayed there over the weekend and come to find out the water park cost $30 person and only half the day Sunday. Breakfast was not free they charge you for the smashing you get free every other hotel. I stay at hotels about 250 days a year and this one will not come back to. I have been to many hotels with with restaurants in them and they either give you free breakfast. they used the pancake maker that hotels use at the buffet and charge you for a normal meal for that

This hotel is a very good fit, from the room to the bar for anyone. I am disappointed with the hours the water park are open. Our stay here was necessary to attend a softball tournament 5 mins down the street. The games started early Friday thru Sunday. Disappointed because the girls on the team were only able to enjoy the water park for about 45 mins on Saturday night before it closed at 9. The girls were able to utilize the pool at the comfort inn across the street on Friday night, becaus... Read more

My daughter and I were traveling for a softball tournament and after much searching and reading reviews we settled on this hotel. Unfortunately the reviews don't match up with the hotel. Considering that we paid $200.50 for one night and another 20.00 for breakfast I would assume I am getting a top of the line room. In stead we got an out dated room with moldy shower, no charge ports by the bed and an old style air conditioning system. See pictures below.

The Hotel charged more money than printed coupon advertised. No fine print or staff/management could/would explain. After check-in we discovered that only a small 1 foot wading pool was open in the massive water park. We felt deceived and swindled with this HI stay, rarely are we disappointed with them. Too many other available Hotels in area to be treated like this.

Looks nice from the outside, and sounds great because of restaurant & water park, but honestly not worth it. First off, Splash Bay is only open on weekends & the restaurant is expensive. I've heard the breakfast isn't good, though I didn't try it, just go to Tim Hortons down the street! Cheaper and tasty. The room had a funny smell, like something dead was hiding under the bed. The bathroom is quite small, and there aren't really convenient outlets near the bed. Went to use the coffee pot in the... Read more

The mattress in our room smelled of urine and the bathroom floor was very dirty, especially around the tub area. Checked in early and went to a concert, when we returned very tired about midnight, all we wanted to do is go to bed, but when we pulled the comforter down, all we could smell was pee. We were not about to repack and change rooms at midnight, so we slept on top of the covers. When I called the manager on Monday to let him know about room 508, he acted like it was no big deal... nee... Read more

We stopped here on our way back to Washington. The location is convient and the staff very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a good choice when traveling. Although we didn't use it, the hotel has a large pool and water slide. If you are government or military, like us, we got a nice room with 2 queens for $89 plus tax.

Kids wanted to stay here due to water park. It was free water park Friday night but they never opened the park. On Saturday paid full price for water park but the customer service was so bad at hotel. All they wanted was money and fast check outs. No one said. Hoping you enjoyed your visit and come again. Do not recommend this to any one. Better stay in downtown perrysburg and enjoy Levi's common.

Our family of 5 stopped here overnight on a road trip. The location is great, close to the interstate and lots of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were all very friendly. There were a couple of loose fixtures in the shower, I mentioned them at checkout and the staff was very receptive and said she would have it looked in to. They offer free breakfast through many booking sites and kids also eat free in the resturant with a paying adult. Overall great stay!

Mary at front desk welcomed us with a smile. Sold us on the water park which was worth it. The room was clean and a comfortable temperature. The water park was also clean and just the right size. The slide were fun and there were plenty of floats. Went on a Saturday and it was not over crowded. There is a very small arcade room where you get tickets for toys. Took advantage of the kids (10 and under) eat free at Sabra restaurant. Great food.

The hotel employees provided excellent service. Mary at the front desk was able to correct a mistake I made with my reservation. They also had a phone charger for us to borrow. The restaurant inside very good and was reasonably priced especially with kids 12 and under eating free. I had half rack ribs, au gratin potatoes, grilled zucchini and a salad for only 12.00. The kids, age 11 and 12, really enjoyed Splash Bay. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This HI was just average. So what's worst is they don't include breakfast. I just don't understand that? It's not like it's in a major metropolitan area or in downtown Toledo! I'll probably never return because of that!

This was a very nice, newer hotel. They do not have complimentary breakfast and no vouchers for the restaurant, but the food was good for breakfast. We had a king room and when we checked in, we found that it had bunk beds too! Had not seen that in a hotel room before. They gave us a good rate, too, as it was getting kind of late. They do have a water park, but it was closed for the season.

Great staff that goes out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. After we checked in we called down about upgrading rooms and the lady working brought the new keys up to us and made sure we liked our new room! Only complaint was housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:30 when we were supposed to have a late checkout and had the "do not disturb" sign up.

Isn't it amazing that 2007 was almost 10 years ago? I know, I thought so too but then I realized what 10 years old looks like and it's the rooms at this Holiday Inn. The rooms are a decent size but definitely are in need of new carpeting, lamp shades, furniture, etc. to keep things feeling fresh. Also, the hallways have an unpleasant odor.

We only stayed here for a night on our way to Chicago, but it's a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with a very good restaurant and full bar, if you're too tired to go out to one of the many restaurants in the area. It's right off the turnpike, very quiet and the beds are great. We'd definitely stay here again.

If around Toledo for work this is just right for me. The value you get is perfect as they are situated in a pretty quite part of Toledo and the hotel has all services you'd need at this price range. It's very clean, hospitable and the room's are pretty spacious. Parking as everywhere in Toledo is pretty spacious too. This is my second time staying here.

We needed a place to drop anchor while coming in for a funeral. This hotel is in a nice location right off of the expressway. There is a grouping of hotels...Comfort Inn and a couple of others.
