Parking downtown Cincinnati is expensive. We parked ourselves and ended up only saving $3 over valet parking (plus the tip). The room was clean and comfortable. Could have used more outlets and a desk for my laptop would have been nice, but it was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby deliver, but plenty of places to go in walking distance if you want to go out. There's a CVS and Walgreens less than 4 blocks away (across the street from each other naturally). Very convenient to the All American Ballp... Read more

One of the only good aspects of this place is the location downtown. It is very convenient to go and do just about anything. The lobby and common areas are very nice, almost immaculate, but that's where it ended. Our room looked like it hasn't been dusted for weeks, with a layer of dust on every flat surface. The carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed very well. There was dust piles in the corners and bits of debris left on the floors. Looking under the bed showed the same sight, but a little... I recently booked a room for a Saturday night with this hotel. I paid for it and booked it with AAA travel for $126.00. I gave them my credit card for incidentals. I didn't spend any money at the hotel so I didn't have any charges. I woke up the next morning, and I did not have a room summary slipped under my door so I checked out at the front desk. When I went to the front desk they said "Oh, you prepaid so you will have no charges". I shouldn't have just left without getting a receipt, b... Read more

I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a convention. Upon checking in, I sensed the outdated décor and overall poor first impression that the lobby left. The staff who greets you upon check in was not professional in their appearance which is also usually a reflection of a hotel. I originally checked into the 29th floor. Upon noticing that the wallpaper was peeled away from the wall, there was rust on the ceiling, and the end table was tattered, I asked to be changed to another room. The... Read more

Went to Cincinnati for a weekend as we often do during the summer. Our favorite hotels were booked or had very high rates, so we decided to try the Mellennium, which is very nearby. The hotel looks very nice from the outside. We upgraded to deluxe rooms in order to get a king sized bed. The rooms were adequate. My biggest complaint was that there is no safe, this is almost unheard of in hotels anymore. If you want to secure your otems, you have to take them to the front desk. The other dis... Read more

My groomsmen booked a room at the Millennium for my bachelor party weekend. Although some areas of the hotel may be a bit updated, it is clean and a good option for staying downtown in Cincinnati. Lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of space to relax. Rooms are comfortable and good sized. Bathrooms are a bit cramped and we experienced some issues with our shower that were a bit disappointing. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and enjoyed my stay. I ended up with this hotel using Hotwire. I was very scared after reading the reviews. I almost thought of trying to get out of the reservation. Glad that I didn't. I used the valet parking which is $27.00. Lobby was beautiful. Check-in was smooth. Room was on the 19th floor. It was very clean and so was the bathroom. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but, nothing horrible. I would for sure stay at this hotel again when visiting Cincinnati.

We came for no reason to lounge by the pool in a downtown city close to home. Tim was the batender/pool man/groundskeeper/customer service extraordinaire. He was attentive, outgoing and super friendly. If you are are the pool at the Millennium he offers superb service.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly! The location was great! The hotel room was adequate but did not resemble the rest of the hotel. The cable was fuzzy and the room just dark. That being said if you are going to be touring the downtown and only sleeping there it is fine.

I stayed at RM 623 for a week-long convention next door. The room itself was great other than I forgot to bring up that the shower needs some repair/adjusting as it leaks some water when turned off and the shower head needs to be replaced. There are great locations nearby: Mitas: A latin-flavored restaurant/bar great to start your after-work fun. The Brazilian churrasquería (Boi Na Braza) just within walking distance too and to fulfill your shopping crave, there's a Macy's, Walgreens & CVS and... Read more

Not a luxury hotel but you can't beat the location! Next door to the Duke Energy Center and just two blocks from Fountain Square. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well as Great American Ballpark. The staff is friendly. This hotel has the best roof top swimming pool with a pool side bar.

Summary: This hotel is in a great location in downtown Cincinnati. The facility is nice enough though it lacks that certain sense of elegance one might expect with a hotel of its type. The rooms are decent in quality, the service is good and the morning breakfast option is quite adequate. The room rates are OK though I am not sure the value is worth it for me. Details: My colleague and I were on business in Cincinnati and chose this hotel due to its location. The hotel was not far off the hig... Read more

I stayed three days here in two different rooms by choice. When their was a WiFi problem in my room Savannah immediately told me she could have the problem looked at asap or I could either move to a different room which I really appreciated that. She was very very very nice and helpful. Overall the stay was a great one!!! Thank you much!!! I will definitely be back to the millennium soon! Rooms are very clean too must I add!

The Millennium Hotel in Cincinnati was a good experience, although it was a little too large for my taste. I honestly got lost at one point trying to find my room! But the hotel staff is friendly and courteous. I was there for a conference, and I have to eat gluten free, and the staff was very accommodating at meal times. Many thanks to the kitchen staff and to my server Haudi Makris for making me feel cared for.

This hotel could have been much worse. It has a great location and the staff were rather friendly. However, our room smelled awful and was small and wasn't exactly clean. The beds were soft and easy to sleep on, though, which was the most important to us.

Stayed at The Millennium Hotel while attending a summit. Rooms were clean and adequate for a reasonable price. Obviously a Chicago Cubs fan favorite! Is a 6 block walk from the Great American Ballpark and 2 blocks from Fountain Square. Rooms were great on the 9th floor in the south tower overlooking the pool on the 4th floor rooftop. Also located across the street from the Duke Energy Center and about 3 block from the Football Stadium. Only drawback was the tiny bathrooms that are in need... Read more

We love coming here. Yes it's a little dated but the roof top pool is so very awesome!! There is a small bar and grill and food brought right to your chair. Not to mention, it's a beautiful view. There are also tables to hang out in shade and enjoy view. The valet workers really rock. Go out of their way to accommodate. We will back. In two weeks actually!!

We were on the 19th floor in the South Tower & our view was lackluster, mainly rooftop boilers, etc. The bathroom was super tiny - room for only one person for sure. The overall cleanliness of the room was below average; stains on the carpet and walls. It felt dingy. Ok, some pros... the beds were comfortable; but were small, double size. I read many negative reviews on several websites however we needed to be next door to the Duke Energy Center for an event - North Tower was exceptional. Let me start by saying it is less expensive to park at the parking garage next door to the Millennium if you are staying at the Hilton, the Millennium or any other hotel in town. The hotels charge in excess of $27 per day but the garages charge $17 or less for more spacious and easily accessible garages. We had room 2454 on the 24th floor - v... Read more

Immediately after checking in, I called the front desk to request another room as I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It took forever for anyone to answer the phone. The receptionist kept placing me on hold. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available, so I had no choice but to sleep in a dirty room. The carpet was filthy, the walls were dirty. No one was available to clean. No consideration was given. It was suggested that I call back the next morning. Wow...Thanks for nothin... Read more

Upon check in Savannah at the desk was great! When we got to the room we saw that it wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. Some carpet stains, but I know how that goes so we didn't fret! What was really strange was that once we were returning back to the hotel it seemed that things on our floor were not as they had appeared. Floor 15 needs a double check! While the hotel was satisfactory, I am giving this overall experience a poor rating. After checking out, and using a debit card for payment, I was informed by my bank there is a $50.00 hold on my account above and beyond the expense of the room. We booked the room after purchasing tickets to see Paul McCartney at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati. It was the hotel that was suggested on the arena website. This hotel is in a wonderful location and it is very reasonably priced. They also accept pets. However, it's in desperate need of a facelift or at least paint. Our room was clean but the toilet made a wretched noise for about three minutes after flushing, the cold water didn't work on the sink, the light over the sink was burned out, and the AC sounded like it had a piece of paper stuck in it.

Wife and I stayed at the Millennium for a few nights while attending an event at the convention center. While our room was in the pricier of the two towers, we found that the hotel is showing it's age. Like many hotels today, no pains were taken with housekeeping.
