We decided to stay here while we were in Columbus for our annual Easton trip. Usually we stay at a hotel on the Easton grounds, but we switched because we wanted to use our hotel credit card points for a discount. The hotel was about 10 mins from shopping (one or two exits on the highway), so it was an easy commute. You are also less than a half an hour from the zoo, which we decided to add on to our trip. A pleasant employee at the front desk checked us in & took the time to walk us thro... Read more

We stayed there for a night before an early flight. It's 10 minutes from Columbus Airport. About 20 minutes from Easton where there were lots of restaurants and shopping. It's a suite hotel and all the rooms have small kitchens with fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. It would be good for a long term stay. Hot Breakfast was included but very basic. Hotel itself was a little old but the rooms were clean. Wifi worked great.

I choice this hotel because it had a full kitchen, free breakfast, WiFi, exercise room, laundry, it was reasonably priced, and it was close to Whitehall and Easton Town Center. I was not disappointed. It came with everything we needed, and unfortunately, we spent more time in it than we planned because of rain, but we enjoyed just hanging out some times. it was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a pool, but it's October and rainy.

Stayed here for business. Was the first time. Called once I landed and they said the van was there waiting! Once I got to the front desk, young gentleman helped me. He must of been new cause he was repetitively asking the woman behind what he should do. Amidst this, she was super polite and both extremely accommodating! The room was super large with modern decoration and pretty clean. Lots of outlets for charging and nice large closet. Very quiet location and bed was comfy! The breakfast was gre... Read more

Our family booked 5 rooms for our daughters graduation. Amazing staff at this hotel- even helped my mother carry her bags to her room! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds & well maintained & quiet! Excellent!!!! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect!

Stayed here for two and a half weeks while training at Flight Safety which is located at the Port Columbus airport 10 minutes away. Had a rental car, so I didn't avail myself to the hotel shuttle, but will probably do so on my next visit as it seemed to operate frequently. My room was perfect for my extended stay with two bedrooms, a central living room (each with independent A/C, TV and desk) and a full kitchen. The full-sized refrigerator doesn't have an automatic ice maker in the freezer, bu... Read more

We've never stayed at this hotel chain before, but for the price and location it was worth trying and I'm so glad we did. Everything about this hotel is nice. There's plenty of free, well lit parking. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are comfortable and laid out very well. Perhaps most importantly, everything is very clean. We liked this hotel so much that we booked another one for a week at the beach in NC.

Maybe because I have stayed at several new Towneplace Suites l am spoiled. I still stay here and will return but the rooms are dated. The furniture is worn and it shows. The kitchen is nicely done and bathrooms are clean. Bed and linens are clean and relatively comfortable. They have a small fitness center, pool and grill. It works but don't expect outstanding facilities.

Typical TownePlace suites by Marriott property with kitchen. Around 10 years old with recent upgrades. About a 5 minute van ride from the airport. Van does not run 24 hours and you need to call for it. They will take you to restaurants and the local mall, Easton Center upon request. Good light breakfast and fast free wi-fi. The really strong thing about this property is the staff. I go past the new Fairfield Inn at the Columbus airport to stay at this property because of the excellent customer s... Read more

Lots of tired furnishings and appliances in the kitchen. The living area was small, and a shared bathroom for a two bedroom. The shower handle fell off, but it was quickly fixed. :( The manager was nice and did the right thing of refunding over half of our 3 day stay.

I booked two hotel rooms for myself and my parents while I was recovering from a significant leg surgery event. I requested a handicap accessible tub, I got a roll-in wheelchair shower with a bench seat. Shower handle barely reach the bench seat, while bathing the bench seat collapsed and I fell on the floor of the shower - one week post surgery. VERY PAINFUL. We originally wrote the TownePlace Suites hoping a response, at minimum an apology or a manager call back, I got neither. I am a loy... Read more

Was recently in Columbus and stayed at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen. The hotel appears older and well used. It is in need of some updates and did not quite fit my thought of Marriott standards. The room was damp feeling - uncomfortably humid. There was an odor in the room as a result. On the positive side it was quiet. Due to the issue with the odor and humidity I am not likely to stay here again, or... Read more

We stayed at this property in early August. It's close to the airport and offers free airport shuttle. The property is old and in immediate need for upgrades. It lacks consistency in cleanliness and service. The rooms and hallways smell damp and humid. The breakfast service was amazing during the first 3 days (Tuesday through Thursday) and below average during the weekend. Overall, not what you expect from your typical Marriott! I would not recommend this property.

Wow, this place was inexpensive but what a crappy way to save money. The exercise room is an oversized closet. The carpet in my room felt moist so I kept my socks on. Even the person who checked me in laughed about the workout room. Hey, I paid very little so the decision was my mistake.

This is an extended stay type of property with a Marriott name attached. Keep that in mind before you come here. In approaching the property, I saw the big sign but it took me a while to figure out where the front desk was. A prominent sign would be helpful. The feeling is very "apartment building", even though it has the brand appointments. I used points to stay here and knew from the small amount needed that my expectations should be low. I just needed a place to stay. But ya know what? The st... Read more

No where near the standard of what I have come to expect from Marriott. When you arrive the place looks nice and the checkin area is nice and clean. But, once you enter into the rooms and hallways it is not the same. The hallways smell like wet dog and the appearance is tattered. Our room was ok. Not that clean and the AC unit didn't quite cool the room like you would expect. Our friends who had a room there had to leave because their conditions were worse than ours. Blood stained sheets and dir... Read more

This hotel simply falls short of the Marriott brand standards. If you are expecting that for your stay, look elsewhere. This is far more Motel 6 quality (and I've seen nicer Motel 6's than this). For a frequent business traveler with high expectations for cleanliness, this hotel is not acceptable. Immediately upon entering the building, you will notice the distinct smell of cigarette smoke, so even though Marriott properties are all supposed to be smoke-free, this one clearly is not. There is tr... Read more

Spent two nights recently for a softball tournament in Columbus. Room was large and comfortable BUT...we had the pleasure of inhaling cigar smoke most of the night from some partiers down the hall. I went to the front desk and the young lady resolved the situation immediately, however, the most disappointing thing was that the partiers were actual Marriott employees from other properties, who know better than to be load, drink excessively and worst of all smoke in a non-smoking facility. It was ... Read more

The hotel was acceptable. As a Flight Attendant what I mainly look for is Complimentary Breakfast - Hot Shower - and a bed to sleep in. It gives you this. Like most hotels that cater to sports teams it can be noisy only because parents seem to ignore the fact that their children are running in the halls. It was acceptable; but, for longer stays I would definitely look elsewhere.
