We had a clean room, comfortable bed and good internet service. Only complaint would be that the toilet seemed to need flushed at least twice or "things" would come back up even if you thought you had it flushed. Overall though this was a great place to stay. Breakfast area was kept very clean. Will stay here again!

Overall a great place to crash for the price, and we got a great deal. This is a no frills hotel so don't expect much, the continental breakfast was very limited and the room's heating system is not designed for winter, but the showers had hot water and the room was spacious. Appreciated the in room microwave and fridge. Would stay here again if I could get the same deal.

Housekeeping needs improvement to details and repairs to broken furniture needs to be addressed; as a broken chair in first room we were assigned and then food scraps inside our Hearer / A/C unit that was fully exposed in our re-assigned 2nd room. Sloppy housekeeping!

At check in the clerk was very rude, which made the stay start out poorly. Even the guys behind me in check in said,"boy what's with him". When we arrived in our room the light in the bathroom did not work, but I was not going to deal with the clerk again so when we took our showers and used the toilet we just left the door open for light. I hope I received my Wyndham points as he said if I didn't have my card he could not give me credit.

Arrived on time. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and loud. I wanted to confirm that I hadn't already paid. He had a issue with this. When I checked out he was screaming at someone on the phone

When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and very polite. And as we checked in he politely asked if we would like a upstairs or downstairs room whichever you prefer I had made my reservation months in advance and they were there everything was in order it wasn't a problem checking in when we went to the room and unlock the door I felt very secure because there was a key you had to slide just to get into the building so that made me feel safe then we had to use a key to get i... To start...when we arrived the check in was a tiny walk in area with a window with and no bell. Had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to the window. It was 2am. To get to our room we had to go back outside and then in again. There was no air on n the hallway where we were. The air was broke in the room too. Had to go back down to get new room keys after we were told it takes a while for the air to cool off. The new room had air eventually but the hallway we were in smelled heavi... Read more

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very polite. We stayed one night. The next day we planned on getting a room closer to the airport, but all the hotels were full (and very pricey) So I called Super 8 and the nice lady said we could have the same room we had the night before. The rooms were clean and surprisingly had no bad smells. I would have given a five but there was a lot of cigarette smell in the hallway leading to our room. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Relatively clean room. Could not hear any noise from other rooms and the hotel was packed. That's about it. Cons: Lack of clean towels, not being told that the breakfast was in one of the guest rooms until we checked out, broken toilet seat (not a fun surprise), very loud air conditioner, terrible picture on TV, lobby locked and nobody at front desk at 8 am both mornings of our stay, and no answer when calling the front desk. So basically a fairly clean, quiet room for a cheap price. Ab... Read more

Hotel was adequate. The floors had major lumps in them for some unknown reason so don't take off your shoes, but the bathrooms seem recently redone kind of nice. There was a major power outage while I was there that left us without power for the better part of an entire day. Now it certainly wasn't their fault, but they also made no effort to compensate their guests either. No power meant no air conditioning (in the 90 degree weather), no lights as the sun went down, no microwave, no refridger... Read more

The first view of the Motel was ok, but then you see, it is not in a good condition. The room was equipped with fridge, microwave. You can't open the window and the room is quiet dark. So far just a bit below the average, but that we were biten by bugs here was a bad experience we didn't had before. Stay away.

If you are looking for a one night stand and hope no one notices then this is the place for you. There is too much foot traffic to feel safe. The registration is behind bulletproof glass, as you pay for your room standing in a 4'x4' box. You'll also notice the 30 or so cameras behind the desk clerk. But not to worry there is a Special Off-Duty Police Officer Onsite. Maybe I'm paranoid, but I wouldn't bring children to this place, also if you read that and you still want to stay here here... This is a basic cheap but relatively safe motel which is what I was looking for. There were a couple of issues like the phone in my room didn't work. There was no iron and there were cops in the parking lot when I got in around midnight arresting someone for drug possession. None of this really affected my stay because I got an iron and the front desk let me use the phone. But you know you get what you pay for.

Although some things were scary, nothing happened to us as far as safety. But I would guess they need to have safety features or warnings for any major city in the U.S. Room was clean, internet, microwave & refrigerator was nice to have in the room especially for the price. Coffee wasn't even set up for breakfast even though said it included breakfast.

I'm an elderly lady so my walking is somewhat poor as it is. The cleaning crew left a rug rolled up in a poorly lit area and I tripped and fell over it. I busted both of my knees and scrapped up my arm a little bit. I told the front desk and they did move the rug.

Room was about what you'd expect, old, out-dated. The molding along the wall was falling off and the air conditioning unit had definitely seen better days. There was no information in the room to tell you about breakfast, check out time etc. I had to go to Tim Hortons for breakfast because I could find the eating area. I walked to the lobby at 630 in the morning and it was closed with a sign saying "sold out." I went back to my room to call the lobby and the room phone was dead so I gave up... Read more

Our stay was a nice one. We came for the Goodguys Car Show and it was great to see all the cars in the parking area. Our bathroom sink faucet was very hard to turn on. The T.V. had limited channels. The breakfast could be improved on. All in all we would come back next year to stay and have a great time at the show.

The carpet was ripped and smelled of urine, the latch on the door had been ripped out, small TV was bolted down, bars on vending machines made me feel like I was in an extremely unsafe environment. That being said, price was inexpensive, breakfast was good typical Super 8 fare. We slept, we ate, we left. Try to avoid this place if possible. Gives Super 8 a bad rep since each is individually owned.

We came here multiple times, and this is our first time writing the review. It is considerably cheap in the columbus area. 15mins from Ohio state, and 20 mins from the tanger outlet.
