This is a nice hotel and conveniently located to restaurants, bars, venues, etc. but I'm just not hip enough to appreciate it. It's just not "easy" - no latch, handle inside the bathroom stall in the lobby restroom; the funky mirror behind the front desk makes me dizzy; the artsy tile in the shower leaves no where to set my face wash. The room was nice, the staff was great. The bed is a little too soft for me but I love all the pillows. It just wasn't a good fit for me.

Our second visit to 21c. We loved the room. The location is perfect. We saw a show, ate dinner and brunch, visited 2 art galleries, and a couple of nice bars, all within the same block! Highly recommended for a great couples getaway

I loved the 21c. The front desk staff were always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect, and I slept well. The room service food I ordered was reasonably priced (usually I don't order room service because the food tends to be unnecessarily expensive and bland) and delicious. The neighborhood has lots of appeal. The art collective next door has good coffee and pastries. A five-minute walk to Eighth and Cheapside lands you at the Che... Read more

Great hotel - the rooms are well appointed and well designed. The staff was extremely attentive. I was in the elevator and the service person on the elevator could see I was in a rush to catch a flight - she immediately asked for my valet number - called for my car while I was in the elevator - as I came down after getting my bags - she had already checked me out - had my receipt along with water in the car and my baby seat which was in the back room. That's Serivce - well done

Stayed her for a night back in August of 2016 and it was a great stay. Central location and a really unusual and neat hotel. The room was very good with comfortable beds and good blackout curtains. Great lobby and a good restaurant adjacent to the lobby as well

Being native Louisvillians, we've always been a fan of 21c. We were excited to try out their Cincy location and in usual style, 21c did not disappoint. We truly admire and respect the attention to EVERY single detail of this hotel. 21c is well known for unique decor and art. While this location isn't quite as edgy, it is still very well done. Staff members were ALL very cheerful, helpful & made a lasting impression. We opted for valet parking and high recommend due to limited options in do... Read more

Always a great choice. Nobody does it like 21c. Amazing hotel and the rooms are truly beautiful. Stayed in Luxury suite on 8th floor. Perfect location too. The bathrooms were to me, most impressive. The shower was a pleasure to experience with two different shower heads and an accompanying tub all in the same glass door sealed space. Really first class and the shower's floor tiles and shower walls and bathroom floor tiles, sinks and lighting, are all exceptional and very hip. Marble etc. wow!

I turned a recent business trip into a mini-family vacation as well, and found a good deal on this hotel. It probably would not have been my first choice for a family vacation but I'm glad we stayed here. Rooms: 4 stars We had a standard room with two queen size beds. The room offered what you'd expect from a room at this price. Notable call-outs: +high-end toiletries +lots of shelf space in the bathroom +solid wi-fi connection +good insulation (or no neighbors, hard to tell) -touchy mini-b... Read more

This is a hotel experience unlike any other. From the moment you arrive and the staff greet you as themselves - no uniforms, no script, just a genuine sense that they are pleased that you have arrived and they want to take care of you. This is the epitome of a unique space and place and I freakin loved it! All staff - to a person, were kind, gracious, informed and helpful. No pretense whatsoever, just a cool sense of "welcome to our house, we love and we hope you do too". Can't wait to go back!

Room was not the cleanest - spots on bathroom floor and someone's plastic tag from a new clothing item there when we arrived. Bathroom lights and such were dirty and the walls were a little beat up. Carpeting felt worn and not clean. Heard every door around us closing and everything from the room above us - sound echoing from the bathrooms - toilet seat cheap plastic. No tub, only an average sized shower and bathroom is not luxurious at all - very minimalistic befitting the trendy hotel. B... Read more
