Recently completed a weekend stay. Check-in was quick and efficient. Hotel is definitely older but still very decent. Would like to see at a minimum a mini-fridge in the rooms. Was gone all day Saturday and upon returning to my room, noticed immediately that housekeeping hadn't even bothered to enter my room. Contacted the front desk and the first thing I was asked was whether or not I had put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign out. Sorry Kathy, but I'm not that dumb. At least I had someone come i... Read more

Too bad smoking is allowed in the room. Room smelled aweful. Only room left so I took it. What a mistake. Sheets smelled of smoke and the whole room seemed dirty as a result. Smoking in hotel rooms should not be allowed just like it is not allowed on restaurants.

Having stayed in many hotels and motels in this area while visiting family in Maumee, we found this to be one of the better options. The breakfast was excellent, both pools were well-maintained, rooms were clean, and staff were all very friendly. The only minor drawback was that our room, with 2 queen beds, felt cramped with three people and our luggage.

This is an average Hampton property. Could use some updates. Staff very nice. Bed wasn't the regular Hampton bed; was a little too firm. They had Lodgenet for TV so had good variety. Pools were well kept. Down side the shuttle to the airport which I depend on not running. Van outside but employees report its broken.

We had reservations here en route to Chicago from the DC area. After nearly 8 hrs on the road it was nice to be greeted with a smile on arrival ~ pre-check allowed for a speedy check-in and we were happy to see the cookie tray was full. We stayed one night on our return from Washington DC. The hotel is a short drive off of the Ohio Turnpike. There's a grocery store and restaurants across the parking lot. The check-in process was fairly quick, even though they had several youth baseball teams staying at the hotel. The room was quiet, even with the baseball players running up and down the hallways. The breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. I'll stay here again when passing through the area.

Hotel right off Ohio turnpike which is convenient. Checked in 8pm, staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little smaller than use to but it was still a nice room. The only problem at this hotel is they don't have 2 beds in a handicap room. I travel with my Mom and we like to have our own bed. If they can't do that then they should have higher toilets in the regular room so it would be easier for handicap families.

We had an overnight stay at this hotel, whose location was very convenient from I-80/I-90 for a road trip from the East Coast to Milwaukee. I found the hotel to be very clean. A nice place to stay, very near I80, and with many restaurants nearby, including an excellent Mexican restaurant across the street. Our only problem with our room was a very low toilet, which was hard to get up from for at least some seniors. Maybe this is not true of all the rooms, so check ahead of time, if you think that this may be a problem for you.

Hotel room is as you expect it at a Hampton Inn, Cleanliness is standard and of no concern. There is one major issue with that hotel. As soon as you walk into the hotel, your cell phone reception is gone or so limited that it is not possible to make phone calls without dropping the call. I use 2 of the major US phone carriers with different networks and phone technologies. It was the same for both. The hotel is fine if you do not want to use your cell phone

Traveling across country, read other reviews on cleanliness. They were correct. Very clean. Towels are soft and nice. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast, not anything special, but very adequate with fresh fruit, juices, fresh waffles, bagels and danish. The only negative, and it is small is the lower water pressure in the shower, but everything else was so refreshing...not even a concern.

Your typical reliable Hampton Inn, with something different these days: an outdoor pool as well as an indoor. Comfortable beds. Annoyingly thick and hot comforters that slip off the bed too easily, but that's a corporate mandated comforter so there's nothing this property can do. Room was clean and fine.
