I stayed here for one night while doing business in town. The rooms are pretty outdated. And the noise was horrendous. I was on the 7th floor. All night people were slamming doors and talking in really loud voices. After 2:00am. I don't know what was going on, but I won't be staying here again.

I spent a night at this hotel for business in September 2016. My only compliant is the lighting in the room - too dim for me. BUT, the hotel's location trumps this concern. You are within walking distance of everything, including the beautiful baseball stadium. They also have a "happy hour" of free popcorn and the ability to purchase alcoholic drinks. Oh! And free breakfast in the morning too!

Good location for walking to football games or baseball games. Staff not very pleasant or helpful. Beds hard, pillows flat, walls thin. Free breakfast was a madhouse. Not enough seating or food. Paper plates, plastic forks/knives. Quality not great. Overall expected more from a Hampton, especially at a premium price.

Great location - within a mile of First Energy stadium. Nice room, decent breakfast. All in all a good choice if you're in town for a Browns game. But don't park through the hotel valet, which is $28/day. There are cheaper parking garages within a few blocks.

If you are traveling to Cleveland and want to be located ideally in the downtown area, try Hampton Inn Downtown Cleveland for your stay. The staff was excellent in all ways; the breakfast had many choices, all fresh and hot; the coffee was quite good; the rooms are clean and neat; the lobby area, with chairs and tables and a TV, was very comfortable; and the service with taxis was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be near the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame; the FirstEnergy football... Read more
