Room 211 bed was squeaking and inhibited our ability to get a good night's rest. We tried adjusting the mattresses and bed frame to see if that would help and it did not. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint about this room.We did not contact the help desk as it was midnight.

I always love staying at a Hampton Inn. Breakfast is included and it's a decent breakfast. This particular location was good. The front desk staff always had a smile on their faces. One thing I was a bit disappointed in is their "business center". Wish it was in a room for privacy and I didn't have to stand to use the computer and printer.

If you are looking for a clean room, friendly staff and a decent free hot breakfast you will be happy with your stay. I had the misfortune of being there when they had a water main break and couldn't take a shower. Also my room location was very loud- garbage trucks woke me up at 4 am.

Best customer service! Had an evening with a sick kid and the desk clerk was amazing! Turns out, she was a trauma nurse and and in addition to bringing fresh linens and comforter, she offered advice on soothing our son. Didn't act the least bit inconvenienced and was so kind as to keep checking in on him days later. Rooms were clean, housekeeping did wonderfully and breakfast was amazing each day! Would definitely stay here each time in town! Great job Hampton Inn!!

I spent one night in this hotel during a soccer tournament. We actually moved from our first hotel because twice I had no hot water. So bonus points to Hampton Inn for hot water! I had made an online reservation but waited at least 15 minutes at the front desk for the employee to check in one person ahead of me. I had the same experience at check out, I waited over 10 minutes for them to help one person. The room, a king, was quite small- barely enough room to walk around the bed. The other ... Read more

My room was on the third floor and I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. Negative: This property is a little outdated. The carpet could be replaced, has a worn stale smell in the hallways. For the last three mornings of my stay I had zero hot water! The WiFi connection was spotty at best and constantly completed with the Homewood Suites nearby. Positive: The staff throughout the hotel were always polite and professional! The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and fresh! ... Read more

The staff as a group was probably the best we have ever experienced at a hotel (manager, front desk, breakfast staff, room cleaning staff) - every single one was extremely friendly and helpful, and provided impeccable service (and was very accommodating, with all the kids there that weekend). We were there with a soccer team and the hotel gave little gifts to all the kids (a nice gesture we have never experienced before at any other hotel). We had a small issue one morning and the manager went... Read more

The hotel was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and appreciated. Could hear guests walking in adjacent rooms a bit more than I would like, but was not a significant problem. Located near ample restaurants, shopping, Wright State University, Wright-Patterson AFB, the Air Force Museum, and other attractions.

This hotel was great for my business trip, comfortable and a great location. The staff worked hard to make it a home away from home. The facilities including the fitness center was nice for my busy trip. The breakfast was great every morning; a wide variety of choices and well laid out.

This Hampton Inn was probably one of the most lower end Hamptons we have stayed at. The hallway smelled absolutely terrible on the 3rd floor. The room itself wasn't terrible. The floor in the bathroom had a big hump in it which made it hard to open and close the bathroom door. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of variety. I was able to grab a breakfast to go bag which was nice. When we were there, the ice machine was broken which was disappointing as we had a cooler that needed i... Read more

Was here for three nights recently. The staff was outstanding. We had a couple of very minor issues. When we checked into the room, there were no pillowcases in the pillows. The pillows were piled on the bed and it just looked like some one forgot. A call to the front desk brought an instant response and we had pillowcases in less than five minutes and an apology from the head housekeeper. The hotel needs updating and maintenance. It was one of the loudest hotels i have ever stayed. You heard everything and everybody like they were in your room. The ate not any microwaves or fridge in room, if you know to ask then they maybe able to provide if they have some available. The staff was super nice but a little inexperience. The holiday Inn down the street has been remodeled and I would stay there next time.

We try to always stay at a Hilton product when we travel. They are always pretty consistent as far as cleanliness and comfort . We took a weekend to the Cincinnati area and made a reservation at this Hampton. It was a little pricier than what we normally pay for a Hampton but I figured it must be worth it. Upon walking in the front door, I could tell that it was NOT worth the over pricing. It is a very old and tired property. The front doors are not automatic and are heavy at that so it was har... The Hampton Inn brand is remarkable for its consistency. This property met basic expectations for the brand, but is showing its age. We had no major complaints and staff was pleasant, but infrastructure is showing some need for updates and renovation. The tub/shower faucet was a touch difficult to control from a water temperature standpoint and it took a long time for water to reach temperature even though our showers wee not early in the morning. This tired and run down hotel needs a major re-vamp. From the peeling paint on the front door to the small cramped lobby and even samller elevator every thing about this place was a let down especially for the outrageous price of $169 a night for a not so clean double queen room. We checked back out in less than an hour. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

This hotel needs to have a staff meeting. My wife arrived before I did and they questioned her staying there even though her name was on the reservation. First- the room. It was fine. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, it had obviously been upgraded/remodeled recently. However- the room was small by today's Hampton Inn standards, and I have the feeling it was originally constructed as a queen room, rather than a king room. The easy chair had to be shoved out of the way to open the closet. No fridge or microwave. The property itself seems to be older, and it shows. Hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at. I'm a loyal Hilton brand person, rewards program, but this place is definitely sub par. Room was king bed but tiny as heck. No refrigerator or microwave. I really can't stress how small the room was. Also, ice is only on 1st floor. And main door to hotel is a swinging door, so super useful while your hands are full of your bags and sfuff. (100% sarcasm) I will not stay here again.

The positives were the staff, nice hotel, and a clean room. The negative which outweighed everything else was the noise. We were on the 3rd floor thinking it would be quiet. There were Parents that allowed their children to play in the hallway until 11pm. Staff was unable to control them. Breakfast was ok. One guest was hoarding the waffle maker so we couldn't make any. We stayed at this Hampton since it was Parents Weekend at UD and rates at most hotels close to campus are high and places book up quickly. At first glance the hotel immediately screams '1980 is calling and they want their furniture back!' The bed was comfortable and clean and so was the shower/tub - the furniture is old and pretty run down along with draperies, wallpaper and carpet. Great breakfast, wifi works and hotel is right off the highway.
