I stayed here for 4 days and it was a really great experience. All of the staff were very friendly. The pool is indoors and was very clean. The rooms were very clean. I checked in late and the first room had a noisy AC but when I informed desk was immediately given another room with no issues. The fitness room has up to date equipment. The overall experience was Fantastic! Super price and Super staff.

We have stayed at this location several times before, We like it because it meets our travel needs when staying in Cincinnati. Our room was very comfortable and clean. In addtion to the continental breakfast offered by the hotel, there are several name brand restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is easy on and off access to the interstate. They also have an indoor pool. If you are looking for a casino that is near by, Miami Valley Gaming is about a 12-15 minute ride down the... Read more

Only found one telephone jack in the room and it didn't work. Kids enjoyed the waffels at breakfast.

We checked in late in the evening on our way South to Georgia. We had a good night's sleep and no noise. The breakfast was decent but did not have any eggs which I was disappointed with since another Baymont Inn had them on the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is in a convenient location that is good value for what you need. We simply needed a place to rest when not at our sporting event. There needs to be a better designated smoking area, since the smell from the smokers permeated into the lift lobby and was quite overpowering. This is my only issue, and would not deter me from booking there again.

Certainly one of the nicest Baymonts I've stayed in. Clean room, reasonably quiet even though it was pretty full, and close to a lot of things. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and we would stay there again.

Booked 2 rooms-both smelt very badly. linens on all 3 beds were noticeably dirty and stained- both bathtubs had some really large funky colored caulk around the drain that looked like someone took a dump. Mold around the peeling wall on one window and really loud ac. Very old dated hotel that needs massive updates and better housekeeping. I've never canceled and left a room before - this was my first.

The room itself was rather small, or maybe too much furniture seeing how there weren't any made in closets. There seems to be a shortage of towels. we had to use had towels for wash towels on both nights. The facility was pretty clean, by the looks. but we did witness some defication on the lobby floor. The staff called themselves cleaning it up, but it was still there. Once the staff asked us where more was we pointed it out, but then he went into the kitchen area with the gloves om. Breakfast ... Pros: Room nice and clean. Elevators up to rooms. Indoor pool. Free WiFi. Microwave, single serve coffee pot and mini fridge in room Cons: Control panel on ac/heating unit knocked out and the ac didn't cool our whole room. (Was never fixed during our 2 night stay and front desk was notified upon arrival of the problem.) Pen left on desk had nothing but the shell. Room was booked for 3 people and only enough washcloths and towels, toiletries, coffee for 2. Plug for the bathtub was pulled out and... Read more

The rooms are alright, bed was comfortable but that's all I can say good about the hotel. The TV had bad reception, the breakfast was hardly worth walking down for. The elevators were scary, but the worse was black mold in the under lit bathroom. Don't stay here unless you have to.

This is our favorite hotel. Mostly for the fourth floor smoking rooms and suites. The owners have been spending a lot of money to redecorate the hotel and it looks amazing! The beds (as always) have been the best to sleep on. So comfy. The WIFI is improved and we love the king bed suite with the sofa. The room is huge! The new bathroom fixtures are amazing, especially the rain shower head. I could literally live there. For the price and comfort you cannot find a better hotel. The pool ... Read more

I was not terribly impressed with this property. It seemed to me to be a bit dingy. When checking in, one desk clerk was sorting/stacking room cards, leaving the other to handle all the check ins. Later in the evening, the same clerk was unable to find a couple of extra pillows, and claimed that he called the room (he did not) to tell me so. The following morning, I asked another clerk if they could put a couple of pillows in my roon, and when I got back, there they were. Personally, I'd av... Read more

The hotel was clean and recently updated. The staff were friendly. We were informed upon arrival that a new cable TV service was just installed and that we would need to go through the steps to auto program the channels. The process took 20 minutes. After completion at 10:30 pm we settled in to watch a show only to find that after 15 minutes of watching the channels would randomly switch. As we were informing the front desk in the morning others overheard and said they had the same problem. All... Read more

This is a great hotel and good value for what we needed. A place to rest and sleep between each day of our sports event. We did have some issues with the door access cards of 2 of the days, but this was quickly resolved. I do think the breakfast needs some work, and they need to make sure everything is a little fresher. Otherwise this is hotel is in a great location, and pretty good value, as long as you are not looking for anything lush.

We chose this hotel because they advertised as "pet friendly". They also included continental breakfast. Most places that are pet friendly with free breakfast have the food preparation area in a separate, enclosed area with seating away from the food. I understand pets should not be allowed around the food. However, this hotel has the food prep area open in the lobby with the seating. I hadn't stayed at Baymont before and was pleasantly surprised. It is well maintained, the staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. It has an indoor swimming pool, the housekeeping is excellent, and the breakfast is generous. The rate is reasonable for the area. The check in staff was nice. The hall on that floor smelled musty. The elevators are awful. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. A couple told us they got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes. We had a room on the second floor. The hall smelled like pot. The TV was tiny. The towels were stiff and scratched my skin. The Breakfast was only hot waffles and pastries. The people across the hall said they got their room $20 cheaper a night. Bad overall experience. Felt ripped off.

Service was good but the hotel itself is best described as a whitewashed 1 star hotel. Some attempt was made at some point to spruce up a rundown hotel (emphasis on attempt). If you're on a tight budget it will fit the bill. Just be sure to lower your expectations beforehand and with any luck you may end up pleasantly surprised. However, if you can find a different hotel and are able to splurge another $10 - $20 ???, it would be in your best interest to do so.

I would put this hotel on the same level as a rodeway inn or a cheap motel 6 bit with the pricing of a holiday inn..not worth it. Also they said they had truck parking.. that was a lie.. booked hotel on false pretenses..
