Stayed here for two nights recently. Room was spacious and clean. Nice to have separate area for work (desk, couch, mini fridge and microwave) although had trouble with wifi. There is wired connectivity available in each room however. Front desk was polite. Room was quiet. Hotel location great for easy on/off I71. Near large mall and plenty of dining options.

Always look to stay at Cambria when we need a hotel for a night. Modern design and has everything you need. Quick check in and helpful staff. Much around the hotel and just a quick drive to get downtown. Will keep using this brand. Only downfall was the parents not keeping an eye on their kids around the pool area. Not the hotels fault

I had a one day conference in Columbus and I chose this hotel because the location is great. I wanted to do some shopping and check out a few places to eat in the neighborhood. I got the king suite which had an office area, good décor and the bathroom was updated and clean. I liked that I could make coffee/tea and the refrigerator and microwave also came in handy. The staff and other guests seemed courteous/friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was easy and I did not check out any of the amenities or... Read more

Considering the price level is an OK hotel in a great location. This Hotel is attached at the Polaris shopping area and very close to JP Morgan Chase Columbus office (5 minutes driving distance). PRO: Great location, nice staff, big and clean room. CONS: Poor Breakfast.

I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night based on the location, amenities, and price of the hotel, but I won‚??t be returning because of poor customer service. The Room Good- Nice set up; appreciated the fridge and microwave; LOVED the ability to hook media to tv Bad- Some very obvious wear and tear (the wallpaper above my bed had mysterious circular stains, for example); dim lighting may irritate those who are trying to read/work; creaky floors so you can hear people above you walking ar... Excellent room and close to a lot of businesses, the only drawback is its not within walking distance due to traffic. Would be nice to have pay per view movies in room also. Staff was very polite and eager to help. Hot tub was very nice to relax in and pool area was very clean.

While it is a larger hotel - it has the feel of a niche boutique type hotel. Very nicely appointed and decorated- the rooms and the staff are superb. The cleanliness in the room was second to none. Again. Nicely appointed and artsy. Very nice hotel and would recommend to anyone

I planned a last minute getaway to the zoo and this was the best find. Not only was the location perfect but the zoo package made it convenient and affordable. Our room was very spacious and cozy. We tried using the pool but it got a little crowded. Amenities were above and beyond including fitness, pool/hot tub, bar, coffee area. I will absolutely return to this hotel on our next visit.

The staff was friendly when we arrived. The room was Beautiful, spacious and inviting. Everything was updated with a feeling of home. The room offered a small fridge and microwave. The bedroom was separated from a living area. This was nice to relax. The bathroom was gorgeous! It has a huge shower, no tub. Very elegant. I went down to use the hot tub, however, there were three individuals already in it and it seemed to be crowed with that. Breakfast would be a nice feature to add if y... Read more

My family and I were so excited to stay here after seeing the pictures and the location- so close to the mall! The reviews were mixed, but we decided to take a chance anyways. The lady at the front desk was nice, and decor is modern. No double bed rooms were left, leaving us to book the "king suite" with the kids sleeping on a pull out bed. The bathroom was nice and spacious, with a huge shower, and the two separate TVs were a plus. I noticed some rips in the carpets (picture attached) but at fi... Read more

Cambria Hotel And Suites is a basic hotel setup. The rooms are ok if a little tired, the bar is small and the food options are limited. If it's convenient for other things you are doing them it's a fine pick at a reasonable price. The staff are also friendly and accommodating which isn't always the case on these establishments

The only place we will stay when in town. Always a clean room with a very professional staff. This visit we stayed on one bedroom suite, very roomy and comfortable .Convenient to Polaris Fashion Center. Only draw back is breakfast is just not good.

We stayed one night while coming up from Louisville with six people. The hotel is good with the best part being the very nice breakfast. The pool is a bit small and during summer, not much room. The place is perfect for a visit to the Columbus Zoo with plenty of restaurants around the property. The kids( 3 and 6) enjoyed their stay and that was true for the four adults.

Upon looking at other hotels in the Polaris area, we decided on this hotel for the price and from the mixed reviews. We stayed here for 3 nights. I thought this hotel was going to be immaculent, but it wasn't. Check-in was a breeze and the lobby was very beautiful. We stayed on the 4th floor and upon exiting the elevator, there was a raggedy, ripped-up seating bench in front of the elevator. As we walked thru the hallway, we noticed the hallway light shades were torn. Our room was nice with a fe... Read more

I stay at this hotel for pleasure as I live in the area. I always have a great stay. The staff at checkin were amazing. Karla I believe her name was, is a wonderful employee and you need more like her. The lady working the night audit was rude and not personable. The bartender was fantastic and she really took care of everyone well. The breakfast staff in the morning are absolutely horrible. It almost felt like I was at a different hotel. Although my breakfast was free, it was not good a... Read more

We loved this hotel. We are traveling with a baby so having the separation between the bedroom and living room was a necessity. We stayed on the 4th floor so the noise was minimal and I think being on a dead end street also helped. Our room was clean, the bathroom was awesome, and overall we were very pleased. In our room, the heating/cooling unit was on the fritz (it kept cutting off) so we called down and the desk attendant attempted to fix it to no avail. They did offer to switch our r... Read more

We had a great stay from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. It's located in a nice area that is quiet and where you can feel safe walking at night. My husband loved that Cabela's was within a 4 minute walk. :) The guy that checked us in was friendly and got us checked in in no time. The room was comfortable and clean and even though there was a conference going on a few doors down from our room we never heard anything. This will be my go to hotel when staying in Columbus.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to shopping and eateries. Once the IKEA is finished it will be nearly right next door! Check in was easy and the hotel was clean and accommodating. Hotel bar was nice and had friendly service. The only thing I found odd was a half used roll of toilet paper in my bathroom and no replacement.

My room had a great shower, and the room was clean. That's about the end of the good things I can say. Very small TV in the room (see photo with shoe for reference) and it'll be another $10 for some limp powdered eggs and Brown-N-Serve sausage, some oatmeal and various carbohydrates. Maybe no better or worse than other hotel breakfast, but ridiculous to charge another $10 for it.
