My daughter and I recently spent two nights here for the Flying Pig Marathon. This hotel was recommended by the race event website, and as a result we received a discount for staying here. I ignored the prevailing negative reviews on TripAdvisor (my first mistake), booked our reservation and hoped for the best. First, the positives. The room was clean. Housekeeping was very pleasant. The negatives. Wifi was very spotty in the hotel room. It was a problem for the duration of our stay... Read more

I usually check Trip Advisor before booking my hotel, however, the Millennium was a Flying Pig Hotel so I just booked the stay for the race. On my way to the hotel Friday before the race I checked the reviews and was shocked! Boy am I glad I didn't base my stay on the reviews this time. I will address a few of the concerns I read. Yes the desk is not at the door...but unless you have serious mobility problems it's not any further than walking in to the quick mart or McDonalds from your car. ... Read more

We stayed here for the Flying Pig Marathon Weekend. The hotel location is great, but the room had issues. The windows leaked terribly and we had a rain storm. The carpet was sopping wet for two feet out from the windows. The smoke detector was dangling off the wall by the wires. The staff was very friendly, though. Bright spot was Dawn in the Bistro--very friendly and efficient. Valet was understaffed and very slow (and expensive at that!)

Do Not believe the reviews, the hotel was OUTSTANDING! Tanya from the Front Desk was not only expedient, but extremely helpful and polite, she even gave me suggestions on where I could get a bite to eat at 11:00 PM on a Monday! KUDOS!! It was a pleasure visiting Cincinnati and having my last night stay at the Millennium topped it off. I can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

Great location, but in definite need of some TLC. Peeling wallpaper, dirty carpets in the room, inconsistent amenities in rooms make this hotel feel old. My room was never cleaned properly - bathroom never felt clean, carpet was dirty (had a pile of dirt on one side of the bed that was there when I got there and still there when I left). Met my basic needs, and really is located well, but needs some fixing up! Had free wifi in the rooms which was great!
