Arrived from a long haul flight and was directed to the shuttle bus location. After waiting for 30 minutes a fellow travel lot called the hotel to check the shuttle was running only to find out it was by request. The driver was great but the fact you have to call when all other airport hotels had a constant flow of busses. So arrived at the hotel at @11 then to find that there were no rooms available. It took some time to find a recently vacated room and check it was clean. Again the hotel recep... Read more

I'm beginning to see a pattern develop. The first time we held a reunion at a Marriott Hotel was in Colorado Springs. I was impressed by the friendly greeting by all members of the staff no matter who they were or where we met them on the property there and found the same to be true at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. I sleep on an extra firm bed at home so it was a little difficult for me to get used to the softer double bed in our room. Next time I will inquire on the availability of a bed ... Read more

It is in a good location right of the exit. Close to downtown but in an overly busy area. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cleveland that needs a great room at a reasonable price!

We stayed overnight at this hotel after a long flight to Cleveland. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice and spacious. The staff was welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. We were impressed. We plan to go back to Cleveland and spend more time there.

Very nice Marriott next to the airport. The staff was friendly when checking in. The bar, located in the lobby, has a good selection to choose from if you are looking for an adult beverage. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport. It was easy. The shuttle has to drop you off on a side lot where you have to take an escalator down and then back up to ticketing since there is a busy road. The rooms were nice sized and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. Will stay here agai... Read more

The hotel is located in a less than desirable looking part of town, but seemed safe with plenty of gated parking ($8 overnight). I had booked 2 rooms through a 3rd party site and requested both an early check in as we were in town for a dance conference that day and adjoining rooms. When we arrived in town, about 1pm, we stopped at the hotel first to see if by chance rooms were available. They weren't and the person at the desk said she would make a note about the adjoining rooms and have us all... Read more

This is the single worst software for internet connectivity I've ever experienced. When you check in they tell you that if you are a member of Marriott Rewards you will get free internet. They tell you to just sign in for the 9.98 option and they will comp you later.Well you will sign in again and again. It is geared for computers, but it makes life miserable for IPhones. It will offer you an upgrade, it will ask you how many days you want the service, and it will ask you the same question again... Read more

Came down early for 4:40 am shuttle and it was full. Nobody could or would do much to help. There were a few of us who got stuck. Make sure you get down plenty early. The front desk told me I would have to wait until next one because a cab wouldn't get there any earlier. Not what I expected from Marriott.

My husband and I travel extensively. We always fly out of Cleveland International Airport. We spend the night before traveling at Marriott Airport. We love the hotel. Rooms are great. Staff is outstanding. Looking foward to our next visit when we travel.

Dropped into Cleveland for a quick series of business meetings. The hotel is convenient to the airport. There is a shuttle as well. Upon arrival, we were greeted quickly and with big smiles. My room had a view of the parking lot - back side of the courtyard building. It was fine - everything that you would need. Overall, my experience was very good. N*joy...

The beds were so comfortable, the shades so dark, we 60-year-olds slept in until 9:30am - usually up just before 6am every day - even vacations! We ate in the restaurant 3 times. I know this sounds ridiculous, but the hamburger was off the charts - specialty bacon from Madisonville Tennesee, great local cheese, delicious fresh (not-preformed) beef... Very reasonably priced, too!

The Airport Marriott is a great choice if you get unexpectedly stuck overnight in Cleveland like us. Just 4 miles from the terminal with shuttles running every 20 minutes from 4am to Midnight. Arrive after 1am like we did? Just call the hotel and they will reimburse you for the taxi fare. This is a large hotel with 3 tall buildings and is popular for weddings. There was dancing and drinking in the lobby bar at 2am when we arrived and 6 more weddings scheduled for the next day. Com... Read more

Location is great for me. Close to the airport and my client site. While I'm very anonymous here at check-in, the restaurant/bar know their customers. In the morning and afternoon make sure you have Pamela, the hostess seat you. It only takes once for her to know you forever. In the evening hours, sit at the bar and have supper with bartenders Magic, Mike and Jenny. They will work their behinds off to make sure you have a great evening. I changed all of my reservations from May through Se... Read more

Recently stayed at this property for business. From the exterior it looks like a slightly older Marriott. Inside though has been kept up to date, decor is nice and overall the hotel is in good condition. Used a junior suite with conference table for a small meeting. room was comfortable and clean. Good alternative for 6 or less people. Restaurant and bar were good. Had two meals in the restaurant - AMP 150. Good menu, plenty of choices. Quite a bit of german influence - had the Pork sch... Hotel was nice; rooms and lounge were nice. Having to pay a fee for in room internet access was lame. $10 or $15/day. (Yes it is even tiered). WiFi is free only in common areas. Had a nice courtyard, but is was occupied by a wedding reception on Saturday night.

The inside of the hotel and lobby bar area were very nice. The outside area not so much not really many places to eat nearby except McDonald's. Taco Bell etc. The inside of the rooms were nice and clean. The bar and restaurant are quite pricey. The hotel staff for the most part were nice. I'd stay here again just because it's near downtown and close to the freeway. I will say it was hard to sleep because you could hear the noise in the hallways. But overall just ok I'd rate it a C+ hotel 3 stars... Read more

There was a little hiccup at checkout regarding the room, but it was fixed very quickly. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and was very quiet. Our room was in the smaller building which I was a little concerned about due to other reviews, but we had no issues at all. Parking lot seemed secure and was very well lit. Parking is $8 per day. We visited various attractions in the area and it was a very easy drive to all from here. 10 min to Christmas Story house and about 15 min to Downtow... Read more

The location is easy accessible and the hotel is very nice (like all the Marriott), the room was nice and comfortable. There are conference rooms and also rooms to plan your wedding, in fact there was one when we were there. There's a parking for basically when you get there and a bigger one in the back for the night (daily fee).

Clean and safe although not in a great part of town. The hotel has some years on it but it is still nice enough. My room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was decent. It is close to the airport and there is a gas station across the street to fill your rental car.

This Marriott is a little bit on the older side, but well kept and clean. It is right off the interstate, about a 7 minute drive from the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of great places to eat in the immediate vicinity, but it is convenient for early departure flights. There is free wifi in the lobby, parking ($8/day charge), and an indoor pool.

Good staff, exceptional concierge lounge (although the quality of the evening food could be improved) and outstanding food at the in-house restaurant, which unlike most hotel restaurants is actually good and a destination in its own right. I had dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast in the concierge lounge was fine, but I was disappointed with the weekend buffet. The quality of the food was poor for the price. Also, service wasn't nearly as refined and good as the dinner service. My only other ... Read more

We arrived for a short weekend family get-together. Check in was fast and the staff courteous. We appreciated the bar and restaurant in the lobby area, the pool / whirlpool provided a nice gathering place. Overall, you can't go wrong with this hotel. It is located close to I-71 and I-90 for easy access to all attractions in Cleveland and beyond. It also has a nice business area if you want to use the computers. Parking is free contrary to what the website indicates. There is a Denny's nex... Read more
