The room was fine if you want to check in late. The rooms are never ready by 3 or even 4. We have had to wait until 6 and 7 before. We have requested specific rooms only for them to be given away. The floors are dirty and turn your socks black. The breakfast is free so don't expect too much.

This is a favorite little get away spot for my husband and I. It's another hidden gem that makes you feel like you are at a resort in a remote location. But its within minutes of everything you need. The jacuzzi suite is just perfect. Its pretty much a condo! The bathroom is probably my 2nd favorite feature, 2nd only to the most comfy bed I have ever slept in. If the room wasn't enough, their hot breakfast bar rocks. If I could, I would be there every weekend.

Nice place too stay. Safe, helpful staff. Very close to everything. Went to a graduation in VA and brought the kids back to stay the night, the staff had everything set up for us when we returned. Also have a small guest store so you didn't have to run down the road for anything.

This is one of the nicer hotels that we have stayed at and the price is very reasonable. We had a Jacuzzi suite and it was huge with a very large living room/kitchen area. The bathroom was great with a very large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. Service from the staff was outstanding beginning with check-in and complimentary beer and wine during happy hour. The breakfast was simple ( eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles ) but adequate. The suites were very nice, clean and affordable. I would stay here again and would recommend to others. I really enjoyed the whirlpool as well. My next trip to Cary I will definitely be staying here. This hotel was in close proximity to the Triangle Aquatic Center which was the reason for our trip. This closeness made it very convenient to travel between the two. I plan on staying at more Hampton Inns in the future.

Hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and the hotel is very clean. The outside grill area for use is a plus for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The hotel is located close to major highways, shopping and dinning out locations.

This Hampton Inn was dog friendly and accomodating to pet needs as well as human needs. There was an excellent grassy area to walk my dog and the entire hotel was dog friendly with the only exception when food was being served in the lobby due to health laws. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was beautifly maintained. I especially enjoyed the patio area to relax and unwind.

We last stayed here in November 2014 and I gave it a qualified 4 star rating. I'm reviewing it again because we liked it better this time (July 2016). We checked-in on-line and confirmed their room selection of a "1 king bed, 1 bedroom suite" (621) - a very nice end unit on the top floor. I can't say enough great things about the staff including Loran and manager Mia Teel-Williams. These ladies made my us feel like we were visiting family. They made my daughter feel super special on her birthday! We will definitely visit them again soon. Very clean, safe, and well kept facilities!

Our room was great! It was neat, clean, and comfortable and no smell of smoking . This hotel has lots of outdoor features including a pool, grille, fireplace with gas logs, TV, etc. The staff was kind and courteous and had on hand the things we asked for. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional. We just stayed here for one night.

Hampton Inn in Raleigh had a lovely staff which afforded our entire soccer team and its families with courteous service. We celebrated in the lobby after a big state championship win with food deliveries and more with no complaints. Very grateful!

This hotel was one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed at. I was put into a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The suite was comprised of three rooms: the living room, king bed room, and the bathroom, which featured a Jacuzzi tub, but also had a shower. The staff was very friendly!

This Hampton Inn feels more like a cozy inn, rather than a chain hotel. I stay within the Hilton chain of hotels when I travel and I was very impressed when I walked in and saw the lobby. It looked warm and inviting. The breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly. I would definite stay here again.
