My stay at Raleigh Marriott City Center last year was a good one as always! My only complained the day before I checked out is that despite that they classify me as an Elite Member that's why I have the access to Wifi, however when I went down to the Front desk and asked them if I can use the computer because Air Canada is having problem with their online system, and I cannot use my Tablet and I cannot make anymore outgoing call from cell phone because my airtime has run out. The Front Desk st... Read more

I've visited repeatedly for business. This is by far Raleigh's best downtown option. It's well-located, with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. You're an easy walk to most of downtown, and there's an underground tunnel to the convention center.

I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions when visiting Raleigh North Carolina. Most other stays have been just fine. It is located in a great location, the rooms aren't half bad. They should work on their valet parking as it's a very small space and there isn't much organization going on. At check out I wasn't told that there was any balance lef... Read more

After staying at the Sheraton And a few others in the area during a long business trip I was relieved to check in here. This was by far the cleanest & the nicest hotel in the area. It's in a walkable area, the rooms were comfortable & clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful & the restaurant/bar downstairs was nice to have. The only cons I have to say would be the parking. It is by the hour & too expensive but that is common in the downtown area. Aside from that this was a great place to st... Read more

I was completely blown away by every aspect of this top notch hotel. The guest room had super comfy linens and mattresses. The bathroom was well appointed with soft towels and an assertive effort to be as green as possible which I love. The room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff kept it that way. The outlets were in the right places for charging. It has good lighting for working and a comfortable desk chair. The view of the city center was attractive, and the elevators were lightening fa...
