This hotel was fine for a one night stay; don't know that I would stay here for an extended stay. Was not provided a wifi password or notified about breakfast at check-in. Driveway had not been cleared of snow, so walking across it was treacherous. Generally, the lobby was presentable, the room was clean, and there was a refrigerator/microwave. The breakfast was the high-carb variety, and it appeared that it didn't get a lot of attention/maintenance, as the hot water for tea was not even tep... Read more

From the gravel 4wd driveway, sour, ill mannered staff, smoke filled filthy rooms, broken fixtures, cold coffee, warm powdered orange juice, do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. I surely will.

Yup that's one of several public hairs that greeted me as I stepped in for my evening shower. Eew. But hey what they skimp on in working lights, bed comforters, and friendly service they give in nasty bodily sheddings to keep you company while you shower off the days grease. Go enjoy your sleep on your wonderful half fluffed pillows. If you can get passed the cigarette smoke oder and left over stains of the previous roomys! Enjoy!

When we got there, it was terrible out, the roads were covered. Snow in April go figure. The desk gave us our trucker discount and took very good care of us. I asked for a bottom floor and it was no problem. We were so happy to be off the road. Woke the next morning to everyone in the breakfast room talking of accidents and the road conditions. Breakfast was sopose to end a 9:00 but they took there time and didn't rush anyone. we stood almost till 11:00, so did a lot of others. The staff... Read more

Well, you get what you pay for... and we did not pay very much for this motel. Still, we were a bit surprised by the state of the rooms (pretty dark) and the amenities (breakfast was not success). If you must stop, this place will do. Just.

This has to be the worst hotel we have stayed at in many years! First of all we were checked in by someone I assume was the house keeper. She had a bandanna on her head and wearing dirty cloths. We were told they out of Non-Smoking rooms...and we could tell it when we entered the room, yuck! The beds were made up horribly, with the bedspread on crooked and the pillows tossed up like a child had made it. Now the pillow cases, sheets and towels, looked like someone had washed them in tea water! Th... Read more

I read previous reviews and thought I'd give it a chance. I won't say go elsewhere or anything else bad. Our room for the price we paid was adequate. Nothing more. Not special great but not filthy either. We stayed in a double room but didn't get enough towels. However my biggest problem was the coffee at the breakfast, was horrible. I think I know what's up there, the lady who checked me out was more interested in the tv than finding out if our stay was ok.

We booked 4 rooms for 8 people for 2 nights well in advance primarily on location and price. Given that is was a Red Roof Inn we weren't expecting much, their reputation is a budget chain with limited amenities. Check in was pleasant and the room was clean enough if a bit dim. Bed was not great but acceptable. One of our rooms had 1 working and 1 unplugged refrigerator. Our issues with this location were housekeeping and breakfast. The soap was tiny and wasn't replaced on our second day.... Read more

We booked the Red Roof Inn in Hebron Ohio so that we could attend the annual 3-day music festival in Thornville. one or two exits off the highway from the hotel. I had read some bad reviews after I booked it, but wanted to be close to the venue. I must say, from the moment we arrived, we were very happy with the accommodations. Little fridge, microwave and air conditioning. Beds were very good and comfortable. Everything was just fine. I really liked the staff. They were professional and helpf... Read more

Not bad. Clean, friendly, feel safe. The area isn't great, but still feel ok. No pool, but frig and microwave. Funny thing. NO PHONE. Odd. The office isn't far, but no phone? Right off the highway. Easy access off and on. There is a breakfast, but I'm not waiting to rate this place. Looking at the area, I can tell it's probably cereal, donuts .. if it's bad I'll add to this or write another one. Looks all ok. Oh, the air conditioner is quiet!

The hotel was nice, had standard amenities to include a fridge and microwave. The staff was nice and friendly. I've seen a lot less nice hotels for the price. It's definitely a value for the price you pay.

Recently stayed for 1 night. Family weekend trip to National Trails Dragway. Conveniently located near highway. Just across the street from a nice truck stop that has a Popeye's & Sbarro and another sit down restaurant. The facility was clean and well-kept. Front desk staff, very pleasant. In regards to the rooms, they are clean. Have large flat-screen television. Unfortunately, the beds are not very comfortable. They were what my son referred to as "bouncy". There seemed to be a lot o... Read more

We stayed 4 nights, none of which our air conditioning worked. Management "fixed" it the second night. There were never any towels when we asked for them. No air and no towels at a four day music festival really soured our trip, and this place sure didn't care to fix our problems or compensate for them. Also a rank smell? Just awful. We should have just slept in a tent and saved ourselves 350+ dollars.

I don't believe this was an American owned or managed hotel. stopped because I was to tired of driving. Upon entering the lobby there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke, both fresh and lingering smell. I noticed people loitering around like they lived at this place, and I later saw them walking the halls. Maybe a part of the hotel boarded people that could not afford housing? I needed a non-smoking room. It was on the second floor. We walked up the stair case with our bags and the smoke on the... Read more

I arrived late on a Saturday night and was told I only had a choice between 2 rooms- one without a bathroom light and one without air conditioning. I chose the one without the light. The room was very musty but I was exhausted and climbed into bed. When I got up to go to the bathroom, the floor was soaking wet. The next morning when I went into the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean with a dirty wash cloth in it. I was able to see that there were wet patches all over the carpet and my clothes w... After checking the mattress I noticed black dots. After examining more it was all in the box spring. Under the box spring was extremely nasty and dirty. I do not recommend staying here. The front desk lady denied it and was mad that I looked under the mattress or under the linens.

Title says it all. Very inexpensive roof to sleep for the night. Just off I-70 East of Columbus. Truck stop, repair, etc area. Morning"breakfast" was a joke. Beds were hard and even strong odor for smokers. (Smoking and pets permitted in the rooms) We'll stay somewhere else and pay a bit more!

rooms were prepaid and the only employee working could not figure out how to check me in was forced to sit in the lobby for hours while the employee was on the phone with tech support and various other supervisors. I was going to cancel my reservation but i was told i would still have to pay for the rooms because of there cancelation policy. are you confused well me too. stay away from this place.

My daughters and I stayed the night. I wore full pajamas & socks in one bed I didn't have any bites. My daughters slept in other bed with night gown. They woke with bites all over arms, legs and feet! Red roof wouldn't give a refund but Priceline did, thankfully. Now I have to focus on cleaning & treating! The place was pretty bad shape, there were lots of public hairs in shower & bathroom floor which was gross but what put me over the edge was that my children were a feast for their critters....
