I work as the senior coordinator for a bank in the Kansas City, Missouri area and one of my job responsibilities is to take senior citizens on bus trips. I took a group to Ohio the week of April 18th. We spent four nights at this Drury Inn. Wonderful hotel - clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, luggage drop off and pickup excellent. General manager would always say hello and would ask if everything was okay. Very nice suite. Separate bedroom from living area. Nice kitchenette. All updated appliances. Bathroom was clean, but a little on the small side. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The free dinner/snack foods in the evening are good, plus the 3 free adult drinks are good. Little on the pricey side, but what downtown hotel that has it own parking garage & is connected to the convention center isn't. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the drury for a convention and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Check in was easy and quick. The free meals were way better than anything I expected, and included drinks. The popcorn machine may have burnt me, but the popcorn was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and everything I could ask for. My group only left the hotel for the conference, everything we could want was right there.

We have never stayed here before so we was not sure what to expect. We were going to the zoo and Cosi. Our son had a blast. There was a soccer tournament going on so there was a ton of kids for him to play with. The pool was indoor and outdoor so they were playing tag underneath the wall. All of the kids enjoyed the self serve food and soft drinks. To top the night off the free drinks at the bar were just what we needed to relax.

We spend the summer traveling to conventions to run games (table too, social deception). I love the Drury. I always get excited for Origins in Columbus because I get to stay here. The staff is great, the food is yummy, the rooms are clean, and the bridge to the convention center and food court is so convenient. We stay in other hotels in other cities. Nothing compares to the amazing stay at this hotel.

We just finished our stay for an event at the convention center. We really liked the location, the breakfast and the happy hour. The happy hour featured a surprisingly good selection of food and drinks, especially given that it was free for guests. The hotel had a decent workout room and pool. This was my first stay in a Drury hotel, and I was very pleased. The room was very spacious; we had a double queen suite, so there was plenty of room for all of us (2 queens and a pull out). It was a little clunky getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night because of the placement of the doors, but it wasn't horrible. Best stay I've had in quite awhile, and I travel weekly. Great convenient parking ramp right in the hotel, room was awesome, very clean, free evening reception food and drink if you don't want to go out for dinner, or works great as an appetizer and a few drinks before dining out, breakfast as good or better than other hotels. But what makes this place awesome is the staff. Girl at check in, wish I knew her name, was super friendly and helpful. The Assistant Manager, Rob Shankland was the be... Read more

Cant say enough good things about this place, very well looked after while I recovered from an operation, breakfast and kickback all good, central location and great value. If you want 5 star modern decor then its not for you, but does exactly what is says it will and more. Thank you Robert and all the staff for being so good at your jobs.

My husband and I stayed here when we attended a Blue Jackets hockey game. The hotel is a short walk to Nationwide arena and many restaurants. The room was clean and updated, with a king size bed and flat screen TV.The mattress had to be one of the most comfortable one I've slept on in a hotel in a while! Parking garage is attached and a key card is required to get to the rooms-great security. Nice hot breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here while attending the AA Quarter Horse Congress for three nights. Busy hotel, but food service always seemed efficient and generous. Staff very friendly. Parking safe. Room comfortable and fairly quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had 4 families from our hockey team in town for a Blue Jackets game and we could not have asked for a better hotel. I called for rates and was given a discount code for double queen room 135.99 per night (on a Sat in arena district) total with taxes approx 160.00) plus 12.00 per night to park in garage. We enjoyed 5:30 kickback which is a free food buffet (hotdogs, baked potatoes, nachos, chili, pasta, salad and 3 free adult drinks) we were able to eat for free at hotel before going to b... This is a nice hotel and a nice location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Happy hour is a nice perk, and parking is very easy. Nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. It's also easy to walk to several restaurants/bars in the area. I'm rating it as "average", however, because I was underwhelmed by the general cleanliness of my room. Admittedly, I'm pretty picky about these things as I travel nearly weekly and have become a bit OCD, but there were stains on the wall near the bed and on... Read more

We stayed at the Drury Inn for two nights in late November. We were down for a hockey game. Very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The kickback time from 5:30-7:00 pm was a great opportunity to relax with friends. The free drinks and food was enjoyed by all. The morning breakfast buffet was very good too. Good variety of hot and cold food choices. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Convention Center location and other major hotels within a stone's throw. Immediately adjacent Nationwide headquarters buildings. Good value and highly recommended choice if required to be in this part of Columbus. Quick trip to airport, easy walk to Nationwide or Convention Center. Room was large, with refrigerator - which should be a requirement in all mid-range and above hotels. Toiletries in on-wall dispensers, but that is a better option that miniature bottles found in some higher priced ho... Read more

I was on a business trip at the convention center and my husband came along. My husband got sick and ended up at OSU hospital ER over a 24 hours period. The managers and desk staff were so helpful getting us to the hospital. When my family drove into town the staff was very helpful with us getting an additional night jay in case we ended up staying longer. But we needed to cancel the room to drive home when my husband was released. We will use this hotel again. Diana

Hotel is within walking distance of Nationwide arena. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. I am not a big breakfast eater, so I only had coffee. The evening kick back with free food and drinks was an exceptional surprise. Food was plentiful and could well substituent for your dinner if you were so inclined. The only request I have is that if coffee is available 24 hours a day, please make creamer available as well. No one likes the powdered creamer. Finding only it available was my one ... Read more
