No issues, very nice Hilton located near downtown in close proximity to restaurants. Staff actually greeted you at the door which was great. Electronic Key Checkin was awesome (I never had to even go to the desk to check in and used smart phone for room access). Internet worked great, which was nice!

Noticed a double charge from this hotel even though booked through priceline!! What if I had not checked our account? Called front desk and was told we had to speak w "accounting"...called accounting and of course it's just a voicemail. What a run-around. In addition, I would assume a hotel of this rating would have a fridge in the room.

First when I arrived to the property, I was not greeted a a HHonor member. I had to tell the staff that I was. They upgraded me only after asking them to do so. Only to find out those were the only room they had left. We were not offered breakfast even though we were on the executive floor. What a dissatisfaction we experienced.

We handled prizes for players and played ourselves at the MABC Tournament held from May 24 through May 30. We enjoyed our Hilton experience thoroughly. Our room was great, the meal service (in-room, at Lofton's, and in the Skybox Grille) was excellent. We would highly recomment the North Raleigh Hilton, based on prices, service, and overall amenities. Other hotels should be as good!

It is a very busy hotel with conferences and seminars so their service levels are lower. I have a bad experience with room smell which I had to complain about before they fixed out. Check out is not automatic even for Rewards members, I had to call them to get an invoice. On the positive side, the location is convenient though the traffic light outside the hotel turns green after a long time (seems like a Raleigh citywide problem). My only positive statement is the breakfast buffet is adequate. I am a Hilton first guy but I must be honest, if you are a long stay traveler in the Raleigh area, I highly recommend the Marriott RTP instead.

Was staying in the hotel in November 2016 for 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious enough and had all what I need to stay and occasionally work from there. Complimentary internet was quite sufficient for my needs. Fitness room was equipped properly and had 3 treadmills and other tools. They had a pool but I didn't use it. Now about some small problems. The aircon in the room was old and noisy. I could hear activity in the next room. I had couple of other small problems but don't want to d... Read more

If you're travelling in Raleigh NC I heartily recommend this hotel. The staff is helpful, the rooms are large and well-laid out. The beds are fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very good and the food is surprisingly tasty (especially for a buffet). Try a waffle, they're the best.

Clean, efficient, organized, friendly. We have stayed there before. Never a problem, always clean. Everything we need is provided and the space is sufficient for our needs. I love the pool and spy area.

There for a convention (HonorCon). Like being able to stay in a nice hotel for a convention, and this one definitely qualifies. Restaurant food is good. Rooms and beds comfortable. Great service, both as guest, and as convention attendee.

Stayed at this hotel for a conference. Great location, clean rooms, nice conference space, friendly employees. The Starbucks in the lobby was super convenient and it was close to many dining and shopping options.

I stay here once a week. The food is good and staff is very nice. It is also close to several good places to eat in the North Raleigh area. Rooms are simple because it is an older property, but the price is good for a full service Hilton property. I know they also Shuttle guests to nearby bars and the airport.

I always spend at least one night a year here as the Art of the Carolinas event is held in the convention facilities there. The place seems to improve every year. It is quiet and the beds are comfy. My king-size room had a comfortable reading chair with ottoman and lamp. Internet service was uneventful -- the best kind to have. Unfortunately, people in the halls can make noise, and I heard that some people got treated to a car alarm for a few hours one night, but it's quiet otherwise. I had a fe... Read more

As a Hilton Honors member I have stayed at several Hiltons. I have just completed attending a 3 day conference hosted at this hotel. I have to say the meals have all been wonderful; breakfast, lunch and dinner reception. The tortilla soup that was served as part of a lunch featuring Mexican fare was particularly delicious. Bravo in many meals well done.

A very pricy stay and busy Hilton. During our 4 day stay several conventions took place. I must also say that the Hilton hotel stayed booked during the entire time. I was lucky to get a room. We had a very comfortable stay and the hotel is really nice.

Hotel room is fine, bathroom is a little small, a/c is old fashion and noisy. No fridge or microwave in room. But the worst part is the sheets. The sheets has yellow spot. ??? The staff are and service are excellent. ??? Room service is fast and the food is tasty ???.

Opted for the executive level access but was a waste of money. The hallway of the 6th floor had an awful smell. My room was even worse because it smelled like mildew and wet carpet and there was mold on the ceiling. The executive lounge smelled like garbage. This was a business trip with a team of five and three of us stayed on the executive level and we were all disappointed sad to say. Friendly staff and nice lobby.

I attended the Art of the Carolinas which was held at the Hilton, and I had a wonderful time. Conference rooms were set up well, and my room was extremely comfortable. Good food, the hallways were quiet at night and staff is wonderful.

I forgot something at the hotel and I called the hotel as soon as I got home to have them send me my item The customer service department was very unhelpful, didn't want to be bothered in helping me and really didn't seem bothered a bit when I told them I was surprised they couldn't help me and I probably wouldn't return as a guest. The customer service department at this hotel don't really seem to care about keeping guests happy and there are a lot of good hotels in the area that i have stayed ... Read more

Beautiful hotel, nice room. Also in a great location. We did not take advantage of the Skybox due to lack of time but have heard it is very nice. We waited too long for check-in; for so many people checking in at once, there should be more than 2 associates. It is a convenient location close to downtown, and we found it easy to access the beltline and area grocery stores too. Definitely recommend.

We stayed for one night and since we'd been driving all day, we opted for dinner in the room. My husband and I both ordered gluten free burgers and they were amazing! I had read previous reviews saying the room service was on point, and it turns out everyone else was right ????? The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hard to find anything negative to say about this hotel.
