This Hidden Gem is located in the back of the Cross Woods complex in Worthington. This is a busy area with a lot of traffic and construction on Route 23 has been ongoing for years now. I like the area and location though and always stay in this area when visiting Columbus. I found the TownPlace Suites on Trip Adviser and it looked interesting so I found a good rate and booked a room. I was not disappointed. The location is ideal, quiet and near top quality restaurants and a movie theatre. We... Read more

I was surprised at how nice it was for the money. the only problem...it's in a business park so far off the highway. very good breakfast, nice facility - really like this chain. will stay again. Stayed on points...only 10k.

Well kept, clean, and very hospitable staff. Close to many shopping areas, including Kroger and Polaris Place Mall. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove/oven was great. Will stay again if in Columbus area.

I've had to pay twice the price for an equivalent room at other places. I stayed a couple of times in a row here around May 3rd, and kept coming back. I had Great single suite, loved the fitness center, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I totally recommend it!

Location in a business park a bit off the beaten track, but easily accessible. Friendly, hospitable, and helpful staff. Housekeeper saw me struggling with luggage and ran to help. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove/oven was great. Will stay again when in the Columbus area.

The room was clean and I always appreciate a full kitchen. However the breakfast area is much too small for the amount of rooms in the hotel. The hotel was sold out, but the management did not bother to provide extra help for breakfast. Also, we were leaving a couple of hours before check out and as a courtesy, I tried to let them know that we were leaving so that they could begin the cleaning process since they were sold out. I waited at the desk for quite a long time and no clerk ever came... Read more

I spent considerable time online looking for a place to stay for five nights while visiting my family in Columbus. My husband and I like a room with a full kitchen because we like to cook some of our own meals on extended hotel stays. We also like a sitting area and computer work station. If you need these amenities and a decent sized room (some space to move about without tripping over each other)...This is the place! The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, four burner stove, microwave, and... Read more

I stayed here with my mom and my 3 kids. Having 2 bedrooms and a pullout bed was great. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and the 2 bedrooms gave us allowed some to sleep in while others were awake. Plus, the suite was very spacious. The suite was clean. The bed was ok, but I'm spoiled by our tempur-pedic at home. I would stay here again.

Not a bad place. Clean & comfortable. However bring ear plugs as you will listen to the sounds of passing trains all night long. We are loyal Marriott silver members, and travel about 30 days a year. I continue to resent the $100 pet fee. I understand the need for accountability but this is punitive for pet owners.

My husband and I stayed in a studio (queen bed and pullout couch) for one night. It was a very clean and comfy space for two people. It would've been a little tight with three, especially when the couch was open. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The biggest downfall was the VERY small breakfast room and the limited breakfast choices. We would stay again.

We stayed here because other Townplace Suites we've been to were clean and spacious. This one is not. It feels like they took a regular sized hotel room and crammed a bunch of furniture in it. The studio suite/Queen would not be comfy if you have more than two people even though there is a pull out indicating it could accommodate more The bathroom was small and our toilet gurgled and wouldn't flush when someone around flushed at the same time. The place was clean but it had a musty smell like ma... Read more

I stay here about 28 times a year and everything is always top notch. Great place if you travel for business or with a family. Seasonal pool, workout room, complementary breakfast (with many choices), a desk in the room and a full kitchen. Staff is welcoming and professional. They will make recommendations for local establishments and even print out directions. Also, fresh baked cookies when you check in.

We stayed two nights and look forward to our next visit. Our Queen bed room had a full sofa which seemed to be a sofa bed. We did not use the full kitchen but certainly would have if our stay had been longer. The "fit & finish" of every square inch of the room was perfect as was the cleanliness. The housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They were well-trained. The included breakfast was complete with hot and continental choices. We highly recommend this modestly priced... Read more

The hotel was located in a nice area near some restaurants within walking distance. The check-in was quick and easy and the clerk on duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough for the 2 of us and we found the bed quite comfortable. The breakfast room was quite small for the size of the hotel but we were lucky that it wasn't too busy when we ate there. The breakfast selection was adequate for our tastes but was not anything special.

Stayed here for a wedding in town. I was confused as to all the hotels near this with different "suites" in the name. Got confused for some reason thought it was the Marriott. So the signage was quite small. The room was large. It was clean. Bed was comfy, 3 pillows and one was perfect. Kitchen area was clean and roomy. Other than a strange male just standing in parking lot looking a little creepy, staring at everyone coming and going, I had no complaints. I made my husband walk me to o... Read more
