Hampton Inns comforters are incredibly HEAVY and as such require very low settings on air conditioning in the summer. The heavy comforters at all the Hampton Inns make me sweat during the night which is not something I do normally. I found the bathroom to have a small sink area and not much room to put my toiletries. There was not enough room to even have a cup in the bathroom and I had to get one from the in room coffee service.

We picked the Hampton Inn knowing the consistency that the brand produces. We enjoyed our stay. It is an older property. That presented nicely and the rooms were comfortable. Only have to go thru the Walmart shopping center to access the hotel. Not a major issue just a detail to know when looking how to get to it.

We stayed only one night here but were very pleased. This is only the second time we have stayed at a Hampton Inn but not the last time. We think that Hampton Inns are a class higher then other similar chains. We had a problem with our booking but the lady at check in was very helpful in helping us resolve our issue. We stay at Hamptons up and down the east coast. They are one of our favorite hotel chains. This one did not live up to the standards we are accustomed to. The location was horrible, the room was mediocre, and the breakfast was sub-par. No fridge or microwave in a $200 per night hotel room? Really? NYC prices with less amenities.

1. Property is dated and needs renovation 2. No recognition of being a Diamond Member 3. Front desk staff not well trained 4. Hilton needs a new property in Brevard I would suggest staying at the Holiday Inn Express instead of this Hampton. I prefer Hilton properties but they definitely need a new property in the Brevard area. This is a great location but the property is dated and the front desk staff is not well trained. The bath rooms in particular are substandard for Hilton.

The mattress of the roll away bed was so poor you only felt the inner springs. I ended up sleeping in my car in the parking lot instead. When I explained the disappointment to the MOD upon check out his attitude added to the problem. He dismissively said he'd "make a note of it". And when I asked if I'd get a credit, he said "We'll see what we can do", which I took as snarky, rude and insulting. Room smelled of mildew (dehumidifier in room so they apparently have a moisture problem). Rooms are small, no fridge, no closet. Breakfast was not fresh and only had one person to manage it even though the hotel was full. Front desk staff was rude and, based on the conversations we overheard from the housekeeping staff, many of the employees are about to quit. This hotel has only double beds, (not queens), if you need two beds for 3 or 4 people. (Queens are only in rooms with one bed). I thought Hampton Inns were known for comfortable beds and pillows. Not the case here. The beds were small and unsupportive. Pillows. are in desperate need of replacing. Not a good night's sleep here.
