This hotel is terrible. Extremely poor room design. No place to hang garment bag. Poor bathroom design for placement of towels, clothing, toiletries. No real soap. No drawers for clothes - just some goofy bins. I could go on and on. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE. I won't make this mistake again. Hope no one else does either.

Arrived late at night to find the climate control not working and noisy. Front desk would not change room and no support working to look at it. Morning crew was not help either (2 night stay) saying I would have to speak to the GM later in the day but could not give me a time. Being in meetings all day makes it impossible to do that. You can't judge a book by its cover, but you can judge a hotel by the front desk personnel, and that would be Kenyana, who takes care of guests in the most professional manner I've ever seen. She makes sure her guests are comfortable, she answers questions during check-in and check-out and she treats guests as if they are being welcomed into her own home. Came into Columbus for the night and was really easy to get to from the airport. Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and looked to be recently updated. For the value, I would stay here again if I was in the CMH area. The only's right on the flight path for the main runway at the airport, so there are always planes flying overhead - might not be the best for lighter sleepers.

My brother and I had the pleasure of staying at this property this past weekend, while in town for a college graduation. The hotel is well maintained and an overall great value for the price. Also the ladies at the front desk were very personable and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. I came to the hotel on Wednesday May 11, and when I attempted to check in I was informed they were sold out. I had a reservation, confirmation number, I was hosting a seminar in the conference center the following day. I had to find another hotel to stay in 5 miles away. On the surface, a pretty clean property. Fairly new, well maintained. Woke up with four nasty bedbug bites across the top of my head. Had a bad allergic reaction - entire head misshapen during business meeting all day, took 2 days to calm down. Really nice people. Clean and modern. Only problem was sink did not drain well. The location was convenient. Near Easton town center which is a really good place to shop and eat. Also, near airport of course but never heard any noise.

The room door would not unlock later in the night and resetting the key wasn't enough. Maintenance had to break the door down and we were put in a new room. The barn door bathroom doors were too heavy to slide. The restaurant microwaved the food. Have you ever been in a room (or house) where bacon was cooking and not smell it? Customer service is in the form of not answering the customer...silence is the answer. Avoidance is the response if you ask staff for a change in food.

Stayed here for one night. Fourpoinrts Sheraton always very consistently solid hotel. Easy hotel shuttle to and from airport. Short 5 minute ride. Nice Lobby, friendly checkin, Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly people working the restaurant and good menu for dinner and breakfast

We stayed in June for one night and it was just a so so room. We had stayed in this place last year and the year before as a hotel to stay for each one night. Seems as though this year the room wasn't as good as the year before. Still a very good hotel that is close to Port Columbus airport.

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was that when we returned from our trip and went to pay for parking ($5.00 total for the first three days-what a bargain!) the poor girl at the front desk had no idea how to add the payment. My grandchildren and I had an early flight and needed to stay in a hotel close to the airport. We arrived, got the keys, and went to our room- one king bed for four of us. I went immediately back to the front desk and requested a room with two beds. I was accommodated and grateful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

One flight was cancelled and rebooked on another airline. That flight was cancelled (for a completely different "reason") and I was rebooked early the next morning. My flight was late getting into Columbus so my arrival was at 2am and boy was I tired. upon arrival at the Four Points I was greeted by a locked door and a sign that said "No Vacancy" even though I had a confirmed and guaranteed reservation. We had to stay overnight in the airport before an early flight. We have purchased a room though hotwire in about 75 USD which is unbelievable compared to great hotel and room. The hotel looks great. It was very quiet. The shuttle took us at 4:50 with some aircrew staff. Highly recommended.

Stayed here while visiting the OSU campus which is about 10 minutes away by car. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Parking and check in were very easy and the room was in great condition. The hotel Lobby was attractive and had a place for some food and drinks. Some fast food type places were walking distance away but other than that nothing else walkable. For the price paid and if you have a car this is a lovely hotel to stay in Columbus.

This was the first stop of a two night couples getaway. Property itself is very nice! Modern and very well decorated. Rooms were spotless, contemporary, and comfortable. Location was not far from all of the downtown activities. Staff was friendly. I can't speak on any other amenities, as we did not use them. I would absolutely return to this location should the opportunity arise.

This was a relaxing stay not too far from downtown Columbus. The rooms were clean and modern, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day downtown attending an event. My only knock against this hotel, which isn't really the fault of the hotel itself, is that there's pretty much no food options around the area so get food elsewhere first.

Stayed here after an Ohio State football game. The hotel rooms are clean, and comfortable, but do not have a mini-fridge. The lobby bar and grill offers some craft beers and a wide selection of food. I would say that the hotel was quiet, but unfortunately, was awakened at 7:00am by the hotel-wide fire alarms sounding.

My go to place when I need to be near the airport. Very updated with a solid restaurant and gym. Spacious rooms. All in and all a very good hotel. Easy to get to and from the airport. Very friendly staff.

Wasn't happy with my stay. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the glass shower door wouldn't shut properly, large cracks in bathroom tiles, white walls and white containers holding towels were very dirty. I'm a loyal SPG customer and had never stayed at such a bad property. There were dead bugs in my room and after the staff changed me to a different location, the new room had cracked ceilings and paint falling off inside the shower. Never again. Avoid at all costs!

A disappointing experience. While the exterior shows well, the room we had was not good. The chair at the desk was flaking off the fake leather. The bathroom door - a slider which are always problematic - could only be opened and shut by pulling with both hands. Stayed for almost a month in this hotel (was in between homes). Liked it a lot. Great lobby, gym room, bar downstairs. Okay but overpriced food too. Oh GREAT showers. The staff was really friendly room service called me "pumpkin."

This hotel is a 5 minute shuttle bus ride away from the Columbus Airport. The shuttle bus was complimentary and provided by the hotel. The hotel itself is an "okay" hotel. I was here two weeks in a row for work. The first week had to wait awhile for the shuttle and was told it was on its way. So the second week we called in advance and still had to wait?
