Great front desk staff and an overall great hotel for the price paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel over the others in the area. The place is well kept and the hotel has a everything you would need when traveling on business. However, do not expect a upgraded fitness center.

Was not a great experience. The internet had difficulty connecting and was slow when it connected. Breakfast was expensive for the area. The in room coffee maker did not work. The bill was not put under my door by 6:00 as explained in the quick check out procedure.

The Hilton Garden Inn was most accommodating and pleasant. Nice pool, comfortable rooms that were quiet and relaxing. We needed a dependable place of comfort and peace due to the nature of our visit. Located near many amenities as well.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was its decorations. It was beautiful. Secondly, the staff is professional, courteous, and provided a warm welcome. My room was warm, clean, and inviting. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will return in the future.

Needs renovated. The front entrance is OK, but, they need new beds & carpet. The carpet in hallways r filthy & needs shampooing. The price was too high for the room we stayed in. Location was not good cause we couldn't find any eating places

Awesome staff. We were in town for my 14-year-old daughter's basketball tournament. She was injured in the first game. As one of the dad's was carrying her into the hotel to get to our room, hotel staff dropped everything and offered to bring ice and pillows to the room. They had true concern and continued to ask about her throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby and patio were very welcoming, comfortable to hang out with our travel friends. Had afternoon snack and fruit... Read more

Our stay was just for one night and it was a very nice Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late and was greeted by two vrey nice gentlemen who handled our check in quickly. I was traveling with my elderly mother and I requested a first floor room and this was granted, the room was even close to the entry door so she didnt have to walk very far-I greatly appreciated this accomendation. I arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Sharonville OH around 3:00 pm Saturday and no one was at the front desk and I had to wait to be checked in. I got to my room what was just average, I went to the bathroom and the toilet would not stop running. than in the middle of the night the toilet stopped working.

This was a nice hotel typical of Garden Inn. Only complaint was the pillows were too hard and thick. Everything about the hotel was ok. Took a little tour of the surrounding neighborhood...very nice place.

The hotel needs a serious remodel or should be renamed. The rooms are very dated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had some early type of "adjustable" foam bed that holds all of your body heat. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna.

Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean; air conditioning was great considering how hot it was outside. Front desk staff was very accommodating and always there when we needed anything. Breakfast was great, not greasy, very clean. People running the breakfast were nice and attentive. Checkout was fast and easy.

This Hilton Garden Inn was very clean, nice amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. We always try to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn because they are very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and I like the fact that they put on clean bedspreads along with the clean sheets. If you are in need of a handicap room, they have excellent rooms that make it so much easier.

After a long day of traveling, my extended family and I decided to stay here. We plopped down on rock hard beds. There was a nob to "change the comfort" of the bed, but it didn't do anything. Our air conditioner was on and off and very loud. I myself am a heavy sleeper and was woke 5 times in the middle of the night. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the shower head. The lobby was nice, but the rooms were awful. Breakfast cost about $9 a person and you could only have 3 devices connected ... Read more

I was treated terribly after my room was given away. When I shared my disappointment as a Diamond member (I am a Pastor and shared professionally) the agent waited about 5 min and then came outside where I sat in my SUV explaining to my wife what happened and threatened me. I am African American. I travel extensively in my role as a HR Director and couldn't believe the level of service I was getting.

Hotel is clean, staff very nice. However our room on third floor had air condition unit down below and very loud. I'm not fond of changing rooms after undressing so it's my fault not moving! Would I stay again - yes but not near air condition unit! Also not paying $8.95 for breakfast - Cracker Barrel across street -

We had a very nice 3 day stay on our weekend trip to help our son move to his new apartment in Cincinnati. Part of our trip involved needing to park a 17 foot uhaul truck at the hotel overnight, which they accommodated with no problem. The room was clean and well-stocked in all regards. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Stayed at this HGI for a week. Check in was good and employees had a genuine smile and caring attitude. Room was clean and smelled good. The rooms have EXCELLENT soft door closing mechanism. So I did not hear any door slams that week... The hotel water is very very very soft and makes your skin feel like the soap wont come off when taking a shower. I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sharonville, OH. The first thing I noticed was the welcoming lobby, with treats available for hungry travelers. Next, I saw the welcoming smiles of the staff at the desk. I had checked in and chosen my room online, so they gave me my key and told me quickly about the amenities. We started out staying two nights but decided to check out after 1. The lobby is inviting. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. It is the guest rooms that need a quick upgrade. Hallways are dated. Rooms are old. The air conditioner is very loud and the beds need to be retired. We chose to move to a more modern hotel for the remainder of our trip. Not worth the points or price in my opinion.

Great, clean, quiet hotel. Nice location: close to all kinds of shopping, golf and expressways. The lobby is very inviting. The parking is abundant and safe. Its your typical hilton garden inn but it seams old. Fitness center misses free weights and there is no bar. Weird is the water is oily, as if you use the soap, rinse and your hands still are slippery from a soap. Complained at the front desk and they said well we have oily water. Changed the hotel 6 miles north to hilton garden in west chester and no problem there with the water. Plus their Fitness center is complete and it has a bar.
