The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We only used the pool area for the kids. It would have been nice to have a few more chairs for people to sit. Kids loved the indoor pool and the area was clean. Rates were cheaper by calling to book. My overall stay at this hotel is a 10.

Initially I was told no reservation existed, even though I had my e-mail confirmation of my reservation. I was told what floor but not which room and required a return trip to the front desk from the 5th floor to obtain our room number. Finally, the pool water was to cold swim and we wished we had not chosen this Hilton for our Raleigh, NC lodging.

It started with a very nice attentive front desk staff. She was engaging and made you feel welcome to the hotel. The room was roomy, clean, quiet and nice. I couldn't have ask for more in a hotel. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed here on a weekend for a family wedding. I took a lot of time looking for the right place at the right price. This hit the mark! Everything was clean and looked fairly new. I was in Raleigh for the college ultimate frisbee championship. I selected this property based upon proximity to the field. As a frequent traveler I sometimes forget the differences between brands. The Garden has a restaurant so there is no complementary breakfast. Free wifi was good. The room seemed tired to me. Not sure what I'll do next time in Raleigh but probably will look for other options.

I was almost afraid to ask for anything at a Hilton Hotel due to my experience in Shreveport, LA, but Wilbur in maintenance/housekeeping and Ydanes the front desk clerk were outstanding. They made me feel welcome and did not mine my whining. My entire stay they keep asking me if I needed anything and offering their assistance. Outstanding! Best Customer Service I have ever experienced in a Hilton Hotel. Keep up the good work! You have heighten my confidence in Hilton.

In town for a quick business trip and checked in for one night. Customer Service was great. I had used the early check in feature online and was able to pick my room. Got to the hotel and my key was waiting for me. Staff was super nice. Enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading out for my meeting. Bed was super comfortable. Construction is around the hotel but it didn't impact my stay. Lobby was nicely decorated. Will stay here again if in the area!

Overall, a very good experience. Although there is some construction on the area adjacent to the hotel, the detour was well marked and the stay was a pleasant one. The desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the food ordered for breakfast was overcooked so not that enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean and the AC worked well. I will stay here again.

Even though the location was good, construction in front of the hotel made it very difficult to access. The detour signs were confusing. The breakfast was not too appealing for the price. Staff was friendly. Both treadmills were out of order.

If the access to WiFi is important to you as a business traveler, you will want to be sure that the front desk assigns you to the correct room at check in. This did not happen in our case. Just came from dinner, had trouble getting to entrance because of construction but was greeted warmly and everything was ready for us after a long day at airports and flying. Hard to find in the middle of a large construction site. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt as though it was broken in the middle. The Food & Beverage was "stingy". Very small portions but charged at the highest rates you would find. Staff was very friendly, however.

Be aware, major construction in the front of this property. Access road to hotel very hard to find (some of it gravel) if you are not a silver or gold HHonors reward member, you don't get complimentary water at check in. You will be asked to buy it. (Kuerig coffee makers in rooms too...have to use tap water.)

A nice place to stay despite the construction going on out front! Nothing they can do about that. Very modern clean and well kept. Great housekeeping staff. Room was spotless! We didn't use any of the facilities being as that we were occupied with a wedding, but we had no complaints. The front desk staff was helpful, pleasant and efficient. If you want a no worries, trouble free and comfortable stay, this is the place!

Great room with handicap facilities. The pool area was nice and clean. The restaurant was less than wonderful and a bit overpriced. We traveled with 3 kids and stayed almost a week, families need a free breakfast buffet. We ate only one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel because of cost.

I spent one night here on business and I found this to be a solid hotel. Superb location with many food, shopping and fun choices near by. The front entrance is currently under construction, they are building in front of the hotel which is causing some minor issues. Very expensive , rude staff and outrageous food and beverage prices for lack luster quality. The only reason it got 3 starts is the ease of check in. I was able to check in online, walk to the reception desk and check in with ease.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. My family and I arrived 3 hours before our check in time and they accommodated us immediately. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to other's visiting Raleigh.

Tired of paying extra to end up tethering to my iPhone for decent internet service for doing business. The elevator was the loudest I've ever heard at any property. What does one actually get for being a Hilton honors member? I can't even keep up with how many nights I've spent in Hilton properties and I really can't see what I've received? Moving on, in search of value next time.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days while visiting a relative in the area and enjoyed it very much. The facility is beautiful, clean, and nicely maintained and the staff are friendly and efficient. We did not eat dinner or lunch in the restaurant but breakfast was very good and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was over price. It should have been added to the price of the room. I was under the impression that me and my family was getting hot breakfast like the other hilton inns provide. Next time we will make sure before we check in.

Let me start this review by saying, I spend at least 200 nights a year staying at Hilton properties. In general, I am always treated with respect and after giving my name at check-in, I am thanked for being a diamond member. That was not the case with this check in. I was treated rudely at check-in. In town for a concert and didn't want to have to drive back home late. Room was a Jr Suite-type with a king bed and pull out sofa. My only complaint is that there was no blanket for the pull-out sofa bed and a call to the front desk was no help as they stated they had "no extra blankets" in the entire hotel. When in the Raleigh area.... Nice location, clean rooms. The front desk staff very efficient. Overall a great stay for business travelers. Area is underconstruction, but was not inconvenienced as the detour signs were visible and easy to understand.

Friendly Greeting when arrived at the hotel. Confortable beds Room was clean and stocked with soap and towels. Cofee and cups were also available. As others have noted, there is a lot of construction around the entrance. It's not a big deal in the daylight but is pretty difficult at night. Note that GPS shows the entrance as being off highway but the better (and at some time only) entrance is through the traffic light. The rooms look like an old Embassy Suites style. Stayed here with my daughter for a sports event. Construction in parking lot made it tricky t get in but once there we were very impressed by the service and cleanliness. Had a late check out because my daughter lost and they were very accommodation with allowing a late check out. Room smelled clean and hall ways were neat. Ice machine was behind doors so no noise from that. Very quiet at night.

She told me right away that my card had been declined. I said it was not possible, she tried again, it went through. Did not apologize. I inquired about breakfast hours, did not tell me that breakfast is not included. Computers at the business center block all websites assuspicious, including AA, jet blue.

This is a very clean and practical hotel for business travel. I like that there is a bar and restaurant on site, since I feel awkward going to these place by myself anywhere else. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would warn guests that they do charge a deposit based on the total amount of your stay, which is on top of the amount of your stay. I did not know this initially and was a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was an extra 10.00 if you wanted it and not included in your stay. Over all it was a good location, rooms are not as in the pictures though. There was not any decorations made out of washcloths like in the pictures. Room was clean though.

Everytime I stay here for business they do not disappoint. I travel to Raleigh about 3-4 times a year and I've always been pleased with the hotel. Not once have I had any bad experiences. I just wish I could take the bed home with me. Good location and the fitness center is good. A little stuffy in there but i guess that's to be expected.

From the check in to check out at this hotel, in particular the amazing staff was the best I've encountered in making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Had a great time. The hotel is close to the Riverfront area, including the River Market, park, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is new and well maintained with convenient relatively cheap parking. The staff was great and very accommodating. We got a great recommendation for dinner at the Cooper Grill.

Love this hotel. We were evacuated and decided to go to Raleigh. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, staff were friendly and helpful. We purchased family package that included breakfast, and it was fantastic. The room is again, clean, and the beds comfortable, and most of all- it is very quiet (no noisy AC or neighbors).

The bed in Room 224 was very hard - I wasted 30,000 Hilton Honor point for this stay. I stay that this location due to being close to Interstate I-540 off Capital Blvd. First time staying at this location and last time too, They are building another Hotel in the same location so getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain in the butt.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night recently. The hotel is very quiet given its proximity to both the interstate and building construction. The staff was friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but it really can't be beat for price and location.

Room 404- Tub didn't drain, wasn't properly fixed. Tried to order room service. I asked for buffalo wings and a steak. Not being from the area made it slightly difficult to find the entrance to the hotel due to the construction nearby. The room was very clean the hotel was well kept my only concern would be the low thread count on the sheets and the slow drain in the tub during my shower.

Initially, I was not informed of any hhonors privileges. The one thing that disappointed me was that the hotel immediately took the amount of the stay from my American Express Card although I informed them that I would be paying cash for both rooms at the end of my stay. Although I was able to make sure that amount was available on my card but it would take them two days to remove this amount from my card at the end of my stay. My boyfriend stayed for one night because we were catching a flight the following day for vacation. The front desk staff was very helpful in allowing us to check in early and make shuttle arrangements. A plus is that you can leave your car parked at the hotel for a fee much cheaper than at the airport. Be prepared to find the entrance to the property. It's blocked by construction and the detour isn't marked well. If you arrive after dark you will be lost. Be prepared to meander through parking lots and through the dumpsters.

I spent two nights here and no issues, except current nearby construction projects can make it difficult to actually find the entrance to the hotel, especially at night. Once you figure it out, it is easy access. It is near many dining options and easy access to I-540 makes it easy to reach the Research Triangle and the airport. The hotel is very clean and staff helpful and responsive to requests. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with room service.

Third stay at this hotel, very clean, accessible to many restaurants and a shopping mall. Very good location, only downside is that construction being done across the Lott. Looks like another hotel is being built, it blocks the already limited view of the Hilton!

I have stayed at this facility a number of times. Currently there is construction in front of the property and it as restricted access to the parking lot as well as to Capitol Ave. Otherwise parking is plentiful. No free breakfast as it is a Garden Inn but they do have an on-site bar and restaurant. Very well located to shopping and eateries. Close access to I-540, as well. The staff are great.

We booked 2 queen beds room for 3 nights over the phone. We we arrived we were told that our reservation was for only two nights only. We were told to inform the front desk in the morning and they will fix it. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in a junior suite. This is our second time staying here and again we have no complaints. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were in town visiting family so we didn't take advantage of any of the amenities but the room was comfortable and very spacious. I told the check out attendant that the shower was stopped up and his comment was that happens. I noticed a $50 additional charge on my credit card and I pre paid. The room was left un harmed. The heating unit kept coming on and going off on it's on. It was not a pleasant experience. Initially I reserved one night and then tackled on another.
