Although the fixture was broken on the sink in our suite bathroom, it was still a great stay. Rooms were clean and loved the bed, The housekeeping staff was a little anxious because they tried to enter the room before we had checked out and we were not dressed for guests. Our room key was also deactivated before check out time at 11a.m. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Caroline, the dining waitress was extremely nice and very attentive. We stayed at this hotel with friends when we were visiting Cincinnati for a wedding. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the staff at the lobby desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating towards our needs. The only complaint is that we had a uncomfortable encounter with the security guard. We were hanging out in our room late at night with a couple of friends. There was a knock at our door and it was the security guard. He immediately said "Another complaint and yo... Read more

Stayed here while in town for our daughter's college graduation ceremony. Very pleased with the room and that the hotel is pet friendly so we could travel with our dogs. Had a very pleasant breakfast with John as a cook and Brigit as our server. I would stay here again if I come back to the Cincinnati area.

We enjoyed a three night stay here two weeks ago. Our two room suite was very nice and consequently we had small kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator with a separate freezer. There were dishes and cutlery provided. The room was kept very clean each day and smelled fresh. There was a nice note of greeting left for us when we arrived and the front desk was very professional and helpful with a question. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Stayed here for three weeks. In town for business and found the people working there very friendly and helpful, especially Elaine and Carolyn at the restaurant whom I saw every morning for breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hot tub but the business center is very small and Wi-Fi very slow. Overall a nice place close to lots of places to eat out and close to jungle jims which you have to see when in the area.

Stayed here during a soccer tournament. John the cook did a great job on the breakfast buffet and Carolyn along with her workmate Elaine were extremely helpful with letting us know what was located around the hotel. Carolyn also went above and beyond when my daughter misplaced her phone at the hotel. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

The hotel is located adjacent to a shopping center right off the highway. Our older GPS was confused by the new roads in the area, but the hotel is 6 stories high so we were able to see it and find our way there. We are used to staying in Holiday Inns with breakfast included, but this hotel is mainly used for conventions and meetings it seems and breakfast is an additionl $11.99 at restaurant off foyer. However, within walking distance is a Wendy's and Charley's and within short driving distance... Read more

This Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites was a wonderful ending to a traveling day with family. Because two small family units were represented, we opted for the suite and it was just perfect for spending time together yet still having private quarters for sleeping. Everything was clean, fresh and there were many thoughtful touches. Highly recommend.

I am thoroughly impressed with this hotel. I am staying here for two weeks on business. When I first checked in the gentleman came out from behind the counter to give me my key and explain the hotel's amenities. Impressive. When I went up to my room there was a hand written note on my nightstand welcoming me and praising me for my new career. The next day when I came back from class my room was cleaned and it was just as perfect as when I checked in. I've been here 6 nights and I find it l... Read more

For the people who complained about the security guard in the Cincinnati area I would suggest in the room next door he was very polite the second time that he had to come to your room he said politely if I have to come back up here we're going to have to ask you to leave some people just make a bigger story than it really is but I think the security guard was very polite because you were being very obnoxious I think you just had way too much to drink

The King Executive suite was very small even though it was two rooms. The bed was comfortable but we didn't have extra blankets. There were two bathrooms which was wonderful since 4 bridesmaids were staying in the suite. It wasn't what we were expecting. The mini kitchen had a mini fridge, sink and microwave. The hotel lobby is very welcoming with a nice fountain. The elevator to go to our rooms is a hike down the hall.

I actually had reservations in downtown Cincinnati, but the reviews weren't great so I did some checking around. The reviews for this hotel were so good and it was only a 20 minute drive to get downtown, so we decided to try it. When you walk into the hotel, it's beautiful. The lobby area is so pretty. The rest of the hotel is very average though. It's like a maze trying to find your room. Our room was clean and we didn't have any issues with it, it was just small and outdated, not what I expect... Stay elsewhere! When I booked this place, I knew it was higher priced, but I was told it was a "Full Service" Hotel, not a Holiday Inn Express! No free breakfast. No upgrades available for Gold Members. So, I expected a "Full Service" semi-luxury hotel. What I got was an Old, dirty, warn-out facility that was only a shade of it's former self.
