We have stayed at this Embassy Suites before and generally find it very nice. The staff is great and the property is very clean overall. We also found the breakfast to have a nice variety and very tasty. In this visit however we did find a couple minor issues. First off the television sets do not work properly. The set in the bedroom did not turn on by using the remote and you had to use the power button on the set but then when you tried turning it off, with the remote, or power switch, if... Read more

Loved the facilities and amenities. Just one problem out of their control...Lacross boys team was staying there one night and they were loud, rude, and running the hallways. Spoke to manager..they had 3 security people walking the hallways to quite them down...noise did stop at 11pm. But I blame those parents for not controlling those kids from Cincinnati. It was crazy.

The Embassy Suites Dublin is always a welcome destination. I like this place and stay here when I can. Most important to me is that the AC is always cold. I find this to be a common problem with many hotels, but not here!

Everything about the hotel was great, especially with all the guests for Memorial weekend tournaments. The only complaint would be that the carpets could use a good carpet cleaning, or just replaced. The free drinks and appetizers were a very welcomed bonus and totally kept me from being snotty about the dirty floors in our room.

Excellent sized and clean rooms. Location is close to all attractions. Evening reception is best in area. Complimentary breakfast is worth the stay alone. Dinner menu small but food is excellent. Main area can get busy - many meetings going on most of the time.

Pros: 1.Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet with metal silverware and real plates. 2.Good evening snacks/drinks 3.Ample parking. 4.Fast elevators 5.Large bedroom 6.Two TVs in room Cons: 1. Clunky 'OnCommand' satellite TV reception -- Frustrating delay between selecting a station and having the TV respond. Also, TV reception was not in HD. 2. Internet connection would not 'stick' on iphone/ipad. Required frequent reconnection. 3. Conspicuous tip-jar at omelet bar and evening drink bar. ... Read more

This hotel has an atrium in the middle of the hotel so all rooms has a view on the atrium and a view outside. The room I had was very huge and comfortable. The included breakfast with plenty of choices They have a happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 with munchies. The restaurant menu is limited but very adequate and the food is well prepared. I was there for business and if ever in the area again either for business or pleasure I will make every effort to stay there again

I am here for three-day business right at the hotel conference room. This is an older style setup of embassy. The room is nice, clean and spacious. The conference room is surprising nice for our meeting. Most importantly the front desk staff is extremely friendly, Colin showed me around where the meeting room and coordinate with other departments so it can be ready early next day. There is free breakfast, manger reception at night and onsite restaurant. Perfect way for business trip.

I chose this hotel to host a regional meeting for 40+ people. The catering staff was helpful from start to finish and quickly responded to my calls, emails, needs. The food was typical and the pricing average as well. The atrium was a busy place with lots of people hanging out and playing pool but once behind closed doors, the sleeping areas were quiet. They also had an impressive, free breakfast.

The hotel is "fine". It wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. They seem to suffer from an identity crisis and haven't decided if they want to cater to business travelers or families. The suite style and free breakfast lead more towards a family hotel filled with kids than a business traveler's ideal. The atrium with pool tables is nice but the acoustics cause noise to travel straight up the open-atrium so that every word, every laugh and every child's scream can be heard clearly - and I was on t... By far the worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at. We arrived late at night and had to drive around for 10-15 minutes until we could find a spot or give up and inform management we had to park illegally (this soon became an every night ritual). Apparently there were several sports teams (whose parents were in taking up spots in the parking lot to tailgate/party) and car enthusiasts staying there (whose massive trailers took up another good portion of the spots). Not much to rave about here. Our room was not clean, mold in the shower, stain on the carpet, dust on the tissue holder on the sink. The mini fridge barely worked, and had water leaking from the bottom of it. TV didn't work unless you rebooted it. Remote control didn't work either. The bar was priced like it was in a 5 star hotel, way to expensive for this location. I bought a roll of Tums in the little store, and paid $4.30 for a roll of 7. Chose this hotel because Embassy Suites have been consistant in quality. This one is different. Worn and tired, out of the early 90's. Feels dirty because furnishings are so old. Note in rooms explaining will be updating. Location is also difficult to get in and out of hotel because of the current extensive construction around area. Had dinner across the street at Hyde Park Steakhouse - AMAZING! Paid $189 a night for this property on a Tuesday night - not worth more then $89 a night. Des... Read more

Hotel is in a great location. Suite was clean and very spacious. A lot of variety for room service. A large selection for breakfast. I would recommend staying her for business or leisure. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Warm welcome, pleasant staff, sizable rooms, clean and tidy but that said nothing special or out of the ordinary. Parts of the hotel look a little tired but you get what you pay for and this hotel delivers fair value for money.

All things went well during all facets of my recent stay in September 2016. I would recommend the facility for work conferences and/or workshops. The process of checking to the hotel and checking of out the hotel were seamless and easy to navigate.

This was a great place to stay in the Dublin/Columbus area!!! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and cozy. The complementary breakfast bar offers many options of great food and the happy hour as always was the perfect end to the day. You really can't beat the price with all of the extras you get when staying here!

I came to the hotel for a bar association function and could not be more pleased. The banquet staff did a first rate job and the room was spacious and comfortable. The suite provided a room for winding down before bed. The breakfast was cooked to order and featured excellent omelettes. Very convenient to the interstate outer belt, although the southbound lane was closed for construction. Great hotel for group business events.

I stayed at this hotel for one night for business last week. I was too tired to drive to a restaurant so I ate in the hotel. I had a very filing, tasty appetizer for dinner and breakfast the next morning was just as good. They offered a "feature omelet" which I thought was pretty cool. Comfy, cozy room and accommodating staff. I would stay again for sure!

Standard Embassy Suites, which is good. It is clean, you get a suite with two big tvs, bathroom is ok, nothing special, bath towels are large, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker needs to be upgraded, but coffee is free downstairs. Pool looked nice, especially if you have kids. Happy hour drinks are free. Snacks are ok, not as good as other Embassy Suites, but free is good.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The staff was very friendly. We also go there around 11 for a wedding that would be that afternoon, but checking in that early wasn't a problem, which was a huge plus. It allowed us time to take a nap and get ready for the wedding. The complimentary breakfast was better than any other comp breakfasts at other hotels as they had made-to-order omelettes. It cost more than we typically like to pay, but was worth it. The only thing I didn't like was the window o... Read more

What an ordeal, I was told by their reservations department that this was a remodeled Hotel but it's only beginning to be remodeled so most of the rooms are old and dated. The room we were given was far from Hilton standard. The mattress in the pullout couch was all torn up and when housekeeping checked other pull outs in nearby rooms for me, they were all in the same ratty condition. There were a few stains on the carpet, dirty couch and chair, hair on the sheets, a torn sheet, etc. Anthony at ... Read more

Front desk personnel was great! The suite was too small for 5 ladies. We were only staying one night so we made the best of it. They need new mattresses and pillows. However, it was very clean. The breakfast selections were good but the hot food was cold. Not enough room for everyone to sit together. The gym was ok.

This is my favorite hotel. Especially on Buckeye game weekends. We love to arrive the afternoon before, enjoy the managers reception, get a good nights sleep, enjoy the complimentary breakfast on game day, then go to the game. There is very easy access to parking on lane avenue, with bus transportation from there to the stadium and back. After the game take the bus back to the parking and in 20 minutes you are back at your hotel for fellowship with friends and fellow Buckeye fans. GREAT WEEKEND!... Read more

My family really liked the premium suites and the fact that you get pretty much get unlimited supply of snacks and drinks. We never used up the credits allocated for each night. My husband and I stayed at this hotel as part of a block of rooms for my sister-in-law's wedding at the end of July. We had a regular king suite and were very pleased with our 3 night stay. While the hotel was packed with many wedding guests and a whole tournament's worth of softball teams, the noise levels were always fine and we never had to wait long to get a plate for breakfast either. We did not encounter any issues with our room, though I know a few of our family members did. I'm not sure ... Read more

The evening reception is 5:30 to 7:30. Could not find any information related to that. There is an indoor pool that stays open later then most hotels. The hotel is setup and flows nicely from he elevators to the rooms. The reception and breakfast have plenty of space to sit so everyone is not stacked on top of each other.

It was there the entire two weeks I was in the room. I also noticed housekeeping had broken the shower drain, leaving very sharp metal sticking up in the shower. The property is located in a very convenient area for running on the trails around Dublin as well as near some of the best restaurants in town.
