A bit of an older property. But it's kept up well and everything looks fine. The room itself was an upgrade to a two room suite. It was very spacious decent amount of outlets and Lighting. The bedroom was a little dark as the window faced a wall. And the mattress was a little bit on the soft side. It did have a fridge and microwave in the room. And it was next to the Elevator Shaft so you did hear that noise if you're sensitive to it. It isn't airport hotel. So you may hear some planes. Cory at ... Read more

Stayed here for one night after attending a concert. The hotel is located close to shopping and a lot of restaurants. The room was very modern and clean. We really enjoyed the pay-per-view movies. Would definitely stay here again!

Someone at front desk burnt something in microwave, at 3am, set smoke alarm off. The comment from Tim, when I called to ask what was going on was "not much can be done after the fact" Acted like I was a jerk for calling front desk.

I usually stay at the Marriott Renaissance Inn so everything in this review really compares this Courtyard to my experiences at Renaissance Inns in general. I selected this hotel because it was adjacent to the airport. My bad. Somehow I missed it. Not a good omen. Check in was pretty simple; my reservation was in the system no problem. I was disappointed by the food service. They had a Bistro run by two people that I could tell, one at the counter, one in the back. Limited hours. The big thi... Read more

Like nearly all Marriott properties, this hotel is spotless, has great beds, big rooms, etc, etc. What distinguishes this is the location, it is close to the airport (although the Fairfield is even closer to the airport, within walking distance). There is a shuttle that departs every 20 minutes making it easy to catch a flight. The staff is very helpful and friendly. But, there really is nothing significant nearby. The Marriott next door has a restaurant that is OK and overpriced. Other than tha... Read more

I just changed my 64 night stay in Boston to Hilton based on the experience I had at this hotel last night. Goodbye platinum Marriott - Hello Diamond Hilton. Husband is also lifetime platinum Marriott and that is over as well. Total disappointment. It must be more important for the restaurant/bar employees to keep up with their cell phone instead of customers. Rudeness must be a requirement to work here, except front desk. They were excellent.

Rooms were cleaner than some full service Marriotts I've stayed at. Nice fire pit area at the back of the hotel. The breakfast staff at the bistro provides good service and good food. The hotel is in a weak signal zone for Verizon at least. Call quality was fine but data was tough. Thankfully they provide free WiFi that was fast enough for me to do a video conference from my laptop.

Close to the airport, but so are about 4 other hotels on the same block. Second stay here and may be my last. (1) Checked in via the App- my keys didn't work when I got to the room - had to trek back to the front desk. (2) Found a Styrofoam container in the refrigerator next to my bed - YUCK! (3) The clock in the room was off by almost 30 minutes . Staff comment - a previous guest must have done it. - So what if they did - they may have also left food in the fridge too. Pay attention to det... Read more

A couple of weeks ago my husband and I and our daughter with a mental handicap were supposed to leave out of Dayton to go to Washington DC. Because of severe weather our flight was cancelled. Our daughter has extreme anxiety in airports so we decided to drive to Columbus to catch an early direct flight the next morning. On the way to Columbus I tried 10 hotels before I reached Curtis at the Courtyard Marriott. He was extremely helpful and we were able to get one of the few rooms left. So app... Read more

I stayed here for a quick one night stay and everything was fine, but it is an older hotel from what I could see. The staff was helpful and it had the Bistro (which I really enjoy when at Courtyards) but there is not much else. The location is typical for an airport property, so there is not much else within walking distance. The Marriott is right next door which could be a good option if you wanted a drink or food when the Bistro isn't open. Free airport shuttle was convenient.

Stayed here for one night on way back from the south. For the price, we had hoped it included breakfast. We were wrong and disappointed. The king size bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was very outdated with horrible lighting. The mini fridge kept making noises all night and the AC unit was leaking into the carpet, which we informed the front desk of so they can look into that. I sincerely hope they follow up or they will have a mold issue on their hands with that wet carpet. Glad we did... Read more

Two things- Marriott extended a discount to the 4 of us whose flights were canceled and came to this hotel with no reservation. Staff at this hotel are terrific! We arrived late on Friday evening (8/12) and the evening desk staff (don't remember the woman's name) could not have been more helpful, finding us 4 rooms. Legacci and Kay got us to the airport the next morning quickly and effciently, and were most accommodating.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. My room was quiet, clean, cool, and the bed was very comfortable. Service was friendly and the free Wi-Fi was a pretty good speed. I liked the mini-fridge in the room. The pool and fitness room looked nice but I did not use those. The only negative was the hotel's bistro closes at 9:30AM and opens again at 5PM and no continental breakfast. If you want something to eat or drink between those times and you are at the hotel, you have to go somewhere e... Read more

The staff (Front desk, Bistro) are really welcoming and really helpful. The room however was a bit disappointing, especially for a loyal Marriott traveler. The closet door handle was missing (how does housekeeping miss that?) making opening and closing the mirrored bi-fold door fun. There was a significant stain on the carpet and the furniture arrangement was such that if you were working at the desk and wanted to have the TV on it is impossible to see the TV from the desk as the Microwave/F... This is next door to the Marriott. The hotel was clean. Service was good. Treadmills in good shape. I flew in on the last flight and left by 8:00 AM. It wasn't worth the extra money for the Marriott for me
