"We had a nice room and service was good but there was no pool, no breakfast and the coffee in the room was horrible. We were able to get coffee with refills at the bar but the cost.... let's just say it was rediculous. Also, we knew other people who were staying there who reported to us that they had robes int thier rooms and they recieved free sodas and waters when checking in. We felt left out =( Anyway, overall it was ok but for the price..... you make up your mind"

"This was the worst Hotel experience I have ever had. The lobby was beautiful and classy looking. The hotel rooms were horrible. there was trash on the carpet (crackers and wrapper pieces). The rooms had big windows that seem to be sealed up sliding doors. They were more like plexi-glass that weren't sealed at all. It was windy that night and the wind (temp in the 20's) continuously blew the curtains and kept the room cold. I had heat set on 80 and it never got above 70 in the room. My 10 month old was cold in his playpen even with the sides covered by blankets and towels. (he is sick now). Also I can't believe they had suites w/o micro and refrigerator. The burgers are good but the ordering process is not worth it or the wait. If it wasn't for the Doubletree in Cary I would never recommend the brand. I would have expected Hilton to at least put new windows in a place when renovating an old run down hotel."
