Hotel amenities include the Meridian Bistro and use of the Concourse Athletic Club's pools, sauna, and exercise room. The hotel also offers room service, valet laundry service, free weekday newspapers, and 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to Columbus International Airport (two minutes away).

All rooms feature coffeemakers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, two TVs, three two-line telephones, high-speed Internet access, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, clock radios, work desks, and bathrobes.
