This place is always great. Staff is great and has a great breakfast. Front desk is always willing to help and quick check in. Even when online shows no vacancy I can call and they will help if possible.

We stayed overnight for a graduation. I had done a pre check in so we were good. We left our room and unfortunately the key battery went out and we could no longer get in the room. Fortunately we were headed out for a few hours and the desk called me to say that all was taken care of. I really appreciate that kind of follow up. We stayed a total of 5 days on two separate occasion this month. Our first check in by Camden was cheerful and efficient, and he greeted us each time we go past Reception. The second time, our check in was by a somewhat surly and bored young lady. Solid place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard. No issues with my stay and would return again. Staff was friendly but did not offer Hilton Honors perks. Online checkin was great!

During our second day, we came back to our room to find that the key would not work. In fact the entire lock mechanism had been changed from a swipe system to a chip or RFID-like system on the whole floor. We had to go to the desk and ask for a new type key. Note to mgmt: put a sign in the lobby for guests to get a new key rather than wait for them one-by-one to discover they can't get in their room. This hotel will steal your card information i would not recommend this hotel. I called back to see why i was charged three different versions times in the same night and could not get a answer or a reimbursement so now i have to file a police report to try and get my money back. This place sucks

Stayed here for work for a few days and had a great stay! Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and it was great having a mini fridge in my room for snacks during my stay. Only downside is that the gym is very small and only has 3 machines to use.

Keisha at the front desk is the epitome of what the Hilton Corporation is about - providing the customer with exceptional service at all times. I was rushing to a meeting and forgot my pen in the room. As I was standing there complaining that I forgot my pen. She gave me a pen and then said, "Here is another one for back-up." That type of attitude is why I chose to stay with the Hilton Corporation of Hotels but especially the Hamptons!

The air conditioner was extremely loud, then when the compressor kicked off it made an even louder noise. This made it very hard to get sleep that night. Hotel was very nice as well as the staff. The only issue I had was with the noise of the air handler.

Have been intending to write this since last Thanksgiving--stayed there while visiting family in the area--very friendly and helpful staff the entire time--grateful the breakfast room attendant did not gripe about the mess our grandsons made! If we needed anything for our room it was delivered ASAP. And Keisha took a wonderful picture of us all the morning we departed--will definitely stay there on our next visit! (Also we are grateful that we were given an adjoining rooms for our family group.)

Excellent service and I would recommend this location to others. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was knowledgeable of their roles. The check-in process was smooth and you receive a personal welcome by being a HHonors member.

This is not the most modern Hampton facility that you will come across but they put the effort into making it work. It looked like there was some upgrades being done also. The price is good. The location is good. My room for some reason seemed exceptionally small, but that may be because it is an older facility. But it worked out fine. I will stay here again when I return to Sanford. Staff was very attentive.

This is a nice Hilton property that's just far enough from Horner Blvd to reduce traffic noise. Rooms are spacious and linens are fresh and comfortable. The continental breakfast is impressive with options. Coffee is really good. The staff is present and polite with a superior focus on guest needs. The only negative is that the air unit is loud.

Despite the weather being very hot, steamy, and stormy out side on one day my stay this week was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fresh and clean.

We highly recommend this particular hotel in Sanford, NC. We've stayed here multiple times on our way back from vacation and will stay here again. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff is an example of an expectation that is always met. It's in a great location about halfway between Raleigh and Fayetteville and there are restaurants within a close distance.

Breakfast could have used some fresh meat, some fresh eggs or something different. The overall stay was enjoyable, however, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for Softball players!

Overall this is a very convenient location and hotel decor, amenities are all top notch, brand new. The reason for my low score in a few areas has to do with the management of the hotel operations. This is the 2nd time we've had the same problem at this hotel in our 2 stays over the course of 1 year. Wife and I spent one night there while in town for a retirement ceremony. Room was clean, fresh and well made up. Even fancy twists on towel hanging and with the tissue box. Breakfast was standard fare for Hampton Inn, food was hot, and staff was asking if we needed anything. Front desk staff was helpful and recommended several restaurants in the area. We would stay there again.

Walking into the Hampton started by a warm welcome from Clarissa. She made a point of remembering your name and made you feel like one of the family. Sonia was the best. Room smelled with mild mildew scent and one of the pillows smelled really bad. I didn't report the smell coz I didn't want to pay more just to change rooms. I had the cleaning lady take the pillow from me and I suggested to her to just throw it away coz the smell was really bad.

I was in town for a family reunion. I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit. This time however I was disappointed. My room was right by the elevator but that's not part of my preferences. The air in the room never worked as it should but I didn't spend much time in the room to have to worry about it.

I stayed here for one night and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel felt clean. The only critique I can give is they need to work on improving the breakfast. It wasn't horrible but it could be better! Overall it was a great stay and I will stay here in he future!

Don't waste your time or money here. You get the same experience at a one star hotel. The place is run down, the breakfast is dangerous to eat and the staff is unhelpful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable.

We once a year come to Sanford/Carthage to visit family! Hampton Inn is our spot. Our Only issue was food needed to be kept up For the complimentary breakfast in the morning, hot items weren't put out in a timely fashion. Always clean and everyone is friendly! Keep up the good work!

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating on arrival and departure. Would stay again anytime! The room was clean, breakfast plentiful, common areas were spotless! Complimentary coffee and tea in the check in area was very nice to see.

The Hotel environment was good inside and out. We enjoyed the pool area and liked the setting around the pool. Included cozy relaxing areas The hotel staff was friendly. The food was ok but needed more meat options.

This was my first stay in North Carolina Hampton inn and I highly recommend. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room spotless. Bring a lighted makeup mirror if you want to put on makeup, that's my slight complaint.

The name of hotel agrees with the surroundings....I felt as if I was in a "garden"......breakfast was excellent and the chef was great...and the hostess was a good balance with the chef. I appreciated the variety on the breakfast menu.

Had a number of things that were not addressed by the staff here. I am a HHonors member and my amenities were not given at check-in. Also my bed made a loud noise when you sat down on it and parts of the complimentary breakfast was cold. I was told the system was down so I could not check in early and I had to right my name down on a sheet of notebook paper for contact at Checkout.

Reservation system was down but the front desk that took my reservation over the phone and when I checked in say took my reservation manually.they were apologetic, courteous, and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

The Hampton is a nice hotel located just off the main travel route in Sanford, NC. A friendly staff awaits you along with nice rooms. The next morning a good breakfast and hot coffee are ready for your consumption.

A very nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. It is located near Tobacco Road Golf Club, which is why we chose it. Otherwise, it is a bit out of the way when traveling on I-95. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

Soooo...I stayed here 2 Weeks in a row and would not recommend it to my X-Wife! Upon my first visit, I noticed my room smelt very Musty / moldy, but the room seemed OK so I just shrugged it off. I arrive on my second week and am assigned to a different room, same smelly scent. We stayed for 4 days for a wedding. The hotel and the people working there were lovely. The rooms (we had 2) were connecting ones - one with a king size bed and the other 2 doubles. The king size room had a pull out coach and a coffee table as well. The rooms each had a microwave and a fridge where we could put all our drinks. Full hotel during Hurricane Matthew in October and the staff was outstanding! The room was very clean, breakfasts were good, and the staff was friendly. Will return each time we come to visit with family.
