When I got to the front dest no one was there. I waited and eventually looked around the corner to see if anyone wanted to help me. A lady came up bewildered that I was there. Wonda said she couldn't find my reservations that i made on orbitz. Matter of fact she made it very clear she didn't know what "orbitz" was after she called it "gorbits" and "lorbits" and then asked me 3 times who took my reservation. Then she tried to ask for my for my credit card so she can check me in and charge me AGA... Read more

Overall please with the hotel but, they need to improve the breakfast, need fresh fruit & ran low on items. I did ask & items were replenished but, only brought out a few items so I'm sure when other guest came down there appeared to be out of items. Did give us a lower rate than what ARRP offered (local discount they said).

Driving home from the Grand Tetons to MN. Completely exhausted. Booked two queens while en route. Huge rooms. Clean. Polite staff. Quiet. Cable. WiFi. Both my daughter and I found this hotel with a strange name to be perfect. Breakfast was typical but aren't they all just typical at best?

Really nice accommodations. Very clean and quiet. Our car was lawn sprinkled on with alkali water during the night, and they gave us money to get it washed. Nothing gets out alkali water spots, but management was attentive and really tried. We appreciated the gesture. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip through ND.

Pros...clean room, good price, good location, quiet, friendly staff. Cons...two big ones are three hot tub and breakfast. Hot tub jets aren't strong at all and the pool was WAY cold. Breakfast was awful. Cold and no selection...I could tell they might have a good breakfast right away in the morning, but they need to refill it!

I always imagined that Microtel's would be a low quality hotel, but my first stay at one changed my opinion. The room was the perfect size for one person and I was impressed with the size of the bathroom. Very quiet hotel with friendly staff. I was disappointed with breakfast. I have dietary restrictions and usually just use hot water provided by the hotel in order to make oatmeal, but this hotel did not have hot water available so I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the Microtel Inn. We were greeted by friendly staff and the room was clean, tidy, and decorated in good taste. The hotel also makes a concerted effort to save water by leaving guests the option to reuse their towels, which I can appreciate as an environmentalist. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay in one again!

I was pleased with my stay at Wyndham in Dickinson. The breakfast (free) in the morning is a plus, although some items went quickly and were not replenished. The breakfast worker appeared to have her hands full! I also had to get new card keys for the room as the first ones did not appear to work. These were minor things to me. So overall my stay was enjoyable.

First time for us staying at a Microtel and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a newly constructed facility and is fresh and clean. I will be looking for more of these hotels during my travels!

Microtel is a new hotel, and you would think that being new construction they would do more about the noise level between rooms and floors! A little noisy! Otherwise a clean comfortable room, good wifi,tv,etc. Breakfast was your usual choices of breaky, however the server was slow in refilling empty products and the area was sort of unorganized. We were happy to arrive there just in time for a really bad thunderstorm!

The most important feature of a hotel room is how clean it is. This hotel room was very clean. The room was "small." But all we needed was space to sleep in a comfortable bed. And the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a "sweet" deal. The soap in the evening made this an even "sweeter" place to stay. We ate to much because it all was good tasting. The staff made sure that all of the items were available.
