Arrived from a long haul flight and was directed to the shuttle bus location. After waiting for 30 minutes a fellow travel lot called the hotel to check the shuttle was running only to find out it was by request. The driver was great but the fact you have to call when all other airport hotels had a constant flow of busses. So arrived at the hotel at @11 then to find that there were no rooms available. It took some time to find a recently vacated room and check it was clean. Again the hotel recep... Read more

I'm beginning to see a pattern develop. The first time we held a reunion at a Marriott Hotel was in Colorado Springs. I was impressed by the friendly greeting by all members of the staff no matter who they were or where we met them on the property there and found the same to be true at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. I sleep on an extra firm bed at home so it was a little difficult for me to get used to the softer double bed in our room. Next time I will inquire on the availability of a bed ... Read more

Very nice Marriott next to the airport. The staff was friendly when checking in. The bar, located in the lobby, has a good selection to choose from if you are looking for an adult beverage. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. It was easy. The shuttle has to drop you off on a side lot where you have to take an escalator down and then back up to ticketing since there is a busy road. The rooms were nice sized and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Will stay here agai... Read more

The hotel is located in a less than desirable looking part of town, but seemed safe with plenty of gated parking ($8 overnight). I had booked 2 rooms through a 3rd party site and requested both an early check in as we were in town for a dance conference that day and adjoining rooms. When we arrived in town, about 1pm, we stopped at the hotel first to see if by chance rooms were available. They weren't and the person at the desk said she would make a note about the adjoining rooms and have us all... Read more

This is the single worst software for internet connectivity I've ever experienced. When you check in they tell you that if you are a member of Marriott Rewards you will get free internet. They tell you to just sign in for the 9.98 option and they will comp you later.Well you will sign in again and again. It is geared for computers, but it makes life miserable for IPhones. It will offer you an upgrade, it will ask you how many days you want the service, and it will ask you the same question again... Read more

Came down early for 4:40 am shuttle and it was full. Nobody could or would do much to help. There were a few of us who got stuck. Make sure you get down plenty early. The front desk told me I would have to wait until next one because a cab wouldn't get there any earlier. Not what I expected from Marriott.

The beds were so comfortable, the shades so dark, we 60-year-olds slept in until 9:30am - usually up just before 6am every day - even vacations! We ate in the restaurant 3 times. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the hamburger was off the charts - specialty bacon from Madisonville Tennesee, great local cheese, delicious fresh (not-preformed) beef... Very reasonably priced, too!

The Airport Marriott is a great choice if you get unexpectedly stuck overnight in Cleveland like us. Just 4 miles from the terminal with shuttles running every 20 minutes from 4am to Midnight. Arrive after 1am like we did? Just call the hotel and they will reimburse you for the taxi fare. This is a large hotel with 3 tall buildings and is popular for weddings. The inside of the hotel and lobby bar area were very nice. The outside area not so much not really many places to eat nearby except McDonald's. Taco Bell etc. The inside of the rooms were nice and clean. The bar and restaurant are quite pricey. The hotel staff for the most part were nice. This Marriott is a little bit on the older side, but well kept and clean. It is right off the interstate, about a 7 minute drive from the airport. Not really sure why you'd stay here unless you had a small conference at the hotel itself, and even then. Room was clean but outdated. I was able to use Marriott Rewards points to book two rooms as my family had an early flight to Punta Cana. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. The hotel is a really unattractive area but it seemed safe enough. We took the 4 am shuttle (so we missed breakfast) to the airport.
