Staff were very attentive, especially Earl, Shelly and Vickie. Overall hotel was very nice but the rooms are in need of upgrading. some of the room furnishing had visible signs of wear and tear and need to be replaced. However, the housekeeping did an excellent job or keeping the rooms clean.

This is a very large hotel easily accessible from the freeway. They provide nice perks like a cocktail hour, free self-laundry, and breakfast buffet including an omelet station. The hotel is 8 floors built around a central open indoor courtyard. It is very noisy but once in your room you don't hear much. You enter into a sitting room and the bedroom is behind it so it is quite there. The furnishings and room decor are dated and pretty barebones. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The staff is... I would definately recommend this hotel. We were there midweek so it wasn't too crowded. Staff was nice and complimentry breakfast and managers reception were very nice. Food was good. Only problem was our room was pretty warm the second night, air wasn't working. We were checking out that day so it was't really a problem.

This Cleveland Rockside Embassy Suites always is a very vibrant community. The hotel always has a lot going on. There is always an event of some sort always taking place in the lobby. There are many good restaurants around as well as shopping malls in the area.

This is a great hotel - every amenity, nice rooms, nice staff. However, both times we've stayed here a group of teens/kids sports teams were staying here as well. Both times it made it very noisy. That was the only downside.

My husband, daughter and I have stayed at this hotel four times since 2012. Our most recent stay was over Memorial Day weekend, 2016. I find the location very convenient (we attended Irish Dance competitions in Akron and Cleveland), the free breakfast is tasty (made to order omelets), the separate living room/bedroom configuration is handy, and the bed was comfortable. We try to stay at Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites when we travel, so that my daughter can sleep in a separate room from us. ... Read more

We got this hotel through Hotwire and we're very pleased. The suites are roomy and should be even better once updates are made. The breakfast buffet was much nicer than most complimentary breakfasts. They also have a Keurig in every room. My only complaint is that when someone is in the room next to you, it sounds like they are in your room. Especially in the "living room" area.

In town for an Indians game with a family friend and our children. I paid for the corner suite because there were 5 of us in our room & I wanted the extra space. I used the 24 HR online check-in feature so, upon arrival, I was able to check in quickly. Pleasant experience. Although I requested additional towels prior to check-in, the room offered 2. Two towels for a suite that sleeps 5-6. No shampoo. No conditioner. It doesn't seem like a big deal, except when I called down for more towels ... Read more

I have stayed at this property four times before. To be honest I wasn't overly impressed before. As a matter of fact, my wife refuses to stay here. This trip I was traveling alone so I stayed here because it was convenient, but I wasn't expecting much more than just a room. I was pleasantly surprised. It was great! My husband and I stayed here for three nights while he was traveling for business in Ohio. After staying at several Embassy Suites, I've come to expect excellence and this visit didn't meet my expectations. Although still nice, the hotel is quite dated in some areas and could use some updates. For example, one of the beds in our room creaked horribly, even if you just rolled over. I first want to say that the front desk staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The bartenders during the managers reception were great at their jobs also. The housekeeping staff was horrible. Our room was cleaned once in 3 days. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom and the floors. Also had hairs on the bedsheets which made me feel like maybe they hadn't been cleaned. We didn't arrive till almost midnight and was exhausted so I didn't call for room service. I wore my shoes until I went to bed and slept on top of the covers. The overall look of the hotel itself looks nice and the breakfast was good. The staff at check out didn't even ask how everything was and didn't even make eye contact. We stay at the Hilton bra... I've noticed the service here and be good or bad at times. I used the check in feature on their website and as a awards member I was able to select the room I wanted which I do like. However, I arrived at 4:05pm and the room I selected was STILL not available. So why offer the option and tell guests check in is 4pm and still not provide the room? If I had arrived at noon or 1pm I could see but 4:05pm? Because of the suite rooms you often get families staying in one room. I've stayed in multiple... Read more

Our experience at Embassy was great. Very nicely decorated. Clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for where we needed to go and was easy to initially find. Large atrium with plenty of room to lounge and visit. Also had 2 pool tables. Our 2 room suite was great. 2 TVs - very comfortable bed and pillows. Small Fridge - Microwave - coffee maker and counter space. Had all the basic amenities and again was very clean and neat.

(The filter was changed, but the cover was very dirty that was put back on. 3) there was a large hole punched in the bathroom door. 4) the microwave counter was duck taped together 5) a big rip in the lampshade 6) towels were sh... This is a very nice, large property. The hotel is at the end of the street, and surrounded by trees. Across the street is an undeveloped grassland with trees behind that. It is a short drive away from downtown Cleveland, but very close to the Cuyahoga National Park and historic Ohio-Erie Canal.. The staff look and act professional. Beautiful atrium style hotel with big suites for rooms. Plus they have a free happy hour with free drinks and snacks. I really enjoyed the place. The down side was the WiFi did not work in your room unless you held your device up near the atrium window in the living room. Also, we didn't like the "Chinese Water Torture" of a fast dripping bathtub. The first night we tried quieting it with a towel under the drip, the rest of our stay we kept the bathroom door closed. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. My room wasn't cleaned very well though. The sheets had stains, there looked to be lipstick or something on a light switch, the coffee table looked like it needed to be wiped off. The second day of my visit, housekeeping never even came to clean. Not sure if I would go back to this particular location, but I still like the brand.

The staff from check-in to check-out with the manager's reception, wedding reception, and the complimentary breakfast in between was top notch. This hotel is geared toward weekend meetings and conventions which was obvious to us when 3/4 of the lobby area was used for this purpose. The breakfast buffet and omelette station are moved out to 1/4 of the lobby space on weekends so all of the food is cold because it is too far away from the kitchen; I'm not sure why the chafing dishes weren't doing a better job of keeping the food warm. In sore need of updating and not a good value. Our rooms had stained carpets and furniture, molded caulking in the bathroom, faded graffiti, and in general a very tired appearance.
