I was vey pleased with our room .the room was very neat and clean. the housekeepers keep us with plenty of towel and wash clothes. we were on the third floor little or no noise to be heard. the only complaint was the bathroom was kind of small for a big fellow like me.The check in people were very efficient and courtesy.they had a nice big break room as looked like several items. however I didn,t use because of the closeness of several big chain restaurant only a block or two away.

Excellent value. Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was adequate, although I would prefer to go out to eat than have a bagel or waffle in the hotel. I don't know what the breakfast adds to the cost of the hotel, but I would prefer to not have it. I would stay here again.

Booked two adjoining rooms overnight on 11/27/2015. The rooms were very clean and cozy! When we arrived on Friday evening, the Front Desk Associate, Pamela, offered a "Pack and Play" for your room after realizing my 3 month granddaughter with us. She personally delivered the Pack and Play to our room and let us know that she was available should we have additional needs. She made us feel very welcome, almost as if we were at home. The next morning (11/28/2015), we enjoyed the continental breakfa... Read more

A little confusion over the reservation but was fine after that. Was with a large group (20). Great value. The room keys didn't work well but the front desk was always staffed. The breakfast is pretty typical: waffle maker, yogurt, apples, cereal, pastries, etc.

This place is so clean and very nice! The beds are amazing and the walk in shower was so nice! I couldn't believe how nice this place was for the price! It is better than some 3 star hotels. The rooms smell so amazing!!!! The staff is super friendly.

On June 3rd my family and I recently went to Wilmington to attend my sister graduation. We used four rooms to accommodate everyone. The rooms were beautiful. The free breakfast gave us a variety of items to choose from. As we requested, my parents were given a room on first floor close to the front desk. This was important since my dad uses a walker and has trouble with distances. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. On the morning of our departure, my sister became sick. The staff assisted u... My second time staying at this location and recommend to anyone who expects a nicer hotel. From now on when in town for business, I'm staying here. Friendly staff, clean grounds, nice clean room set up for the business travelers. 2 restaurants almost next door.

Good hotel, decent price, clean. Room was very small, not much room to move.....toilet was clogged, office handed us a plunger ?? Breakfast was nice, not as extravagant as others in the area. Pool was closed, I guess they don't open until Memorial Day although it was certainly hot weather!

The hotel was nice and very up-to-date. The beds were clean and comfy, and the room had a nice walk in shower as well. The only downside was the bathroom door. It's a very cute sliding door, but it's difficult to lock at times. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I'd stay again!

After a long day of travel, my wife and I did not have a reservation but lucked out at the Sleep Inn in Wilmington. The property was quite clean and the room very comfortable. There were several high school basketball teams in for a summer camp at UNCW and we were worried about the potential for noise. Fortunately, the room was very quiet and except for a packed breakfast there was no inconvenience. Our only disappointment was we arrived too late to enjoy the outdoor pool!

My family stayed one night and I would describe it as okay. Pretty typical for this hotel class. The rooms, sheets, bathroom were all clean, however the room was quite small. The bed was quite comfortable. Only a shower in the bathroom which was slightly problematic trying to bath a toddler but it all worked out. Breakfast was pretty standard. My two biggest problems were noise and the pool. The door leading to the stairwell at the end of the hall (several rooms down from where we were) slammed ... Read more

This is a good place to stay, especially if you are just going to be there to sleep. The room was clean, equipped with a mini-refrigerator. The shower head was exceptional, which felt really good after a day at the beach. The room price includes breakfast which offered a variety of choices including make-it-yourself waffles, cereals, danish, juices, coffee, hard boiled eggs, etc. All the food was good and fresh. If you have a choice, don't select a first floor room. These rooms are literal... Read more

Whilst travelling through North Carolina we stopped a couple of nights at the sleep inn Wilmington and we had a warm reception and very helpful receptionist. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside about our visit was the amount of children in the pool screaming and making a lot of noise.
