The entire lobby area and hallways smelled strongly of fried fish. Although our room did not smell as bad as the hallway, our AC system was so loud we did not sleep well. We frequent this particular inn but we may reconsider in the future. The location is perfect but the entire property is badly in need of an update.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast food and service were great. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone desiring accommodations in NE Cincinnati.

Location perfect to what I needed- great rates! Very clean the staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and I was recognized as an honors member. Close to the highway, UDF, Frisch's, and Loveland.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection, coffee is very good. Room service is prompt and the food is excellent. Everything I wanted.

The Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly....however when we got to our room we found the sheets were dirty and there was a stain in the middle of the bed. This bed was anot air type mattress that didn't work correctly. The pool area also was dirty

the most friendliest and courteous staff we have ever come across from the front desk , the restaurant, housekeeping or any staff you happen to pass by !! very impressive !!! the rooms are very clean and comfortable , their pool and hot tub also well maintained , their omelets are delicious !!!! Sallie and Dan at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous.....I have some issues with walking and Dan was most helpful in getting my things to my room for me. One thing I feel sould be looked at --- the handicap rooms are at the ends of the halls near exits in case of emergencies---however, when you get outside there is no ramp only curbs that need to be navigated...would be helpful to have a ramp there and handicap parking there also.

The hotel has been completely remodeled and has an excellent staff. The made to order breakfast and adjustable beds are just a few of the great amenities you will find at this Hilton Garden Inn. I would recommend this place to anyone! We had a great experience!

We stayed here last weekend because we attended a nearby wedding reception. There was a block of rooms reserved for the wedding guests, and we were offered a discounted price, which we appreciated. As soon as we entered our hotel room, we could smell old cigarettes. We called the front desk immediately, and they were good about placing us in a different room. The last time we stayed at this hotel we were force to change rooms, but felt anyone can have problem, so we booked a second stay. The first night our air-conditioner broke at 3:00 am. After going to the front desk and given batteries for the thermostat, which it did use, it was after 4:00 am and we had to be up at 5:00 so I was not about to wake my wife to change rooms. This particular hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and every detail of the check in was covered. We live in the are but stayed for a wedding (we live on the other side of town) and were very invo,ved (wedding planner) and needing to be close by. Excellent hotel!

Celebrated a wedding in Cincinnati and had reception at Oasis nearby... The hotel couldn't have been more accommodating all went smooth... The staff was excellent ... And the facilities good ... Free shuttle bus was awesome!

small but clean rooms. only complaint no complementary breakfast. Some of us bridesmaids wanted a muffin before we left to get hair done and was told we would have to pay 9.95 for one. lets face it hotels that have complementary breakfast are the best!

There were 6 weddings in the hotel and a girls La Crosse team and the hotel handled it very smoothly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only problem we had came from other peoples children running through the hall and banging on the doors ar 3 in the morning. But we reported and I am sure it was handled

Hotel is very clean, people that work there are very nice and courteous . Great breakfast, great pool, beds are very comfortable. It's only 25 minutes from downtown. The foyer is fantastic for just relaxing and watching TV, reading the paper, and having a complimentary water and a apple or orange.

Visited Cincinnati for a wedding and was pleased at the choice of hotels the wedding party chose for us. The hotel was neat, clean and the staff were very helpful. There were quite a few amenities including a pool, gym internet, restaurant, and bar. Despite having 7 wedding parties booked for the weekend and a lacrosse team the halls were quiet at night. I will return to this hotel when I am in the area again.

It was a great stay for my family and friends. They were very helpful with our softball team and anything we needed. Would definitely look at this hotel again next year for our softball team, was close to the fields and other things for us to do.

Our daughter's softball team was playing at a nearby tournament and this was a great place to relax after a long, hot day at the ballfields! The rooms were nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The beds were comfortable though you may want to bring your own pillows...there weren't quite the greatest. Lobby is gorgeous with great staff! Pool is a bit small but accommodated our team! Only major downfall is no complimentary breakfast! There is a $9.95 charge per adult per day!

I love this hotel! We stay here when we visit the attractions in Mason, Cincinatti, and Newport. The decor is lovely, the rooms are cozy, and the staff is very accomadating. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is that I wish the breakfast bar was complimentary like other hotels I've frequented. Feeding a family of four is expensive so we ended up utilizing the in-room refrigerator and microwave quite often during our stay.

I have stayed at many hotels and the staff was wonderfully here. I was paying for 7 rooms for my family and they took amazing care of my personal information even when I was mistakenly charged twice for the same room. They fixed the issue and even comp'd by breakfast to show good faith. I give them a 10 in my book but in the hotel world I would give them 5 stars.

Clean, friendly, but overpriced, especially since no free breakfast provided. Rooms are pretty standard, nothing to write home about, but nice and clean. Twenty-somethings enjoyed the pool as well as the outside patio.

Great stay the hotel well very clean and very business casual. The pool was refreshing and was the perfect tempature plus being able to go in at 6 am until 10 pm. Pillows and blankets were very crisp.

I visited Cincinnati to attend the P & G Music Festival and all rooms were booked close to the venue, but this one though a few miles to travel was worth the money paid. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the best and very comfortable that once I hit the pillow very soft I might add, I was sound asleep. Really enjoyed this hotel. It is right off the freeway and convenient to get to. We enjoyed the breakfast service and customer service we received. Clean, well kept and friendly. The Cincinnati Jazz fest was in town and this was a great find as it is only 15 min from Kings Island.

Everyone had a great night sleep except for me. My son refused to sleep on the couch bed. So I switched with him and found out why. The sofa bed is shot. It had no support and all I felt was the crossmembers of the frame all night. The adjustable king bed was wonderful. My wife adjusted her side to firm and slept perfect.

Rooms are a bit tired. Bathroom was beat with some mold in the tub and sink top was worn. The desk staff is good and friendly. The house keeping of common areas wa mediocre. This is not a bad hotel, but it was not up to the normal Hilton Garden Inn standard.

Convenient location for our family as we were close to any of our activities that we had planned. Nice lobby area for our family to gather. Enjoyed the warm cookies and lemon ice water. Rooms were nice.

This hotel has a pool, one that is not vented and makes the whole hotel smell of chemicals. it is a very old hotel and you can see poor repairs every where. This is the only hotel that will still charge you for a continental breakfast.

Went to Renaissance festival in Harveysburg Saturday and spent the night here so we could go to Loveland castle the next day. My friend and I were extremely happy and impressed with the room and hotel especially for the price.

I spent one night here because it was close to my sister's house. The front desk clerk was helpful. When i opened the door to the room I thought I heard the sound of a cricket but then it stopped. Once I got in to bed and turned the light off the sound started up. I tried to find the cricket but couldn't. I thought about gong to the front desk to change rooms but didn't want to get dressed. The Hilton Garden Inn, Loveland, GA was a great total experience. I stayed here for my nephew's wedding, along with at least 30 other people/wedding guests. The hotel staff (particularly Sallie) was beyond accommodating. They really went above and beyond giving superior customer service and making our time there priceless. Outside of a loud room a/c, low water pressure in the shower and flat pillows, the room experience was great!!!

I stayed for two nights with my family while attending a wedding. Overall, I had the same experience as other reviewers - weak/average customer service and a poor physical product. No glaring issues that immediately gave the property a "2 circle" but just lots of missteps along the way. Service: Check in was unnecessarily arduous. We stayed here overnight and had great experiences with every employee we dealt with. Check in, dinner at the restaurant, woman cleaning rooms on the third floor, the painter (touch up painting in the elevator), breakfast in the restaurant and check out. All 6 employees we dealt with had a positive customer service attitude. The only reason we did not give a 5 was the mattress was soft. Overall the facility is well maintained and is clean.

Very unprofessional and unkempt staff, poor service, poor value for the cost of the room. Front desk staff must also be in charge of food service, the event planner (Cathy [--]) is FAR from engaged and invested in ensuring the satisfaction of Hilton Honors guests' requests. She was very disinterested in accomodating requests. An extremely poor experience overall

I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Very good value for money. Great location. Staff was quite friendly and did all to provide us with good service There was no drinking water in the room which was a bit uncomfortable as I had to go to the reception to get water each time, but overall the stay was quite pleasant

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly upon arrival. The front lobby area was bright and clean. Our room was very clean. The housekeeper I spoke with in the hallway was busy cleaning a room but was still helpful and friendly when I spoke to her. We had a block of rooms for a wedding... 1) Our guest had trouble booking a room cause the staff couldn't find our wedding party name. 2) Then we were told that they would give us & guest the breakfast buffet for the morning after the wedding. This didn't happen. 3) Any problem that we called about wasn't fixed.

After the wedding at another venue, the hotel invited us to continue the celebration in their nice looking lobby. I slept right through it all. Breakfast was a lovely selection but a bit pricey considering the room cost. Beds were great. We had 5 rooms just for our family. Shuttle service was a nice extra. Staff very accommodating. Just wish they were dog friendly as other family were traveling with pets and had to stay elsewhere.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my liking. The Breakfast Buffet offered had many item to choose from. Staff was very friendly.

Room was overall OK and fairly clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful when checking in as well as checking out. Area in front for check-in was nice with snacks available for check-in. Hotel was right off exit next to 275 which was helpful to get in and out.
