Lodgings are clean and hotel is fresh. Staff -terrific, very knowledgeable. Only thing negative pertains to locating hotel and not being notified of only valet parking and a fee for this service. And if not using vehicle soon it will be parked away from hotel.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly, location was easy to get to local restaurants and the rooms were clean. I was bummed there was no fridge or microwave but that wasn't really a big deal. We used the valet service with ease. Breakfast was nice and the attendant was very helpful. My children loved the pool area.

This is a great hotel...right across the street from the Columbus Convention Center. We were there for a large volleyball tournament...and this property is closer to the courts than several of the hotels connected to the Convention Center. Comfortable beds, nice decor, good free breakfast. Only downside was our room location (Room 203). An area used for valet parking was directly below our window. During the night and very early morning we heard voices yelling while cars were being moved as well... Read more

Stayed here for one night. I am in Columbus a lot and normally stay at the Hilton. It was booked so we stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was a suite so there was a separate living room with couch. Everything seemed clean and in good repair. Water pressure in the shower was great! My only issue was room did not get very cold, which is kind of annoying. Front desk attendant, Clifford was very funny and had everybody laughing.

This is a very nice hotel moderately priced for the area with a lot going for it. The biggest asset the hotel has is their staffs customer service, specifically a gentleman named Clifford. He was courteous and concerned for my well being and that I needed for nothing. He was most helpful, but it was the greeting I got when I walked into the front door that set this place apart from any if I been too. If you are in Columbus and need a place downtown this is the best value, you will see as soon a... Read more

The location of this hotel is fantastic--right on High Street and an easy walk to the incredible Short North neighborhood. However, the hotel is badly in need of updates. While the exterior and lobby look new, the hotel rooms and hallways are very dated. It obvious they did a facelift to the building without regard to the actual accommodations. The room was clean but smelled damp. The furnishings were outdated. The bathroom was very small and awkwardly placed (don't be fooled by the fact that ... Read more

We spent a weekend of leisure in Columbus and this hotel was the perfect location to walk to the many trendy spots in the Short North, the North Market and convention area. In town for weekend, Friday through Monday, temperature outside soared. Coming back to our room during the day and sleeping overnight was less than refreshing. All three nights my husband and I were so warm it was notably uncomfortable. Based on the small size of the room we were assigned, it was difficult to believe that the a/c unit in room would not be sufficient. We also noticed a foul almost sewer like smell in the restroom one morning. Perhaps, the age of building and units was to blame.H... Read more
