Staff is very friendly. Rooms clean. Food at Breakfast Buffet is good. Never had a bad experience here. We really like this location because from South Central PA where we live it is a nice drive to Statesville for a layover. Recommend Risto's for dining. Service is great, food awesome. Not cheap but you can have a great meal and linger and enjoy the town of Statesville.

The property was fairly new, the room was clean and well appointed. The location was near the highway and not ditticult to locate. There were three hotels in waking distance of each other and only two restaurants. there is a cinema close by for use. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

While traveling south on 77 we stopped for an overnight stay in Statesville. We chose the Hampton Inn and I'm glad we did. We were greeted with friendly service upon arrival. The two front desk workers were helpful asking about potential discounts and offering dining suggestions. At $104 per night the accommodations hit the mark.

Hampton inn was recommended by a friend, we stayed near Disney and the place was very nice, no problems, it was a base of $101 , we stayed in statesville nc. next and were ripped for $163 , we moved to florida last year from Mass. and decided to head north to visit for a month or so, after statesville hampton in is off our list, it was a nice place and all but the price was way out of line

For the past several years in May, I have made my annual trip from Anchorage, AK back ‚??home‚?? to Statesville, NC. I have traveled to many places & have stayed in many hotels & was hoping that Statesville would someday have a ‚??quality‚?? hotel in which to stay on my annual trip home. Well this year, I decided to try the Hampton & I can honestly say, that I will now be staying @ the Hampton from now on! The Hampton of Statesville has by far, the best ‚??included‚?? breakfast of any hotel cha... Read more

Everything was fine for our one night we stayed. Paid $122 plus tax for about $135-6. Mattress was only about a week old - Serta Cloud 9 was great. Breakfast was diverse, hot and ample. Easy on/off interstate. Buffet pizza place within easy walking distance.

Hotel was ok! Hoped to use it to sleep good for long travel day but had neighbors fighting all hours of the night. Hotel did nothing to help. Sad you pay $170 a night to sleep and don't get to sleep at all.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for the first time on this years vacation in Hilton Head. The location is about the half way point. Staff at the desk were helpful with the check in process and in giving me a sample toothpaste to make up for the one I failed to put in my overnight bag. We ate at the Outback (walking distance). I have only one small complaint and that was that they did not have the bacon/sausage on the breakfast line when breakfast opened and I was finished with breakfast when it fi... Read more

What do you want after a long drive? A great place to rest and relax and feel like you are almost at home. Well, this would be the place, close to the interstate, but far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. A very clean room and the staff was quick to point out nearby restaurant's s to eat at. Enough can't be said of the staff and how they made our stay a great place to stop. The morning breakfast was just as good with everything that we could want to fill our bellies before startin... I never write hotel reviews but had to share a great overall experience I had with this hotel. I've stayed at well over 50 Hampton hotels the past 6 years and this location is absolutely in my top 5. Nice rooms, clean, very friendly staff.

I love this hotel! It is so clean. Our hotel maid even did cute things with the washcloths! I am very picky about hotels being clean and I was really impressed (I inspect mattresses and take off sheets and mattress covers to make sure there are no bedbugs or other gross things). The breakfast is nice as well....waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, pastries, mini cinnamon buns, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, English muffins, potatoes, yogurt, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate.....pretty much anythin... Everything runs smoothly at this hotel. It appears to be newer but, if not, it is well maintained and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in a retail shopping area with some restaurants, and there were no noise issues despite being just 300-400 feet from the Interstate highway.

Very clean comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Enough room for a rollaway bed without being squished. A must have with three teenagers. Our room also had desk, office chair, lounge chair, Additional small table for luggage, etc. As a bug-aphobe I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Larger than average hotel fridge. Nice LG flat screen T.V. On stand. Nice size gym and pool. Breakfast was perfect. Low carb options were a cheese omelet, turke... Read more

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Statesville, NC on my way to Georgia. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and find the Hampton Inn to be a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff has always been friendly and my overall experience has always been excellent. The hotel is updated and has all the amenities that anyone would want or need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent stay in all areas except breakfast. We went down at 9:00 and there was no fresh fruit left eggs coffee or pastries. We had to wait about ten minutes to make our waffles... Need more machines. Told only person on breakfast duty about the empties and she did get the coffee and yogurt refilled. When we were leaving, eggs were refreshed but fruit was not. We never saw fresh fruit or cookies at the front area at all..... Always empty too.

We selected this hotel because of it's location...not far to Emerald Hollow Mine! We liked the digital check in. It was nice to be checked in when we arrived and just be able to pick up our room keys! The juice machine was broken during our no juice for breakfast. Wish they had provided juice in another way until the machine gets fixed.

I checked in as a single individual with a broken foot on crutches. Deanne at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me. She personally brought my bags in and took them to my room. In addition, after I stated that I was exhausted after driving 7 hours, my foot was aching, had not eaten all day and was too tired to go get something since I would have to hobble on my crutches, she prepared a goodie bag for me with cookies, water and soda. She also provided me with a listing of restaura... Read more

This is easily one of the best Hampton properties I have visited. The desk staff was professional and very friendly. We were greeted as if we were returning home from a trip & we felt the warmth. Our room, and the entire hotel, were spotless. Pool towels were stacked high on a rack at the pool entrance. The entire staff took pride in and ownership of the property and the guest experience.

Stayed here for 1 night and this location is right off I77. Friendly staff with plenty of parking, good shower pressure and standard Hampton breakfast. There is an Outback steakhouse and pizza place all within a very short walking distance. Went to the Outback and staff their were also very friendly as well. Property appears to be an older Hampton but was well kept. Location is very close to many Nascar shops and not too far from excellent Birkdale village and Lake Norman.

The hotel is easy to find and close to places to eat. You can walk to Outback right across the parking lot. It is off the highway enough that you are not hearing trucks pass all night. The room was very clean and the staff was great. After we checked in as we will leaving to go to dinner they wanted to make sure the room was fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. Breakfast was better then most free breakfast at other hotels.

The staff was wonderful! If only their friendliness made up for some of the rooms short comings. Found stains (blood drops and makeup) on one pillowcase. Staff quickly removed pillow and brought new one. Said it would be noted. Mildew along caulk line in shower was hard to get past. Needless to say the we did not sleep well, very weirdest out and couldn't get past the heeby jeebies.

The Hampton Inn at Statesville, North Carolina is a step above. As Hilton Honors members, we prefer the Hampton Inn. The service was extraordinary. The location was close to an Outback Steskhouse and Pizza buffet. Just down the road is a Barbecue Pork mom and pop"restaurant that is a "must visit" stop.

Nice hotel. Room was clean & newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only problem was that refrigerator had not been cleaned out of leftover food from previous guests and bin in refrigerator was filled with water. Since rest of room was very clean, I assume they just forgot to check refrigerator.

Hampton Inn Statesvilke is a nice well kept place to stay. Do request the back side of the hotel because of noise. We were only there one night and it was late so we were grateful to get a room. While in Staresvilke make sure to get downtown to the Chamber of Commerce building to see the fresco of The Lady of the Crossroads. It's done by Ben Long a NC native and is an awesome piece of art. Free for the viewing and it's so beautiful. It's about 20 mi tues from the motel. Go there!!!!

My husband and I were in town for a nearby wedding and the Hampton Inn was the hotel of choice for all the guests, so therefore was very crowded. Excellent hotel close to many amenities with quality service as always with Hampton. We were there for a wedding so it was great to see so many family and friends we hadn't seen in a long time. The staff was gracious in allowing us to linger after breakfast and drink coffee while catching up. The front desk was informative and helpful in pointing out places to go and things to do until the nuptials.
