Very conveniently located for those wanting to visit Cleveland Clinic for medical Check up etc. Rooms are spacious, absolutely clean, with all the major amenities like ironing Board, Drier, Mini Fridge, Tea/Coffee maker etc. included in the room itself. Decent selection of cable TV. Good View from Room.

Stayed here because of the convenience of being close to the Cleveland Clinic. Hotel is very nice, room was clean, nice furnishings. Gym was nice too, good equipment. My biggest complaint is the lack of help at the front desk. We checked in at 330pm and there was only one person working the desk. Having to wait more than 15 minutes to check in isn't a great way to welcome someone to a hotel. The wait time got longer as the line built up behind me. At checkout, there wasn't anyone at the fr... The hotel was very nice. Has only been opened for about 3 weeks. The room was great, spacious. It had a Keurig coffee machine in the room. There is a pool, sauna, exercise room. There is a cafe which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner. It also has a bar. Parking is Valet only for $18.00 a day. I was actually able to walk to the surgery center in about 4 minutes. There is a free shuttle service that will take around the clinic campus. This very very useful also. I would definitely recommend this hot... Read more

This is a brand new facility, it opened on May 8, 2016. We stayed there May 26th. The decor and hotel are nice and clean. The staff was very distracted during check-in and check-out. Be prepared to pay for "forced" valet parking. The rate is $18 per day. The valet staff was exceptional. However, the disappointing part of this Holiday Inn is the cost they have attached to their breakfast buffet. There is no complementary breakfast. The rate is $14.50 per person to enjoy the exact same items on t... Read more

If I didn't know better I would say this was a new hotel with owners new to the hotel business. My stay was one night about 3 weeks after the opening of what could be a delightful addition to the hotel scene around this part of Cleveland. It's a clean, bright and welcoming place. The room was comfortable on the 7th floor. No luggage stand in the room nor any other place in the room to put a piece of luggage on and live out of it for a night. Plenty of open wall space so a bench or something... Read more

My wife and two teenage daughters went because family member was having a procedure done at Cleveland clinic. Rooms are spacious and what you would expect from a new hotel. It does cost $18 a day for valet parking and there is no other option. It did work out very well with our stay as its only a couple blocks to hospital and we walked back and forth frequently. Was able to retrieve our car for a "turnaround". This means that the valet would bring car out and we could just drop off lu... Read more

I took my 13 year old granddaughter and friend to Cleveland for a weekend. I went to this Holiday Inn on the recommendation of a friend with 3 children. While it is not a resort type hotel, it was very nice. It had an indoor pool with an outside lounge area where I had coffee and read my book each morning. It was very close to University Circle where many of the museums are located. Also close to Little Italy and a Corner Alley where we went bowling one night. The girls wanted to ride the train... I normally compliment a hotel on its people even if the facilities are bad. This hotel is different. It's beautiful, brand new, only a month open BUT the people are very cold, slow, fake, unprofessional and highly non-inviting. It has a nice gym, and it's laid out well. The rooms are big, clean and bright (a plus in my eyes). It does not smell yet of the IHG smell. The Moce cafe is very expensive (a bottle of water and Diet Coke was $6). The other goods, just way off base. But, the fact th... Read more

This hotel is beautiful. It is very modern & clean. The rooms are nice, comfortable & also modern. It's not a homey atmosphere, more of a modern, sleek & sterile atmosphere. The pool is quite small & the place it is in is VERY small & it echoes in there so it can be super loud. The restaurant is okay. It's new so maybe they don't have all the bugs worked out. It takes a long time to order (you order at the counter & then sit & wait for your food). The girl at the counter was slow & there... Read more

We have stayed now three times in six weeks for doctor appointments, and tests at the Cleveland Clinic. We have found this Holiday Inn to be very stylish, clean, with comfy beds and a friendly staff, including the front desk, valet staff, cleaning staff, as well as the restaurant and bar servers. We love the valet service. The food may be a little over priced or it may be just being in a city.

While the hotel itself is reasonably nice, you are forced into $18 valet parking that is not. They are slow and did almost $600 worth of damage to my brand new car. Of course, the hotel's response is that parking is handled by a separate company. That would be a company they hired and force you to use. The hotel is spartan, having no available microwave. This seems ridiculous for a hotel on the Cleveland Clinic campus that caters to out of town patients, many of whom may well have special di... Read more

We've been coming to the Clinic since 2004, and have stayed multiple times at the Intercontinental Conf Center and the Suites on Campus - not to mention many hotels in and around Cleveland. The Holiday Inn is on par with the amenities found at the two Intercontinental properties on Campus for a fraction of the price. No doubt, the Intercontinental Conf Center's location attached to the Clinic cannot be beat, but depending on your needs, it's hard to justify the add'l couple hundred dollar rate. ... Read more

This is a very new hotel, really fresh and clean. The staff are truly willing to please. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Two problems with this place. You have to use the valet and it is badly managed and understaffed. Dozens of people complained about the valet when we were there. We were looking for a hotel near the Cleveland Clinic and were fortunate enough to find this one. There is a discount for families with members in the Clinic. The hotel is just a few months old and as such is clean and modern looking. Modern looking to the point where it is somewhat aneseptic - lacking a little character - if that matters to you. I was having a schduled surgery and traveled from SC. The hotel was very clean, modern and had a great restaurant. The staff was pleasant and courteous and even remembered my name. I had no worries as they also provided things I forgot on the plane at no charge!!! I would stay again!!!

This new hotel is really impressive. The room comfort is spectacular! Also the front lobby café and bar is awesome! Morning breakfast buffet at $14/person is a real deal. Only wish they had better parking options besides valet!

Mercedes Dansky in the restaurant helped my daughter over and over during our stay. Others in the restaurant were gracious and kind including one server making sure she had ice cream for her birthday. Rachid the porter made sure my daughter to greet my daughter every time he saw her and helped her celebrate her birthday. Hello, I recently booked a hotel room here and was greatly disappointed . The hotel was Newley built and I paid over 200$ a night for a dirty hotel . The carpets were stained , the room didn't smell like it would smell coming into a clean room . The service was barely average . I honestly will not be choosing this hotel again . I have paid far less for a hotel and hotels were much cleaner with better service

This hotel is worth more than what you pay. The room was not small and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was provided until 11pm, so we had enough sleep. Indaka Rutledge was the number one receptionist I ever met. SHE IS THE NUMBER ONE I LOVE HER SO MUCH!

My brother is currently inpatient for cardiac surgery. My sister in law and myself have been staying at Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic. The staff are great, and having the hospital shuttle to go and return is a wonderful service!!

Stayed during World Series. Hotel is expensive at over $200 a night for what it offers. Breakfast and valet parking were extra. Modern and clean, but when I got to my room I found someone had been there between cleaning and my arrival. They had left half a sandwich a drink, and left their laundry cover in the middle of the floor and possibly also had a shower.!!!! The room had been cleaned but had been used in the interim. Reception offered to send a cleaner, but that wasn't really the point.... Read more
