We stayed here several years ago when it was Lodge America and though it was very active at night it was just younger people socializing nothing violent or harmful. We are currently staying again now and we have no issues.Staff is friendly and helpful the activity has quieted down considerably since the last stay.Near in mind extended stay means folks are sometimes living here for quite awhile so there's more of an apartment complex vibe than a hotel. One top there are fully functioning kitchenet... first of all, the hotel is unclean, and the customer service is bad. there are bugs inside the rooms. you can find molds and mildews on the ceilings especially in the restrooms. worst of all, the environment of that hotel is horrible. often times you find thugs dealing with drugs, assaults, robberies, and prostitution. in its surroundings, outside the property, you would find gang activities. they roam around the hotel harassing people from time to time. been there, saw it all, not coming back

I've been living here for about 4 months now. I'm a senior and currently on a fixed income. I have seen the good, bad and ugly. Let's just say the company is making changes in a better direction. The property is now run by a new management company and the staff is pretty new as well. Some of the changes include upgraded rooms, new carpet, new TV's.

I am not a big fan of extended stays because of the stigma associated with it. I found I was really "at home" during a life transition. The staff is AWESOME and props to Edwin for his excellent communication skills, helpfulness and customer service! Plus, if there is a situation, he professionally takes care of it. I felt bad I had to have my mail come here, but to them it wasn't a problem at all. The property is well kept and clean, no bums or vagrants like you somewhat "expect". Plus, best of a... Read more

One of the worst hotels ever. The newly "remodeled" room was falling apart. The shower handle falls off unless you hold it just right. The towel bar keeps falling off the wall, the A/C unit has a broken control knob. The 2 burner stove has only 1 functioning burner. Booked a smoking room on their site, could not get a smoking room. Sat outside to smoke and was told by security that we would have to go off the property to smoke. They say they want you to feel at home. My home is not falling apart... Read more
