Hotel was horrible with renovations that were beyond unsafe and filthy. Fire alarm was false alarm and no one came to let us know all clear. Room was dirty with stained upholstery and a sweaty yellow pillow under the case. A finger nail left on the bathroom sink and urine on the toilet. Paint peeling off the bathroom door and AC in room not cooling. Never again.

I've stayed at Embassy Suits Raleigh for business on several occasions. The staff and the faculty is great. The breakfast in the morning is by far the best I've ever had. The location can't be beat. It's located directly across from Crabtree Valley Mall. Awesome mall. There is no where else I would rather stay.

The price of the room does not match up with the current aesthetics of the hotel, bc of construction, noise and not being able to use the pool. Room prices should be reduced to compensate for this... But, I cannot say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond.

This hotel is going through major renovations and construction currently. I am uncertain as to the length of time. Call ahead before booking to see if it's still going on. The price was too high for what we got and with all the construction going on. The pool/hot tub were under construction as well, and the wi-fi did not work in the room correctly - maybe due to construction.

My wife and I visited the hotel for a night away from home. There are MAJOR renovations underway here. The entire atrium is gone, just an empty pit . It will be quite a while before this place is back in shape. No pool or fitness center. What made this visit sketchy was the syringe we found in the parking deck. It is bothersome if there are used syringes lying around, this would imply drug use and possibly crime. It will be a long time before I'd stay here again.

The entire inside and outside is undergoing demolition using large jackhammers mounted on backhoes. It's unavoidably noisy. Staff told me that project is planned for completion in August 2016, and the place should really be impressive after that time.

"Renovating" more like rebuilding. If you're sensitive to dust, I advise to stay clear until the renovations are complete. The dirt-exposed floor of the atrium may cause breathing issues as the building is exposed and dirt seems to have been kicked up in the air. The staff was very friendly and treated me well. I was disappointed they have not lowered their nightly rates considering the current state of the hotel. If you can, you should probably find one maybe a little farther than this one. For... And by improvement I don't mean the construction they are undergoing. That is ok and happens. However this is still another hotel professing to be pro-environment asking guests to reuse towels. Yet each of the two mornings I was there it took 7 minutes - yes I did time it - for hot water to come up in the shower, day 2 I had no - yes zero - hot water in the sink. Love the cold shave. The stopper in the sink is not working so run the water while shaving. And the wet sink for the bar is leaking.... Read more

The room was old, the mattress on the bed was so soft and worn that it took me a day and 4 Ibuprophen to get over the 2 night experience. Normally I love ES. Renovations were almost complete and would have marked value higher if complete. Has the feel of Hilton hotels which is fine to me. Could use more seats in commons area, but they may be coming with renovations. Have seen some people complain about new shower doors. They are cry babies. It is fine and a nice shower.

The hotel is under construction as of 11/25/16 and it would appear that it will be that way for a while. The HVAC systems are the loudest I have ever experienced. The manager's reception was a nice surprise and the breakfast was the typical free hotel buffet breakfast.

This by far is the swankiest Embassy Suites I have ever seen! WOAH!! The rooms are comfortable and well put together. Also the bar and restaurant was quite amazing. I will stay here every time that I am in Raleigh!
