Booked a room using points and cash. Stayed there last night with my daughter and two of her friends. One of the elevators weren't working so there's was a pretty lengthy wait...we eventually opted to take the stairs to our room on the 5th floor...nothing major...good exercise. Our room was disappointing and probably should have been taken out of service - Broken bed, dirty/stained shower and a hole in the wall. I left before my daughter this morning but instructed her to speak with the mana... Read more

Wonderful attentive staff.... breakfast very good! Room very clean but out dated. BUT they have begun a remodel! Love the location.... close to downtown Raleigh... restaurants near by. We will be staying there again in March!

Front desk was very friendly. Overall just an average place, not the best Hampton I've stayed in. It's time the renovate and upgrade. It was clean, just things were broken, cracked or damaged. I was only there for one night and only a short time. Not sure about a longer stay.

Outside Raleigh, this conveniently located hotel is close by numerous restaurants, shopping areas, and hospitals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing to be desired but I am a picky eater. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I would stay here again in the future. Great job Hampton Raleigh!

Had to spend a night in Raleigh for an early business meeting the following day. Location and price were convenient. Room was clean, but definitely outdated. The shower needs a quick replacement, however the water pressure was decent.

Lobby and breakfast area was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly. Both nighttime and morning folks. The carpet in my room was a little worn, but bed and everything else was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well.

Lovely weekend with family and friends.attending New Year's Celebration. Our room was cozy, nicely clean and the pillows smelled extremely great with a lavender scent! Absolutely wonderful. We slept through New Year's parade Monday morning and almost missed breakfast. Thanks for the wake up call! We highly recommend this hotel for visitors and weekend getaways. The customer service was nice and very helpful recommending local restaurants. Happy New Year to the staff @ Hampton Inn! We will return... Read more

As far as the Hampton Inn goes, don't waste your time. Rooms were dirty, toilet stopped up and no one mans the front desk. But apparently they stay pretty busy because housekeeping tried to boot us out three times on our day of checkout; prior to the noon checkout time.

Easy check in, beds were comfortable. The only issue was the wind was strong outside and made a whistling noise by the window that bothered my husband. I did not feel any air leak in the window though. Breakfast was decent. Only 1 elevator was working but it was not an issue.
