Staying here with a group of golfers for our annual visit. It's in a great location to reach all area courses Disappointed this year on the offerings at the "social hour". Usually have a substantial meal, not quite the same this year.. However, still plenty of free beer and wine!

The hotel is situated near everything. Shopping across the street, restaurants, drugstores, groceries and gas station. The hotel breakfast is really descent and the afternoon meal Monday - Thursday is not bad if you don't want to go out and stay in. There is a Lobby Bar and is really nice.

This location is outstanding for a chain hotel. The service/location/staff/amenities are excellent. I would recommend this specific hotel to everyone. We had stayed at this hotel a number of years ago and I was wondering/concerned if the quality/service had deteriorated over time. It had not --- the same quality, etc. as before. Nice people, but the customer service was like a sitcom. While checking out, I actually looked around for a camera crew... Could not enter my rewards #, could not print a receipt, stood there staring blankly without any response or solutions to address anything other than taking my key... They told me to call "the 800 number" to get credit for the stay. When I called the 800#, I was then told I would have to call back in 5 days to be able to input my number... Really? Really? Very clean, safe accommodations with a very pleasant, friendly staff. I stayed at the Pinehurst location once before and was thrilled to be able to get a room there again! I stayed in one of the rooms with a gas fireplace, so I cannot speak for the other room types. It is a nice hotel at the intersection of Highways 211 and 5. It has nice rooms that are spacious, friendly staff, a bar, a pool, and nice grounds. They have a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up, and I used it to go to Dugan's bar and grille. It is a 5 minute drive to the Pinehurst club house, the Carolina Hotel or the village.

This was my first trip to Pinehurst and hopefully not my last; if I do make it back, I'm certainly looking to stay here again. The rate was very attractive and included in that was breakfast (of course), but from 5-7 each night they put out more food that would easily count as your dinner if you wanted to stay on the cheap. And, there's wine and beer included for free. Not too shabby. The location is also perfect for #1,2 and 8; less than a mile to all of those courses and walking distance... Read more

I needed to find a hotel for a few nights in Pinehurst while playing golf and had a bunch of HHonors points to burn, so I booked a suite here. The property, overall, is a rather huge and bland structure...two gigantic white rectangles with almost no features or architectural interest whatsoever. In the front you are met with a crumbling, non-working, empty excuse of what might have once been a "fountain." The property is located in the back of a grocery store/strip mall, and is bordered by an... Read more

Nothing fancy but larger than average clean rooms. I had a room with a tub/shower combo, microwave, full refrigerator, desk/kitchen table, separate bedroom with an additional t.v. The noise level was low, the breakfast was about average for this venue, and the grounds were in good shape and secure. The bar, a plus, was well stocked with a cozy atmosphere. If you want a reasonably priced venue with more of a "suite set-up" this is probably as good as it gets in Pinehurst for a reasonable price... Read more

Have stay at Homewood for 7 -8 years in a row now. Location is perfect for what we want in Pinecrest. With breakfast and occasional evening offering the value is unbeatable. I'm sure we will return again next year.

I am in the process of buying a home in Pinehurst. This is where I choose to stay when I am looking at homes. The assistant General Manager Dewight Brower is the best! Very polite and nice. Rhonda the head kitchen staff bakes the best cookies! You have to take 2 so you don't hurt her feelings. LOL. Her chocolate chip cookies are to die for! Nice and hot and yummy! This hotel is located near coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants all within walking distance. Off main highway.

The staff is friendly and efficient. This is a very popular hotel and is often crowded during breakfast. However, the kitchen staff works diligently to satisfy all guests during even the busiest times.

A business trip to several nearby towns made the Homewood Suites the logical choice for a long weekend recently for my wife and I. Taking advantage of online check-in the day before, I was able to select my room and not worry about a late arrival. The room was located on the second floor at the end of the hall - perfect for our work, both phone and computer, during our stay. The suite offered plenty of room for both work and relaxing - especially the fireplace which my wife enjoyed on the cool... Read more

Organizational meeting of membership for more than 40 years & still going. The Facilities were adequate & the staff was very accommodating to allow us the use of whatever we needed. Our meeting room was clean & well kept for the three days we needed the space as well as our individual rooms.

By far the best Homewood Suites I've ever stayed at! Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Two awesome grocery stores just steps away. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will stay here next time I'm in the area.

Seemed safe, not dirty. Under staffed, no "wow" moments. Breakfast was all pre-fab and poorly presented. I would stay there again if I can't find a better option. Front desk staff was lovely when I made the reservation with them directly.

Great location, spacious suites, friendly staff and good breakfast and social hour. Best non-resort hotel in area, by far. Excellent value. The largest suite is very comfortable for a multi-day or week stay.

Stayed for several days in the fall. Very clean and staff was great to us. Nice bar in the lobby and of course the free breakfast. We had our schnauzer with us and he was welcomed too. By day 2, the staff was stopping to greet him and give him a scratch. made us totally at home.

WE had to stay in a hotel for 5 nights whie we awaited the closing of our new home. This hotel was awesome for the price including breakfast & a social dinner, with 4 boys, it was worth it! Everyone we encountered was friendly. The lobby was really clean & updated & the food was awesome.

Everything was Perfect, room, breakfast, gym, etc. Staff was great. Room was spacey, beds comfortable, living room good size and kitchen was a big plus. Love that the bedroom is separate from the living room.

Fantastic staff - very outgoing, upbeat, and eager to please! Fabulous selection of breakfast items (everything from hot oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes & grits to cold cereal, fresh fruit, cut fruit, yogurt, pastries, muffins & breads); Terrific bonus of "Evening Social" lite fare menus (pasta & meat sauce, chili & biscuits, lo mein, egg rolls & salads)!

I've been coming to this hotel almost a decade and it has always been thorough in helping, aiding and getting anything I might need during my stays. Its clean, friendly and great... we have used all the facilities throughout the stay: internet, fitness, pool... take advantage of bringing our dog, early check in, late check in... and they are wonderful accommodating these requests.

We stayed four nights in Nov on a house-hunting trip. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. It was great to have the breakfast included. We did not get a chance to enjoy the complementary social at night due to the nights we were there. (It's only available Mon - Thu). The Harris Teeter, is a quick walk or drive if want food or drink. Would definitely recommend.

My hotel of choice whenever in Pinehurst (7-8 times a year). Chose it initially for its location and I've tried other brands but this has been my hotel of choice for the last 5 years. Great air conditioning/heating unit, endlessly adjustable and always comfortable. Also love the smell of the hallways, rooms and linens!
