We stayed here for the GMAC baseball tournament and our stay was exceptional. Hands down the best hotel experience we had all season. Great room and great service. Very clean and staff are professional and seem to really care. This hotel was undergoing some construction but you would not have ever known because that did not impact our stay at all. Thank You! See you next May! The hotel leadership obviously have engaged their staff and are doing an exceptional job.

I made a last minute reservation on a Wednesday night. I didn't spend much time here as I went to a Reds game that night and had a doctor's appointment the next morning. However, I was able to enjoy (briefly) the manager's reception in the evening. I did not eat the included breakfast in the morning. Before I arrived, I received an email that notified me of on-going construction at the hotel. I appreciated this notice, but the construction was not much of a bother -- the interior atrium was nea... Read more

The hotel staff was delightful, particularly the front desk who were quite kind and helpful in every regard. The room better than pictured, while the pool was nothing like it. Ran into another guest in the pool area looking for the hot tub that didn't exist, much less the beautiful area that was pictured. The atrium, while under construction seems to have no sign of what was pictured either. Though in its temporary state of renovation is still to be determined, and accommodating for its purpos... 10 family members stayed in four different rooms to attend a wedding nearby. Hotel was jammed with soccer tournament attendees. Extremely noisy with unsupervised kids running all over from early morning until late at night. This is a great hotel. It is under construction and the staff work to make the experience the best they can. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the pool. There is no hot tub and with the way the floor is set there is always standing water. I have never been one to enjoy that in an indoor pool. I enjoyed relaxing in the "living room" of my suite. I stayed at this property for a conference in the area that was extended. The room was very nice and in spite of the number of people in the hotel our room was relatively quiet. One note of critique the carpeting in the stair well and near the elevator bank is beginning to show signs of wear and stains. The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay at this property again.

This hotel is in the midst of remodeling. The service, friendliness and breakfast were great! The elevators are SLOW, and where the hotel is not remodeled, extremely worn/tired. From check-in to the complimentary reception to breakfast - this hotel staff could not have been friendlier. We traveled with 2 small grandchildren and the room was plenty large enough even with the sofa bed open. Breakfast is great with cooked-to-order eggs. We had read reviews prior to booking our rate that stated the hotel was renovated and clean. I beg to differ. We had been driving all day and all I wanted was a clean place to sleep, with good air quality where I could store our food in a mini-refrigerator and get laundry done quickly. The staff was very helpful and engaging during my stay! The hotel was just recently renovated and looks great. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of food and I always try to take advantage of the free evening happy hour. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff needs a bit of work on attention to detail.

Embassy Suites is the best. Best breakfast! Quiet! Friendly staff ready to please. Do not pass this Hilton up! When in Blue Ash OH, make it a point to say there. Next to everything that Blue Ash has to offer. Good food and shopping!

When we first arrived I went in to the room and was shocked! finger prints on mirror, stuff on refrigerator the glasses had lip marks on them. I was taken back at how dirty it was, but the kicker was when I opened the refrigerator door and there was left over food in it. Went to the front desk and they couldn't have been better about the situation. Moved me to a clean room and everything from there on was great! Breakfast was just fantastic! Clean room and comfortable bed. The location is very close to Animal Kingdom. Breakfast was included. Good coffee too. I would stay again especially if I didn't want to pay the high prices to stay in a Disney resort. Clean and much better than I expected for the cost.

This hotel is very clean, attentive to any issue and is excellent for the price. Two room suite and free, hot breakfast and free daily manager's reception are my reasons for choosing Embassy Suites and this is a nice property in a nice location.

Ok. Not that fantastic. Renovated, but still smells musty in some areas. Staff friendly. Big room. Not a bad stay for overnight, possibly 2 nights. Quiet! Needs cleaning in the halls. May have been short staffed because of Holiday and full hotel. Convenient parking! Would stay again. Pool looked nice.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month. First visit was 6 days and the second was an overnight visit. The staff are always very helpful here. I found that the chef who cooks during the week is excellent at what he does. Best pancakes I have ever had! The rooms have been updated and are very nice. Overall a great place to stay!

We booked at the Embassy Suites for a wedding so we had a wedding package deal. It was selected because of the location of the wedding. We had an excellent experience because of the superb service provided. Our room was a spacious suite, all on one level, and very nicely laid out with a living room area with plenty of sofa seating, a large desk and television; small kitchen area with sink, frig, microwave, and coffee maker; and a very roomy bedroom space. We had a king size bed with four pillow... Read more

We've stayed here 3 times now on our way home from Tennessee. It's a very nice clean suite with a wonderful complimentary breakfast. We also used the free Wifi. I did however let the hotel know that their card with the map layout and hours for Saturday's breakfast is not updated since changes have been made.

The hotel in general was excellent in accommodations. The breakfast was better than most. The noise was terrible in that there was a party going on that had very loud music and the bass was causing vibrations in the room 3 floors up. The front desk did nothing to address the issue. If it weren't for the noise keeping us up until 12:15 when we had to get up at 5:30, the experience would have been excellent and I would have no problem recommending the hotel.

I have both pros and cons for this review. I'll start with the good. (1) excellent value - can't beat the price for a suite (2) free breakfast in the morning is much better than most with custom omlettes (3) the rooms are comfortable, clean and updated The bad: (1) As odd as it may sound, I selected the hotels for our road trip based on how the pool looked as I knew the kids would spend a lot of time there. I recently visited this hotel and was pleasantly surprised from my previous stay over a year ago. They have nicely remodeled the rooms. They just resurfaced the parking lots. The staff was very friendly. It was in what seemed like a very safe location. I didn't go for a run this trip, but wouldn't have hesitated about the safety of the surrounding areas.

Every year my family and I go to this location for Kings Island because of how great it is, but this last visit in October was not good what so ever... 1) there was a party in the room next door and I'm not against people having fun when being respectful but then they started to yell and smoke weed so we called the front desk and then "sent a security guard" to the room. That didn't do anything so they "sent a security guard" again and the security guy just laughed with them and said "I remember... Read more

Our water main was broken and the company offered to move us to a hotel. Since I like Embassy Suites and have stayed here before I asked to go here. It is a very friendly hotel. Nice free happy hour. Dinner in the dining room was delicious as was the full cooked breakfast. It has recently been renovated. Personally it isn't my taste, all tan and browns but it is updated and clean. I would recommend it.
