I had to stay overnight at the Hilton and was greeted with great service from the airport shuttle to the reception at the door by the hotel staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel again during my next stay in North Carolina.

Hilton Garden is always an upscale brand usually in safe neighborhoods with convenience, close to airport and major roadways. The staff are knowledgeable, the pool and lobby are pretty and clean. This time I had some trouble with the phone system in making and updating my reservation. There are too many prompts before I got my question answered. For people 35 & over, personal touch with one-stop solutions are still the mark of excellent service.

The lack of free breakfast was really a huge down side for me, if I'm paying 100$+ a night for a hotel room a basic free breakfast would've been nice. I can only assume they want you to pay for it so the restaraunt in the hotel makes more money but I felt that's something that guests need to made aware of, not everyone has time to wait on breakfast to be made an sent up, a grab an go breakfast would've been nice. You can purchase a breakfast from the restaraunt but it's 14$. I did like that the... Read more

This hotel is the prettiest of all Hilton hotels in the Durham area and has the softest beds too. The colors of celery green and purple mixed with the hardwoods make it a very beautiful hotel. Staff is very nice for the front desk to the breakfast staff and will do anything for you. When it came time to pay my bill, I had been overcharged but the manager quickly changed my bill and apologized to me for the discrepancy, Its also a great stay if you are going to the airport. Had a room for two nights had the bed and breakfast included in the room rate but the hotel still charged extra $35 for eating breakfast the first morning, we didn't eat the second morning, it wasn't really worth the $20 extra on my room rate plus the $35 to eat...$55.....CRAZY!! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I wish this location had a hot tub.

AFTER spending 2.5 hours on the phone with HHONORS reservation team sending me to a hotel that I requested to have a SPA. I arrived to be told the SPA has been filled in for 3 years at the AIRPORT Garden INN. I called HHONERS again and got relocated to this Triangle Garden INN. The HHONORS Reservation staff stated this hotel has indoor Pool and SPA. Arriving on site the front door agent informed me that the SPA was FILLED IN and the indoor pool was nice but is completely unheated. Since its ind... Read more

Good location. Great hotel. Shuttle service is horrible. Beware that the shuttle will not leave or pick up with out delays if at all. Room clean. Location perfect for airport departure. Food good. Staff friendly with exception of shuttle drivers. Had to take cab from airport as shuttle never showed up. Next morning the shuttle left 20 minutes late and only after bugging the front desk and they in turn had to go find driver. No apologies. Manager did call us back.

Even tried a dip in the indoor pool. If there kids in there it can be loud. All in all I enjoyed the hotel. So close to the airport.

Room was clean and nice. Wasn't aware that I could park there for a week while I was gone at a much lower price than the airport and get shuttled to the airport and picked up on my return but the concierge told me about it. I have to say that I much prefer the Hilton in Raleigh to either of those I stayed in while in LA and Long Beach. Southern hospitality is something I will never take for granted again.

The room renovation has helped this property. In the past, TV remotes didn't work and other maintenance type items were needed. Today this property is much better. I'm actually quite often in Hilton Garden Inn Hotels. However this one was the worst so far in terms of cleanliness. I only saw that in the morning, since I checked in late. Pubic hairs, urine drops on the bathroom floor. I think they have an issue with the cleaning staff. Everything else was according to normal standards. Hope they get that in order.

Great location if you need to be near the airport and travel to local places in Cary, NC and Morrisville, NC. Highly recommended for location. NON-SMOKERS BE AWARE that they do allow smoking for "smokers" on the grounds. Didn't realize when registering online, I'm NOT A SMOKER so this was a disadvantage for my family and I. Also they only have "Direct TV" thus television service and "wifi" weren't working due to the weather condition during our stay!

This is a clean hotel in a very good location. We stayed here before an early flight out of RDU. I wish I could say I rested better but I found the pillows uncomfortable and the temperature to be warmer than the thermostat represented. Even when set at 60 degrees, we got warm. Chose the Hilton Garden Inn due to it's location to the airport and it's pricing. We had a late arrival flight and wanted something quick and easy. Everything was what we wanted. Our room was very spacious and clean. Found the bed to be quite comfortable and never heard any noise from other guests. We've had to stay at other NC hotels due to flight issues. This is a nice hotel but there is no sound attenuation between the rooms and from the corridor. Usually I set the air conditioner to keep the fan on to mask the noise. The thermostat had the option, but it did not work. So in addition to hearing every conversation in the adjoining room and folks in the hallway, I had to try to sleep with the air conditioner cycling on and off all night. Only redeeming trait was there were enough pillows so I could try to sleep with one over my head.
