This is the second time I've stayed at this Embassy Suites. This Embassy Suites is clean, comfortable, modern and an overall excellent place to stay. The daily rates are expensive, however, you get better quality and service than most other places. A few suggestions: 1) change up the breakfast menu every other day or so to give your long term guests a little variety, 2) Put a few water bottles in each room as most guests will appreciate that and for the rate charged it should be include... We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived on a Sunday night and were given vouchers for free drinks. They also had free snacks - chips, bean dip, fresh veggies, pretzels, etc. Check in was quick and Bill and Bryce could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. The exercise room is well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with an omelet station and good variety. Wifi was also good. This is a g... Read more

I have stayed in a lot of Embassy Suites, and it is my favorite mid-priced hotel. This one is very new and nicely maintained. The staff and service were excellent. Why only four stars? I felt like the designer went nuts in cramming the suite living room with furniture. There was a desk chair, two interview/guest chairs, a couch that could seat three and two additional seats. I really doubt anyone really needs seating for seven in an Embassy Suites living room. I could barely move around a... Read more

I almost hate to review this Embassy Suites because I want to keep it for myself. It's smaller than many other in the chain, but it's beautiful, and it has the BEST staff. My spouse and I stayed there overnight and never left the hotel. Our room was modern and spotless (yes, there are rooms as well as suites). The evening manager's reception included a microbrew beer on draft, in addition to the usuals, and a large selection of wine and mixed drinks. Bar food was more than the usual chips and... Read more

Our whole family stayed at this hotel for a 4-day wedding celebration in Raleigh. We found our hotel rooms to be spacious, quiet, and clean. We loved the option to heat things up in our microwave or store items in our refrigerators given that all our events were food based (lots of leftovers to store). We also found that be out-of-town guests we needed places to get our hair cut, have manicures/pedicures, and convenience store needs. The shops at Brier Creek were walkable from this hotel and... Stayed there to have a separate bedroom as our daughter stayed with us. She claimed the sleeper sofa was "the worst ever". Came in for a wedding and was extremely pleased with service, attention for the guests, great huge free breakfast, 2 free drinks during our stay daily, clean indoor pool, everything! Free kiosk for airport check-in at lobby, spacious seating, nice patios- Rooms were spacious, bed was more comfortable than the Mirage in Las Vegas, we were truly impressed- the staff was extremely polite, from check-in, to our bartender, to the omelette station server who made great omelettes- would definitely re... Super Comfortable beds and pillows made for a very relaxing sleep, but it was the outstanding customer service from all of the hotel employees that won us over. We were in town for a wedding and the entire family booked 12 rooms- we all enjoyed the great breakfasts, free drinks, some swam in the pool, drank at the bar, but whatever we did, we were all impressed. Would definitely return!

Love this hotel. The room decor is very nice. It's always clean. Complimentary breakfast has everything you might want. Great location. It's nice to have a suite instead of a small hotel room. It's almost like an apartment!

I have stayed here several times for a one-night getaway. The hotel is nice, clean and modern, and the bar and breakfast are great. This hotel can get very crowded, especially when there are special events. My kids love the pool. The room layouts are a bit awkward, but nothing to complain about.

All and all you can't ask for a nicer cleaner hotel. If the price is right for you I strongly recommend staying here. The food is great, the rooms are big and comfortable, great for families. Pool and hotub are in tip top shape, a little on the cold side, but overall easy enough to deal with.

I attended a seminar here on Saturday night. This facility is beautiful. The outside courtyard with the waterfall feature looked so inviting and relaxing. We snuck a peek at the indoor pool and spa. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a extra special stay in this area.

We had damage to our house from a storm and needed to vacate for a weekend. With 2 little ones wanted somewhere with a suite. This hotel came highly rated, and lived up to what I expected. Check in was quick and easy. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were a hit for the whole family. Breakfast was a step up from normal hotel breakfast - made to order omelettes, etc. Room was nice and clean. This hotel seems very hip and like it would only cater to professionals - the room felt modern and swa... Read more

I had to fly into Raleigh coming back for a expo and stayed overnight here. I have stayed here many time because its so close to RDU. Most of the time I book the 3 room suite and once again got a great room. The staff was top notch at check-in and the room was very clean. The next time I'm back in Raleigh I will be sure to book there again. Embassy, thanks for a great stay. Bobby

My office is very close to the Embassy Suites and staying there makes a business trip very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is lovely, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The suites are very big, comfortable and more than suitable for working if you so choose or getting a great night's sleep. Good restaurants and shops are in walking distance.

Though I'm a Hilton guy, I generally shy away from Embassy Suites. They've typically been hit and miss for me in terms of quality of the property and I have had the best luck at Hilton and HGIs. I believe this one is either very new or newly remodeled, but the rooms are fantastic. I like to have some room to spread out, but so many of the others that I've stayed at have been cavernous. This one has a great sectional couch with table (perfect for setting a beer on while watching game 7 of the... Read more

My hotel accommodations were at the nearby Hilton Property, Hampton Inn and Suites. Had the pleasure of have dinner at the Flying Spoons Cafe. Really enjoyed, the Teriyaki Salmon dish as it was grilled to perfection and expertly complimented with sides of asparagus and a wild rice medley. I asked the Chef if I could get an additional side of sauteed spinach and obliged my request without hesitation. Any excellent meal and plate presentation. Highly recommend!

I had to stay here on a business trip, delayed by the hurricane. The hotel was very nice, and the reception staff very kind. The early morning shift was atrocious. The shuttle driver was a complete rude jerk. Moaned, Complained, was sweaty, stinky, played bad talk radio and made us late and dropped us a the wrong area. And the hotel staff did not give me the 4 am wake up call I requested Thankfully, my own alarm got me up on time. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have to depend on them f... Read more

My husband and I are Hilton Honors Members and frequently stay at Hilton Hotels. This Hilton was a nice facility. Unfortunately we left some gold bracelets on the counter in the bathroom and left the room for 4.5 hours during the day. When we returned the bracelets were gone. We spoke to the head of housekeeping, the head of customer service, and the hotel manager. They checked and verified that the maid service had been in the room. We offered a reward if they could 'find' the jewelry. None o... Read more

This is an updated embassy suites- not the old version with the big atrium. Decor is a bit dated ( early 2000's) but the hotel is well maintained, smells nice and public spaces are nice. Meeting rooms are nice size and are decked out. Great service in the meeting rooms Rooms are typical suite design with a small kitchen at the entrance. Nice stand up shower- no tub Service at restaurant is VERY slow - we ate there 3 times and it got slower each time

This is a very nice hotel with lots of pluses and a few minuses... and for a great rate during Thanksgiving week! They have a very attractive and expansive lobby area that provides a welcome setting for guests. The suites are nicely furnished and decorated with completely separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. If one of you wants to stay up late and read or watch TV... no problem, just shut the door to the bedroom. As others have said, the rooms do appear to be a bit on the small sid... Read more
