The location behind Crabtree Valley Mall and adjacent to I-440 is perfect for my needs when visiting Raleigh. There are some excellent restaurants at the mall and within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was spotless, rooms were in very good condition, breakfast and dinner included on weekdays. Included meals important for business travelers on per diem. I think I have found my new home away from home with visiting Raleigh.

An outstanding hotel, located conveniently in Raleigh, NC. We have grandchildren who are students at NC State Univ and this hotel has served our every need. Courteous personnel always. Beautiful room always. Great amenities. We always enjoy a great breakfast with our grandchildren before they head off to class. Great experience over five years!

Stayed for a girls night and had a good experience. The staff was not overly friendly but not rude. The rooms have great space and the appliances are up to date. Our room had a balcony which was great for fresh air coming into the room. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was very inviting. Small little things like soft clean towels make the experience worthwhile.

This Homewood Suites had more traditional looking rooms, which were very comfy. However, the refrigerator was noisy, but with the bedroom door shut, you did not hear it. The dining area and food were a notch above the other Hilton property, the Hampton Inn. China was used instead of paper plates, and the staff came around to pick up your plates and trash. The breakfast was similar to the Hampton Inns, but they had chocolate muffins! Through the week, they provided a 1-entree buffet dinner wi... Read more

Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast every morning, and dinner social Monday-Thursday plus complimentary internet access makes it an amazing price just a 10-15 min drive to downtown Raleigh and Convention Center. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was ample, varied and quite tasty. I had 2 issues that took this from 5 stars to 4. This hotel is conveniently located and provides easy access to major highways and a large selection of nearby restaurants. The hotel has a very nice outdoor eating and pool area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The sales manger, Kelsey was very friendly and personable. She worked with me very well to meet a business need. She's a plus to the hotel. The furniture in the rooms is a little worn and dated and in need of replacement, but overall a very good stay.

Nice room and accommodations priced on a par with most other properties in the Crabtree Raleigh area. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Housekeeping failed to replace shampoo and towels on 2 occasions. Breakfast was average at best, and quite honestly, what you would expect for a free inclusive.
