I travel to CN. Ohio on business several times a year, The Hampton Inn off of I-275 exit 63A is located close enough to the express way and far enough away, shopping is close by, the hotel is very clean and staff is always very accommodating, I would recommend if you looking for a hotel East Gate

Easy check-in with friendly courteous staff. Nice clean, comfortable hotel. Indoor pool which was clean and well cared for. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The morning breakfast was nice and tasty. All in all, this Hampton Inn was just what you would expect. We will return there again. Thanks.

I stayed here, sharing a room with a friend, in early April. As with most Hampton Inns, this one was very nice, and there were few, if any problems. We were staying here for a nearby event, but this is also a good place to stay in the Cincinnati area. It is far enough out to be away from the traffic, but close enough to major roadways that getting into the Cincy area is very quick. Hampton inns are smart to let their hotels be dog friendly. We have 2 small dogs and needed a good hotel for a night. We'd board the dogs if it was more than a night or 2. The Eastgate location was very clean and service was great as expected. The building itself is run down but they look to be upgrading it. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Free breakfast featured mini cinnamon rolls. What a treat with good coffee.

This is a great place. I forgot my toothpaste and shaving cream and razor and they gave me a nice tube of toothpaste, not just the packet, and an actual can of shaving cream and good razor. Great service, clean, quiet, and great location. I highly recommend staying here!

The Hampton Inn at Eastgate in Cincinnati, OH is an excellent hotel. The rooms are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to check in online through the app and the ability to select my room during the check in process. In doing so, my key was ready when I walked through the door. There was no waiting.

Despite trouble at check in the room was very clean and everyone was friendly. The location is great, close to a variety of restaurants, and stores. The complimentary breakfast offered great variety and was of better quality than I've experienced elsewhere

The staff was very kind and helpful. Always willing to go out of their way to make our stay a great one. It was nice to see friendly faces throughout the hotel and be treated with kindness. The cleaning staff never missed a beat when they were needed.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Eastgate Hampton Inn, and we would surely return. The rooms are updated and clean, hotel staff is wonderful and considerate, and we like the little touches like cookies at the front desk. It's hard to find a hotel which welcomes dogs over 40lbs, and we were pleased to see that Hampton didn't charge us extra for the doggy accommodations. I am a frequent business traveler. This Hampton Inn was well located and easily accessible for the venue that my family was visiting - Riverbend Music Center, about 15 minute drive and easy to find. Lots of fast food options, Starbucks, Panera, Chick Filet, Meijers grocery, taco bell, Burger King, etc. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, but the rooms in my opinion were tired and worn. Wall paper coming off wall in the bathroom. TV was like poor streaming and was not clear, remote took forever. Place did not feel clean. Will not stay here again. Think it just needs good remodel. If this was my 1st stay at a Hampton, wouldnt ever stay at another Hampton. Staff was friendly.

Fantastic guest services, gave my dog a treat upon arrival, and put my room next to others with pets. I never travel with my dog, but his sitter went into labor that morning, and I was without choice. Being put near other guests with dogs eased my mind with concern that if my dog may bark, although rare, that it would disturb other guests. Dog in room 402 barked every time owners left room and hall sealed of urine. Some travelers may appreciate large dog friendly hotels. I am considerate enough to board my dogs in a kennel and not take to a hotel. Just know that the staff has little control over animals and will not move the offending guests or ask them to vacate regardless of the inconvenience to others.

Dog in room next door barked every time owners left the room for the entire three days and nights we were there. The staff would only call the owners and ask them to return and quiet the animal which often took hours. The hall smelled of urine. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, and the rooms were clean, but the pet policy made the stay awful. The manager is not present on the weekend to deal with issues like this, so just too bad for us.

This was the most accommodating of the three places we stayed on a stressful trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the amenities were above and beyond what was expected. I not only recommend this place, but also will stay at Hampton facilities again and again.

Hampton Inn Eastgate provided clean quality room. It is a great location convenient to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A must stop while staying there is Jungle Jim's International Market.

We stayed at this hotel when attending a funeral nearby. Our family got three rooms and were treated very well by staff. I was rather surprised with the selection of breakfast items. We had children ranging 2-19 and all of them found something they liked for breakfast. My only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep the room cool.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. The staff are very helpful and polite. We stayed there while in town for a baseball tournament. A lot of restaurants and stores around the location.

Checked into hotel after having a terrible day. Explained situation to front desk clerk. Had checked online prior to going in to make sure they had available rooms but did not book. Price at their own website was $113. Manager still there at front desk with clerk when I told my story. Charged me $149 probably because I was desperate and told me no other rates available. We stayed here for one night while on our way to Michigan from Florida. Very clean hotel. Very well taken care of, it was older but saw signs in the lobby that they were about to begin a remodel. The staff was very friendly! Also, this hotel was very convenient to various eating and shopping locations (Starbucks, Panera Bread, Canes Chicken, Meijers)

Centrally located for what we were doing. Would stay again. Grandkids loved it. Didn't have a fitness center but were able to go to Planet fitness. Breakfast was awesome and changed daily. Staff was very friendly.

My wife and I made our first visit to the Riverbend Music Center for a Hall & Oates concert, and the Hampton was a great place for an overnight stay. We stayed at Hampton Inn Eastgate in July while we were attending a concert at Riverbend. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. The hotel is VERY clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Although we didn't have time to swim, the pool looked very inviting.

GREAT STAFF at a formerly top notch hotel. The updates are coming and the new furniture is in place. JUNK WITH NO STORAGE SPACE! Additionally, We were unfortunate enough to get a damp room .....the only time we've ever been displeased at this hotel after dozens of stays, Hilton has gone off the deep end with junky furniture If you're only staying a day or 2 no problem, otherwise be prepared to live out of your suitcase for days.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We had two rooms. One smelled a bit musty. Both bathrooms could use remodeling especially the baseboards around the tub. Breakfast servers were very attentive and helpful.

Weren't able to sleep or stay in the room long with all the problems associated with it. Was told they would give us a can of fabreeze or a dehumidifier for the room. tried to relocate us to another room that had the same problem.

Husband and I left after discovering bed bugs in the room. Very disappointing. Staff was very understanding. I was very surprised for this to be a Hilton brand Hotel. I've never had any problems with Hilton brand hotels in the past.

Our oldest daughter was getting in Sharonville and this was the most reasonable hotel we could afford that allowed pets. The room was clean and comfortable and offered amenities that were not expected. I often visit Cincinnati but had never stayed at this venue right off their I-275 beltway. Helpful staff, big breakfast area and convenient to the city as well as the Mariemont, and Indian Hill suburbs. I'll visit again.

I would give a little higher rating if parking allowed for more space to park a trailer. Overall we were very satisfied and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to the area next month. Every aspect of the stay for us was exceptional.

We've stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and I have to say this was just OK. Room & bath were small and outdated. Smelled musty. Breakfast had a good assortment. Staff was friendly although the toilet clogged and we were told no one could fix it until the next day and they handed us a plunger! Never had that before! Place wasn't worth the $$ spent! ($125 a night) but it was clean and in good location.

We stayed four evenings while visiting family. The hotel had everything needed for a long stay including daily breakfast, laundry facility, nearby grocery, restaurants and attractions. Kelly checked us in and searched for and found additional rate savings when I present my AAA card. I stayed 2 nights and found everyone helpful and guest friendly. My room was large with an extremely comfortable bed. The pillows were fabulous! The room was clean and the towels were large and plush. Breakfast each morning with waffles, eggs , sausage/bacon, toast, dry cereals, etc. The location was perfect with several restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our last stay was a quirk at this Hampton .....a few things were unsatisfactory. After years of making multiple-day stays (usually at least 4 per stay), we had one poor experience which, by itself, would have passed for any other brand of hotel. We're pleased to say that it was an anomaly. This is a very good and comfortable home away from home and a refreshing place to return to at the end of the day. Thanks to all who work there.

We had most of the rooms blocked at this hotel for out-of-towners attending a wedding. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. They assisted with an oxygen delivery and had everything set up in the room when we arrived. They made check in breeze and made sure we were close to the elevator for ease of getting in and out. Rooms were typical, but clean. Nice upgrade with lots of convenient outlets for media charging. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

We have used this hotel over the years due to the location and the fact that the staff always does a great job of servicing the rooms and delivering supeior service. From check in to breakfast to check out everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is near shopping and restaurants and convent to the interstate. What more could you ask for?

Great place to stay if you are in this area. We will not stay anywhere else and we are there at least 3 times a year. The staff is like family to us. That is saying something when you visit a hotel this many times a year and the staff remains the same people. Cleanliness is always a reason to stay at a hotel more than once. The cleanliness of the breakfast area is another reason and what a great breakfast they offer.

Check in and other front desk staff was excellent. They had restaurant recommendations and coupons! Room was exactly expected and was very clean. I really liked the non skip mat in the shower as a safety feature.

Just call to talk to Desk Manager Brandy, she pick up and hung up. 2nd time called and without introduction asked why I have to talk to Brandy, said like to talk to her and continuously asked "WHY" and finally said she is busy and I was disconnected. I think front desk manager suppose to pick up and said will call back but clerk are not asked customer why we need to talk to manager. Its kind of RUDE and disrespectful.

They treated my dog as if he was human! They are always happy to see him and are always excited to welcome him back. Room is always clean. There refrigerator always works. Internet is very good and has always worked when I used it.

Took my son to a nfl game while cheering for the opposition. The staff were truly attentive to my 7yr old asking all about the game and about the sign he made. He just loved talking to all of the staff and they even asked him about it the next morning. They really made it memorable.

The hotel is very pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas. Very close to stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. This is a very nice hotel to stay when traveling with your pet. But desperately needs updating.

My husband and I stayed for a local Halloween event and the stay was wonderful. It was in a great location and the staff was super friendly. They even helped me out with a cork screw. Overall, it wasn't anything terribly fancy, but it is a great affordable hotel!

The rooms were clean, check in was fairly efficient and friendly. There are a few eating places within walking distance. I don't need much for my business travel, the rooms were clean, there was hot water and the internet speed was fast enough for what I needed to do.

This hotel was close had all necessities in the area and close to downtown. There was no extra fee for pets. I gave 4/5 stars as the bathroom was slightly dated. However this hotel is planning to remodel. I would stay here again if in the area. There's also a few parks not far to take dogs or children

Frequently stay at a Hampton Inn because they are consistently clean and have good beds & linens. The rooms here seem to be updated with new furniture & bedding but carpets throughout hotel were dirty. Hallways looked tired. Bathrooms still had dated wallpaper, older counter top & tub. The staff was extremely welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. They had a great selection of food options for breakfast and they kept things stocked throughout the day so you could pick up a banana, apple or cookie on your way out the door or up to your room. The location was within minutes of a large number of food and shopping options. If you're unsure of where you would like to stay when in this area this would be a good choice.

Fair hotel, expensive for value, older features. Would not book unless I had to stay in this area. Not many other options in the area. Needs upgrading. Staff not very attentive to honors members. the heat and ac register was old fashioned and not the best quality.

Nice clean hotel, a little older, great staff, off the highway so no traffic noise, loved bringing my dog. Will return and stay whenever in Cincinnati. Close to shopping and restaurants, plenty of green space and a Starbucks within walking distance.

I didnt make it to the hotel until well after midnight, but the gentleman at the front desk was still just as cheerful and helpful as if I had arrived at 9am. When all I wanted to do was go to sleep, he definitely got me moving in the right direction quickly.
