My fianc├ę and our children had an awesome stay in the King suite. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Very close to lots of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Family get away to Cincinnati area. The trip enabled us to visit the Cincinnati Zoo and on our way home the Creation Museum. The hotel was very classy and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The only issue we had was one of the curtains in our room was missing the black out curtain.

Stayed for two nights while visiting Kings Island. Hotel had just opened up a couple of weeks earlier. Very clean, friendly hotel staff. Breakfast selection was very good. Pool water was very cold, but may have been due to location just opening up. Pool closes at 10pm, but would have been nice if it was extended until 11pm to allow for a quick swim after coming back from a hot day at King's Island.

great staff!! Breakfast choices could be better, but was fin.. Only complaint was that pool was to cold to swim . Some rooms did not have all the parts , but considering place was only opened 1 week previously it was no big deal

This is a new hotel that has only been open a few weeks. Its clean and very contemporary. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was the air conditioning in our room. We could not get the room cold enough and I asked if they had a fan that could help but they did not have any. The breakfast is ok, not a lot of offerings. They also do not have agent rates for travel professionals. If you are a agent you might want to try to find another hotel that will accept your travel id.

The hotel and rooms were great and the staff was very friendly. We didn't get back to our room until after 1am and it was nice to go back to a clean and comfortable room. A quick shower after a full day in the heat and then crawling into a comfortable bed was a great ending to an already great day!

Beautiful, new hotel near Kings Island. Rooms are spacious with a lot of little extras. Decor is nice and modern. Beds and pillows are comfy. Pool area is small but works well for a quick swim with kids. Did not use fitness area, but looked nice and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was as expected, not great quality but lots of variety including fresh fruits, yogurt, and plenty of cereal and waffles for the kids. I would highly recommend.

This is a brand new hotel so it is very clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast offered good choices. We stayed to go to King's Island which is a very short drive from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby.

The staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, but the staff was well trained. Usually when a hotel is new you in counter a problem or two just because it's new. The only thing that heeded fixed was edging around the landscaping to prevent the rocks from getting into the grass and have the mower throw rocks into the parking lot.

Great new hotel. Concrete construction = quiet! Freezing pool, no adults could brave it. Even kids struggled! Super easy access to Kings Island! Breakfast can be a challenge as it seems large groups headed for Kings Island tend to eat breakfast in large groups! Would stay there again if traveling in the area.

We recently spent two nights at this hotel. It's great, because everything is new and clean. I really hope they keep this a top notch location. There are several good restaurants nearby. We had a couple of minor housekeeping issues when we first checked in, but otherwise a great stay. Sam and Joey were great.

New hotel, clean and nice! Concrete framing = quiet, super convenient to Kings Island. Freezing pool!! Adults couldn't brave it. Breakfast tends to be a bit of a struggle as large groups visit this hotel frequently due to proximity to the park.

The staff was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is brand new, clean and beautiful. We didn't use pool or go to check it out. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The breakfast is the usual Hampton breakfast, which we always enjoy and appreciate.

This hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great. There was a large variety of food to choose from each day. This hotel was located close to several restaurants. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here, visiting with family. Went to Kings Island. Stay was great. Staff professional and friendly. Very helpful. Free breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean. Nice but small gym. Room was a nice size.

Just left after staying two nights with a group of 88! The hotel was immaculate, the staff impressive, breakfast was plentiful and well-served, and our experience overall was terrific. An additional bonus was the proximity to King's Island. Would gladly recommend this hotel.

I was amazed at the size of the rooms. They are huge. This hotel was just opened 2 weeks before my stay. The decor, furnishings are beyond compare. Lots of charging stations for all your accessories. The only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom door is a sliding door with no way to lock it. Was overall happy with my stay here and definitely satisfied.

This hotel is is a superior value and very accommodating . Great location for access to restaurants,shopping,highways and attractions without noise. This is a brand new hotel. It's very clean, well appointed and bring rooms. The breakfast is like other Hamptons...a buffet that is okay but not great. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The only negative about my one night stay was the speed of the internet...not easy to connect and rather slow when it did connect.

Brand new hotel. Expect some of the start up issues (and benefits) of a brand new hotel and you'll enjoy it. The internet is wonky, and can be slow. This is a beautiful hotel. Brand new--hallways still have the new car smell. We stayed in a family suite, and it was impressive. Well designed, lots of room for our family of five. The pool is nice, although water temperature could have been a bit warmer. Has a nice workout room. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was ideal. Unless your looking to do Great Wolf Lodge, I highly recommend this hotel for Kings Island visitors!

New hotel, beautiful decor, friendly staff, great breakfast! There were no negatives. The staff were still working out some kinks, but hotel had only been open 3 weeks when we stayed there and it was nothing that affected our stay. This hotel is visible from the highway, but a little tricky to get into. We were able to zig zag our way around the block to get into it, but it was well worth it once we got there. Staff was great. When I first found this hotel, I was frantic. I was 1 1/2 weeks away from my trip and trying to find a hotel because the one I already had cancelled on me without my knowledge. Beautiful hotel in a nice location. We met family at this hotel and had a total of three rooms. Each room was very clean and modern. It's hard to knock a hotel that just opened. At the time of our stay, it had only been open for 40 days so everything was fresh and new; it even had that "new" smell about it. There's a zig zag of streets surrounding the property so it might be tricky finding your way in but it's visible from the main roads. GPS or Google Maps will come in handy. We love Hampton Inn and this place is amazing! Friendly staff and a brand new modern decor hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, great beds and pillows! Don't look elsewhere, this location is very near to a Whole Foods and a skyline chili! Two of our favs. And we visited both.

We love the HHonors brand but this hotel was brand new and make it extra nice. It was only a 5 min drive to King's Island and had a great hot breakfast to save time and money before a day at the park. Our room was huge with plenty of room for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. The sound proofing in this hotel seemed superb! No one in the room woke up while the first person was showering. Staff members were super friendly and helpful!

Brand new hotel in a great location to visit King's Island. The furnishings are modern and beautiful. Our room was large enough for our family of 5 including 3 teenagers! The free hot breakfast is a great way to save time and money before hitting the park. Our room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker for after park snacks.

This was a beautiful new hotel. Great service and very nice breakfast selection. Easy access to so many restaurants, stores etc. It was very relaxing after spending all day at Kings Island. Indoor Pool looked nice even though we did not get a chance to use it. Our room was immaculate and the front desk was awesome about providing us with more towels or anything we needed. We will be back.

Centrally located,quiet rooms,and best sleeping arrangements. The parking lot is very well lit and spaces nice size to get in and unload your vehicle without damaging another person's vehicle. This is the second time I stayed here for business and was very pleased. Requested the re-booking as it is a perfect location to the work site and all new and shiny! This hotel is practically brand new. They told us it's only been open since July. Hotel and grounds is clean and modern up to date. Rooms and hallways are current and most of all clean. Rooms are quiet with very little noise at all. Staff was nice and took care of us and the free breakfast was also great with a large spacious area to sit. I knew this hotel was new (opened June 30, 2016) so I was excited to arrive. My high expectations were met. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was extremely clean. There were plenty of outlets in the room which always makes me happy. I also liked the added touch of a nightlight in the bathroom. Overall, a very nice experience!

We were in town for the Cubs/Reds game. This hotel is brand new having opened in June 2016. It is clean, modern, great lighting in the hallways and in the rooms. Love the walk in showers and the roomy suites. Breakfast was fine. The desk agents were friendly and helpful. It is about 20 miles from downtown but about 8 miles from a big mall and shopping area. This is a very nice, clean hotel! I would definitely come here again! Also Vazira and Nancy were SO friendly and made a fantastic breakfast! I would come back to see Vazira and Nancy again and have some of the amazing breakfast in the super clean nice rooms.

Room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel. Saltwater pool was very nice. Coffee was not very good and some improvement, the breakfast was good but the biscuits ando gravy were not very good. Plenty of options

I can't say enough good things! We are a large family with 5 Kids. Travel can be difficult. We booked a king connecting to a double on our 1 night stay to Cincinnati. The hotel was so clean and nice. The rooms were very spacious and room for the kids to move around without being on top of each other. Everyone had space. The beds were super comfy! The King room had a great little pull out sofa. We like to stay in the Mason area while visiting our daughter who is a student at Xavier University. The breakfast is better than basic, Room was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of Restaurants & shopping nearby. Easy access to I-71.

My overall experience was wonderful. Michael was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond with helping make my arrival and departure easy. I even left something in my room and he called me the same day I checked out and we were able to get it taken care of some my item would be shipped out the next day. We stayed at this hotel after a day trip to Kings Island with the family. The staff was very friendly & helpful and the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel was still very new and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our company reserved the meeting room for a seminar and we can not offer enough praises for the staff and management! The room is roomy and nicely set up. Management worked with us every step of the way and our seminar went off without a hitch.

The Mason Hampton in. Is one of the nicest hotels that we visited. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The place is new and very attractive. Breakfast was fine. The rooms were very nice. The rates were reasonable. The location was perfect. Many restaurants, shopping areas, Costco, Trader Joes within minutes and downtown only 15 minutes away.

Hotel was excellent; very clean and accomodating in nice location. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very eager to please their customers. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip. Price was lower than near by Homewood Suites and Garden Inn.

We always try to stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, and this one lived up to our expectations. We were spending the day at King's Island, and this hotel was conveniently located for that. The hotel is very new, and our room was clean and spacious. We would stay here again!

Great hotel in a very convenient location. The front dest staff was great at checkin and was very helpful The room was very clean. There was plenty of room for our bicycles and the two of us. The best part was the bathroom; it was huge with a great shower. I love this hotel and will stay there again.

Stayed here while working on a long-term contract nearby. Staff is exceptionally helpful, always pleasant and upbeat. Cannot say enough good things about the quality of service from the folks at the front desk.

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are very quiet and clean. It was nice to have well lit hallways without the lights shining into my room. And I didn't have any noises from other rooms which hopefully means that the other guests didn't get disturbed by my sudden coughing attack at 2 in the morning.

By far, the nicest hotel around. The rooms are pristine, the beds are ultra comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for my next Cincinnati stay. Oh, and did I mention that this hotel is NEW and very modern... tons of happy reasons!

This hotel looks as great as we were treated - first class! In every aspect of our stay, this Hampton Inn is by far the best one we've ever stayed at (and there have been plenty). Worth the extra few miles to stay here from whatever your destination is in and around the Cincinnati/Mason area!

Made reservation, looked nice online, and reviews were both satisfactory to my companion and myself. Walked into Hotel and the lobby was so pretty and neat! The display of items available for purchase were stacked so neat! The hotel also smelled new! The two young ladies working the desk on the night we checked in were excellent!! Me and Sweetie stayed here just last night, and I have to say I was quite impressed. We stayed in a King deluxe, it was very pleasant, nice decor, and the bathroom was very nice.. Lets just say I will be staying here again real soon. Thanks Hilton

My family and I were transiting through for the night. We were received well and introduced to the amenities. The room and the facility appears to be relatively new and in great condition. Breakfast was good and we used the fitness facility which was great compared to most Hamptons. My family and I enjoyed our brief time and would love to return.

Although the hotel is brand new it was amazing So clean. Friendly service. Beds I could have slept on all day. Recommend a stay it was wonderful. Close to highway. Easy on and off exits. Lots of dining in area. Also shopping.

Great hotel with all brand new stuff. Breakfast by Djour was awesome. It was better than IHOP that we paid $60 yesterday. All the hotel staff were very friendly and fixed a key issue when I locked it in my room. I would highly recommend this place. Not 1 negative thing to say about this hotel. Tv was a flat screen 42 inch Samsung! Beds were comfortable. Lobby is great.

Welcomed warmly upon arrival and quick check out. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location, close to dining, close to highway and there was great breakfast at the hotel in the morning. I will be back.

This hotel exceeds expectations with its state of the art decor and furnishings. We were pleasantly greeted and then very pleased with the quality of the room and spaciousness. HVAC thermostatically controlled, bathroom well appointed and immaculate. We had to check out early so did not have the opportunity to enjoy the excellent breakfast. In general, we could not be more pleased.

There are too many positives to list for this Mason, OH hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful; from Nancy at booking, Mike at the Front Desk and both Nancy and Vazira working hard in the kitchen everyone did their part to make our group stay go smoothly. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. A thank you to Russell as well for excellent service.
